We had a wonderful tour on the Hop On Hop Off bus. We just stayed on. Excellent your guide. Very informative.
We were so excited about going on the "Duck Boat" as soon as we got off the bus tour. Unfortunately, when we got to the kiosk we found out it had been cancelled due to mechanical problems. They had tried to call to let us know.
It is better to be safe than sorry I know, but the disappointment was huge. Thankfully they caught the problem.

Interesting experience of driving through the city in the amphibious vehicle and diving into the water. The tour lasted about 1 hour and was accompanied by the guide present at appropriate points during the entire time. We received explanations at the respective places/sights. The highlight of this tour, however, is clearly diving into the water with the vehicle, the subsequent lap in the water and coming out of the water again. All in all a nice and nice tour.

We had a good time with the tour. We took the nonstop tour option which was around 90 minutes and the tour guide helped us understand all the places.

We went on the amphibious bus tour of Ottawa. A great experience and tour guide was good. Saw all the sights in Central Ottawa. Meeting point is very central and easy to find. Highly recommended

Interesting for kids. Guided tour to get familiar with basic Ottawa history and buildings. The guide personality adds a lot for the tour.

It was an ok tour. Lasted less tan 45 min. Very expensive for what was offered. Would recommend to avoid the amphibus tour.

The cruise was really fun and informative! The crew were super friendly and on-time! Appreciate the experience you created for us with your energetic and upto date information of the city and its culture.

The Amphibus amphibious bus tour is a must-see tour of Ottawa. The route runs over land and water through both Ottawa and Gatineau, crossing the river. Good service from the agency and good work from the guide and captain. Good information and views on the tour.

Thrives is the least I could say, we booked online 5 tickets loosing $224 and because we where late by 2 mins that will not put us on another ride! Nor she will give us a refund

Fun thing to do when visiting Ottawa. Time went by fast for the tour, wish it was a bit longer. Tour guide was informative and fun. Kids enjoyed the experience of becoming a "bus boat".

Highly recommend doing tours with Grayline. I visited Montreal and Ottawa and did all my tours with them. Fantastic staff and tour guides. The Quebec City bus tour was my favorite. All day tour that leaves Montreal and takes you to Quebec City for the day. I would definitely book with Grayline when I visit these cities again.

Superbe expérience ludique et instructive dans ce bus amphibie!
On en apprend beaucoup sur Ottawa, son histoire, son architecture.etc.
Un commandant et une guide très sympathiques et professionnels.
Des explications en anglais et en Français, le top!
Seul petit reproche, les 2 langues s'enchaînent assez vite, il faut bien suivre.

My kids were so exited to go to this tour, but we ended up not going because it got canceled by the operator 4 hours before departure. So all our plans for the evening were disturbed. We have not receive a refund or communication from the company.

I am editing my review as I couldn't reply to the admin of Lady dive tours. So here is my reply and below my original review.
It is true that we took the alternative, as discussed by email many times and mentioning it here, we had no other option to do on. Sunday at 8am. Put yourself in our shoe, would you go back more than 2 hours driving without doing anything? We only took it to do something for the kids, and anyway they were dead bored after 15min. This is not an activity for them.
If you ever book this, be sure that they might cancel you last minute.
I am sure that the tours are fun, and this is why we booked and gave them 2 stars. However this is not our issue here. We booked and paid for the Amphibus for a Sunday at 8: 20am. We moved from Montreal a 5am to make sure we arrive on time as it was an activity that our kids were dreaming about. We had no other plans in Ottawa, we came specifically for the Amphibus. Regularly on Sundays morning everything is closed. Literally.
We arrived early and stood in the queue. At around 8: 15am 5 min before departure, an employee came and informed us all that the amphibus is not going to be operating today and we have an option of refund or take the double decker bus. We have done the double decker experience many time and in different countries. We had to take the alternative option to take the double decker as we had no other option, everything was closed, and kids were promised to do a fun activity. So we only took it to have the kids a little bit less disappointed and still they were as it was not what they expected. The tour guide kept convincing us that this is better than the amphibus as there are more places to see and explore, but a 5 and 4 years old kids do not care about the sight seeing and listen to the guide talking. They were excited for the bus that goes into the water.and I am agreeing that the double decker stops in many bus stop for the activities, but yet again, everything was closed on a Sunday morning.so it was pointless
As a customer, you will not get a refund if you cancel your tickets before 24h of your time. Why should we accept the cancellation from their end 5min of our departure? I spoke to customer service and issued me a refund of 25% of my total purchase which is around 150$ which is of course not enough for what happened. Although it is a fun activity to do, unfortunately we will never deal with this company in the future.

Had great fun with this hop on hop off tour. The host was pretty good and knowledgeable about various monuments. Only grow is she missed to mention some of the best views of the parliament hill while moving to Gatineau. As with these open top bus tours, you hardly go again unless you're with someone who's new to town.

Not as interesting of a tour as I had expected for the price. It was difficult to follow what the guide was saying with the background noise and back and forth from English and French. Also got stuck in a seat that faced backwards, which made it hard to see and caused some nausea.

Great city tour both on land and waters, Captain.keith did an amazing job, an experienced captain. Our kids had really good time and our little cute dog was enjoying the fresh breeze on the river! Little expensive but worth the tour, the tip made the situation bit awkward towards the end.

Lovely 60 min tour, very informative. Best bit - on land and on water! Tour guide spoke in English and French.
