Lovely flowers with quick delivery, good communication, and friendly customer service. Can't recommend Ladybug Florist enough for Valentine's Day flowers!

This is what you get for their valentines special that was 90+ bucks. This very sad looking package was delivered to my date on the valentines day unfortunately. Do yourself a favor and avoid this florist whose floral designing skills are as good as a wholesaler.

Ladybug has been my go-to for all of my loved ones for a long time. They deliver high-quality work on time, very dependably, with fair prices.

I ordered flowers online for Mother's Day, but they were never delivered. I received an order confirmation via email. Now I haven't been able to get ahold of the florist. My email is unanswered, no response to my voicemail either. I am very surprised because we have ordered from here before and they were fantastic. But this latest order is making me give them only 1 star.: (

Customer service and quality of bouquets that are first class. Have placed orders from Australia for delivery in Toronto and Ladybug have been fantastic every time. On the last order, they promptly picked up a mistake I made with the address and sorted it. That's class.
The flowers were for my girlfriend who is recovering from an injury. The bouquet lifted her spirits.
The pictures on the website are good but don't do full justice to the bouquets.
I've bought flowers from other Toronto florists. Ladybug are way ahead of their rivals.

I order for Mother's day every year. It is hard to order online, so many horror stories. Ladybug has always delivered both on time and with quality. Last time I ordered a hand written card, it never made it, maybe it fell out, who knows but without question, ladybug owned the issue and gave me a credit. Great service, great to support a local business.

I ordered 4 flowers with vases for mother's Day: Romantic Mason Jar, Fresh Spring Tulips - mason jar, Lovely Lilies and Raspberry Beret.

I understand it was a very busy day for them, when I came to pick it up I asked which ones the lilies were. They pointed to the flowers that hadn't bloomed and I asked if those were the tulips in which case they laughed and said no those are lilies.

I should have asked him where the tulips were if he said those were lilies but I took their word for it because I knew they were probably stressed already. Few days later the recipient said they bloomed and they were in fact tulips.

Bouquets were smaller than the photos, won't be ordering from them again.

My best friend ordered me flowers from Ladybug Florist for my birthday and it is the most stunning arrangement I have ever seen! The quality difference between these flowers and other bouquets is absolutely crazy. The flowers haven’t stopped blooming and becoming even more beautiful since I received them 4 days ago. I was so ecstatic with the arrangement that after I called to thank my friend, I called to thank Ladybug Florist too! I ordered a very simple arrangement and it arrived looking just as expected. Girlfriend loved them. Only issue was that she lives right down the street from the studio, but the flowers for some reason were delivered at the very very last minute instead of much earlier in the day.

Our trusty florist is sourcing and designing gorgeous floral arrangements from an easily-accessible warehouse space in the film studio district. We love this business! Quality rules!

Amazing, amazing service and product delivery. I’m currently out of the city and wanted to surprise my girlfriend for Valentine’s. Not only were the selections of flowers beautiful but the customer service is really outstanding! Krista and Manny really came through with a specific request of mine and I can rest easy knowing that I’ve left it in their care. Highly recommended!

Decent little shop with nice selection of fresh flowers. Nothing really wrong with this place. Only thing I should mention is pricing is on the higher end. But taking into consideration it's location, I suppose it makes sense. I would revisit when in the area!

Ladybug did a same day delivery for me and made the recipient very happy. Excellent customer service!

During Covid lockdown our office planned a zoom corporate event for creating our own DIY terrarium with succulents and air plants, and Claire did an AMAZING (!) job putting all this together. She worked with our budget to create custom beach-themed kits and deliver each one to our Canadian team at their homes, even shipping to an employee in another province and going out of her way to ensure it would arrive there in time for our terrarium night.

She suggested including a little variety so each person had a slightly individualized kit while keeping with the beach theme. They included everything required for the terrariums (both succulents and air plants, soil/sand/pebbles, vase) and also a lot of pretty decorative elements (shells, beach-weathered wood, moss, different kinds of rocks and glass beads). She also surprised us with some extra little signs and fences which were super cute! The plants were gorgeous and each item was beautifully and carefully packaged. (The pics below are after I already unwrapped most items)

We can’t thank Ladybug enough for their amazing customer service! Claire was a pleasure to work with, she responded to emails really quickly and was so thoughtful and helpful with suggestions. We couldn’t be happier with our terrarium kits!
