Kate Nelson @Lake City Realty did an outstanding job of listing and selling our house in McCrea Heights. Kate offered staging, cleaning services, pictures and video virtual viewing, just to name some. She offered complete market analysis, and option to discuss various options on listing prices and how to proceed. With these discussions, listed my house for $299,000, but no offers for 4 days accepted, unless over a given target. House sold in 2 days at $357,000. Kate will take the extra time to “highlight” the pros of your place. Smart buyers will see their own pros and cons.

Overall, great experience using Kate Nelson to sell. I would recommend a highly experienced person to buy a house. Someone who has done the years and seen the market and has seen numerous houses bought and sold, probably numerous times.

Tried to contact Garrett but no response (this is not the first time). Luckily i found another realtor on time to put an offer on a property (and it got accepted). If i would have waited for Garrett, i would have never got the property. He is too slow and unresponsive in today’s fast moving market. I would not recommend him.

Buying our house with Dave at Lake City Realty was fabulous. We needed a larger home for our growing family and we were not sure exactly what we wanted. Dave took us through mutiple homes just to get a feel for what we liked and didn't. Dave was very thorough and had great attention to things we did not know to look for. I was looking for a realator to really help me through the process of buying because i wasn't sure exactly what or where i was looking for/to. We chose Dave because we had heard how good he was and we were not disappointed! We looked at many houses and Dave was incredibly paitent with me being a little picky. Eventually he brought us to our dream home, he put the offer in and always had us in mind. He negotiated strong and saved us a ton of money. All in all it was a great experience. Daves attention to detail is unreal and we were very lucky to have his help. We are now in our new home and loving it.

We were with a previous agent for approximately a year before we met David. Unlike the previous agent, David stayed in constant contact, was always quick to respond and supported us through viewings and all our questions!

An incredible team to help you find your home or sell one, Kelly our realtor helped us through the process of finding a home without us being able to go to all the viewings. She was so professional and gave us great advice towards each home we viewed. Some viewings were done via zoom which can be a tough thing to tackle but she did it with ease. Dave and his team are the most amazing getter done type of crew! I have had the pleasure of using David's services on buying and selling a few times he and his teams knowledge and advice have been existential in the quick sale of our houses on 3 different occasions. His advice on what to repair what color to paint etc prior to selling us bang on.might involve elbow grease and a couple of $ but to get a quick sale and top dollar its worth listening to. Great experience. Dave and his team staged my place to the point I barely recognized it, had an open house on the first Sunday after the listing and had it sold within 2.5 weeks. All very pain free! Dave also showed me dozens of houses over about two years until we found the perfect one. He kept a smile on his face the whole time and despite me getting discouraged that I wasn't finding anything he did a great job of keeping positive.
