Everyone was very nice, especially Zafreen one of the receptionist. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. I especially like the tvs that you get to watch during your appointment.

Amazing work by Dr. Chang. Flawless work. You can tell he has countless experience in the field. Had my wisdom teeth removed today within 20 Min. I was surprised when it finished. I was expecting it to be Atleast 1 hour. Also, it was very clean removal, didn’t feel a thing other done just the pulling part. Didn’t even know it was taken out both already. Staff, specially Zafreen was extremely accommodating, and professional. She kept in contact prior to my appointment and had all the paper work done before I even showed up. Definitely would go back to this facility and will have majority of my dental needs done by them. Thanks again.

I recently had my four wisdom teeth removed at this dental clinic, and I cannot express my satisfaction enough. They handled my teeth with the utmost gentleness, ensuring that I felt no pain throughout the entire procedure.

Speaking of my fear, mine was palpable through the roof. However, Zafreen and the team handled it effortlessly. They provided constant reassurance, patiently answering any questions I had and thoroughly explaining the procedure before commencing. I truly appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond to address my concerns, making me feel safe and secure throughout the entire process.

Just updating this review since it has been a while. I have gone to this clinic for over a decade and feel genuinely cared for when I go here. I have gotten to know its very kind staff over the years, and they are all lovely. They've also gone above and beyond to help with some chronic dental issues I have had. I have cleft lip and palate, and that has introduced a bunch of dental complications (and many surgeries) over the years. The dentists at LED have been keenly aware of the issues and sensitive to my unique needs. This clinic has the best dentists I have ever been to, and after many dental surgeries in my life, that's saying a lot! I live exceptionally close to the clinic, so I am biased, but even if I moved, I would come back to this location for the care and attention I receive here.

I have bad anxiety when comes to dentists, but the team did their best and they made me feel incredibly comfortable! Dr. Chang took me through the entire process step by step, consistently ensuring I was feeling comfortable. The assistant and all the stuff were amazing and especially kind! I needed an emergency appointment and they managed to schedule one for me on the same day. I couldn't be happier!

I had my first appointment with Laird Eglinton Dental, and I highly recommend. The clinic is very clean and the COVID precautions they have in place made me feel safe and secure during the cleaning. The dental hygienist and dentist took their time and answered whatever questions I had regarding my teeth and the cleaning. Two thumbs up!
