The closest you will get to a dhaaba style hotel in GTA. We had the daal which was excellent, the chicken which was good and the nihari which was average. The naans were good too. Service was great and despite the rush the staff kept the plates moving.
The seating area is a bit congested and as the eatery is open throughout the night many people pass by and grab a thing to eat. The food tastes good but the prices are also high for the quality and quantity. So if you wanna try something good without budget strain you can try this. Lastly, I tried tea which I won't recommend.
Don’t expect a high end restaurant like service. It’s more like a Dhaba. Food is really good and decent price. Could definitely do a little better with hygiene around the place and sitting area.
Food taste is below average. The price is very high as compared to others with the same food. I ordered Karhi pakora, and they took out from the fridge and added some water to warm up and served me. I asked them if it is fresh, and 1 person said we kept in the fridge, and the other said no its fresh. They served precooked food, which did not cook the same day. This is the only reason why I don't trust Pakistan restaurant 90 % because they served tasteless food and lie as wee. Alhumdulillah, I owned 2 restaurants in Pakistan, and I know cooking as well, but they think everyone is a fool.
Totally worth the hype. This place was suggested by a dear friend and visited for dinner last night with a group of friends. Chicken tikka masala curry, butter naan, chicken Biriyani were the tried recipes and they were delicious. It has a very small place but the quality of food and service is great. A small place serving this amazing food is worth to visit again. Definitely recommend!
Great when you up late and wanna get some cheap food after a long night. Late closing hours and a lot of toronto's taxi driver are here during this time. Food is a hit or miss, sometimes rice is cold and crunchy and I found a hair in my food 1 time however very flavourful. Chicken legs are kinda dry but Damm the spice is on point.
The food was incredibly fresh and exceptionally tasty. Without a doubt, this is the best restaurant we have ever visited. It is a family-owned establishment, and they were the most down to earth people. I would definitely visit if I’m back in the area
This place used to be a stop if you were looking for authentic Lahori flavours. Always filled with middle aged Pakistani taxi drivers and uncles discussing politics over very tasty meal. But in past few years their customers base has shifted from Pakistani middle aged to Indian young students. So do their flavours. They have gained much more customer base but have lost their spices. No more spices and flavour, just plain mild food with cheap prices.
Food is DELICIOUS not a doubt but the aunty taking order is Very rude.we dont answer her back thinking that she is the age of our mother but aunty everyday will not be sunday!
Too much oil. This is a good place run by hard working people. The cooking was very good. But these days it is not up to the mark. I hope they turn things around
Food is quite good actually. And it stays open till late midnight. The only downside is not enough space and ordering process since the place stays pretty much packed with people.
