Laddi's Beauty Parlour

Absolutely horrible place! I just got my eyebrows done and this woman messed up everything and threaded half of my eyebrows! I am 48 years old and I have done my eyebrows since I was 13 yrs old never had such a horrible experience.
I wanted to get more services done but I ran from there!
The worse $5.00 I have every spent! No one bothers about you! The woman said use an eye brow pencil! Honestly please ladies DO NOT go there!

Went in there to get my eyebrows done, gave very clear instructions as to what I wanted and the aesthetician went ahead and did the complete opposite. Instead of apologizing, the whole staff started convincing me that my eyebrows look fine. I have a big meeting tomorrow and, now I have to walk in with super thin eyebrows. They need to pay attention what the client wants, and not what they think is right. Extremely disappointed, very unprofessional.

The salon is higher recommendable. They are always welcoming and do their work with so much dedication. I got my eyebrows done. They look so good.

I came here after a long time and I was very disappointed in their service.
1) My face was a bit oily and usually salons will use a talc/baby powder to absorb the oil so my face is drier for the wax. The lady took a tissue paper and started aggressively rubbing my face to remove the oiliness off my face. This left my face feeling irritated as I have sensitive skin. 2) When using the wax on my face the lady never tested the temperature before to see if it was too hot, or even rotate the wax on the stick to cool it down. It was scooped form the wax and put on my face and the temperature was much hotter than usual. She then aggressively ripped it off my face. My face was left red and so many pimples after this face wax. 3) She was dipping the same stick back into the common wax jar when u are supposed to dispose it and use a new one each time u are using the wax. Who knows how much cross contamination happened. I used to come to laddis regularly and now their services has declined so much. I was so disappointed with the service

They don’t listen to your needs and expect you to go to any eyebrow lady even if she just started working there for the first time that day.
They’ve let go of so many old employees.
They only care about money and rich people. Judgemental!

Ava did an absolutely horrible job on my hair. I asked for long layers and all she did was cute two layers that did not blend at all! My hair has two different levels and it looks like a kindergartener took a pair of scissors and just chopped up my hair. The final cut was so rough, that it made me regret not cutting my own hair. To paint a better picture.my shortest layer reaches my chin, and my longest layer, reaches my chest; and those two levels are my ONLY layers; there are no other layers in between for blending. Overall, very disappointed as I showed her video references (360 degree view of the haircut) and multiple pictures online to ensure that she has something to follow. It blows my mind that after all these references and media images, she still managed to mess up the chop and do a terrible job. This was not worth my 30 dollars, especially since I could've went to a male barber and completed this for cheaper.

Moreover, she had no professionalism whatsoever. I am a woman who wears a hijab, and as I was seated, ready for my haircut, she stated that I need to take "the blanket off my head and get vitamin D in. " While haircare advice is always welcomed, I did not appreciate her referring to my hijab as a blanket. You would assume that in this day and age, people would be more respectful and use correct terminology.

Do not get body waxing done with Omi. I had the WORST experience body waxing at Laddi's with her and because of it, I will never be returning. I had a phone appt but when I arrived on time, I was made to wait 15 mins and then throughout the waxing, Omi interrogated me with questions such as, 'What time did you finish work today? ' 'Are you working tomorrow? ' 'So, why didn't you book your appointment tomorrow? ' I told her to stop and that I wanted to leave but she apologized and insisted I stay. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer before, honestly I was just shocked by her arrogance and rudeness and was made to feel so uncomfortable right from the start when she didn't even step outside to let me get undressed as is the usual procedure. It was apparent she wasn't happy to serve and Laddi's shouldn't have allowed her to take me as a customer if this is how she was going to treat her customers. I have been a loyal customer of Laddi's but after that appt with Omy, I'll never go back.

Yesterday was my first-time visiting Laddi’s Beauty Parlor for facial and eyebrows. It was very relaxing! Highly recommended! Would definitely come back next month.

Good option to consider for eyebrows and upper lips threading for $8 both.
Have been here twice and both the women who did my eyebrows and upperlips were consistent and good.

Had a good haircut from here. The ladies can be little more friendly and found it weird that prices are not posted

Im writing here not to complain about service but, the lack of communication and them trying to rip off clients. Last year I came here for cut and colour was very satisfied with pricing and quality of service. I went to the salon I made an appointment. I walked in go to desk Laddi was sitting there I said i have an appointment for cut and color. She didn’t say Hi welcome, this person will be taking care of you just waves me to walk towards the chairs like a piece of garbage. I get to my seat, and the lady stated what do you want done, I showed it to her an explained it. She than quotes me more than double the cost of the service cost I paid last year. Than starts stating this is cost, do you want it done or not. I said I can’t afford it, then she stated how much will you pay, and than brings the price up by another 20. I walked out of there knowing I was ripped off. Make sure you get a price before booking an appointment with them. As they will try to manipulate you as they don’t have set prices on their website. If they don’t remember you they will try to make a killing off of you! I will go back to my old stylist as there’s no cost savings coming here.

This was the first time I have availed facial service and I am too happy. The service was great, and I will be back for more.

The attitude of the lady who did my eyebrows was horrible. A big No No to this place.

I’ve been here once for waxing.the girl (Rimpal) who waxed my legs was super sweet and professional.
However the person attending calls is horrible. Has no sense of respect and hung up the phone on me twice while I was trying to make a genuine inquiry about their services.
She was rude, unclear and hung up on me twice.

These ladies are amazing. Kind, attentive and always make you feel comfortable! They need more then 5 stars

Very local place to go to… I only go here for threading, people keep on changing here I dont know why… 3-4 ladies are working since very long time but rest keeps on changing….

The staffs are well trained and offer excellent service. I have availed facial services and I am truly happy with the quality of service. I would be coming back to Laddi's Beauty Parlour.

Cheap place to get brows done. Been going here for years everyone does a good job
Can't complain $5 for threading brows. Prices went up after covid but that's normal and parking can be busy on a Friday afternoon

They don’t wax good I’m always left with broken hairs and hairs left on my legs.waste of money and time.
