Josh was able to help me out with a rental at the last minutes of the day when my Jeep went into dealers for service. I live just outside of Tobermory and I needed a rental for 3 days. Josh had the paperwork ready in just a few short minutes & had a super clean car sitting right outside the door for me. Great rates & great service. Highly recommend.

Our Toyota AWD system light came on and we took it to Collingwood Toyota. They said that we had to pay $600 up front for possible parts before they would identify the issue. Lafreniere came picked up our car and identified the issue. They ordered the part and repaired the problem for $351. Great customer service

After 8 years of the best automobile service we've ever had, it's about time we wrote a review to share our experience with Lafreniere Sales. We purchased our beautiful Ford Taurus there in 2014 and it has been a gem! Any time we require service, be it regular oil changes and maintenance, repairs, or seasonal tire changes and storage, we always go to Lafreniere where we are greeted with very friendly, professional staff who have inspired our confidence in their high standards of service. To be honest, the mechanics are amazing! And not that expensive either. Me and the wife had bad experiences on trying to buy a vehicle, a couple of the salesman were either rude or trying to convince me to get a vehicle that they're trying to get rid of. We even tried to put both of our names on a car and trade one and still denied. I went to another dealership, traded my vehicle for a brand new SUV, a few perks and didn't have to pay for 6 months

Recommended to me by a happy customer, I found a great used Dodge Caravan with low kms, mint condition. An issue popped up a week after purchase, but they honoured my 30 day bumper to bumper warranty, all fixed. Good salesman. Good experience in service. Recommendation is passed on again.

I recently received excellent service from the service department when my truck decided to throw up a number of error messages. The team at the service department thoroughly diagnosed the system in my truck, and found that the error messages were the result of cold weather starting putting a drain on my battery. Messages were cleared, and system checked out ok. It made my day when they did not charge me for the service.

Have bought 2 cars off them absolutely amazing customer service and listen to what I want and need in a car. Take my car there for problems and maintenance as well! Guys in the shop are always friendly, helpful, and fast!

I have had both my vehicles in for service, new tires and batteries over the years. They also store and change my winter tires. I have always been very satisfied with everything they have done and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends or family.

Bought my first car from Lafrenieres in 1981 (Brockwell Motors at the time). I have always had great rapor with the sales, office and service staff. Andy and Kyle have never steered me in the wrong direction in the purchase of my many vehicles over the years and my vehicle servicing has been top notch! Just had my winter tires put on with oil change and winter check up. I was very impressed with Gavin in the service department.definitely a breath of fresh air on the phone and in person. GREAT customer service!
