This is a scam company. Stole $875 after was told that we were responsible for damage to a brand new seadoo that we had used for only 1.5 hours. The seadoo actually sank in Lake Simcoe. Called for help had to be rescued.
After the fact we requested confirmation on damages and proof of amount of damage. No information was provided, but CC was charged anyway.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. BE VERY CAREFUL RENTING. DO NOT ALLOW PREAUTH ON CC, AS THEY CHARGE YOU AFTER. VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE SINKING IN LAKE SIMCOE AND FLOATING AROUND IN COLD COLD WATER. THANKFULLY NOTHING MORE SERIOUS HAPPENED. WOULD HATE TO SEE ANYONE EXPERIENCE THIS TERRIBLE THING TO ANYONE ELSE. DO NOT RENT. CAUTION WEEDS IN LAKE SIMCOE WILL FOUL THE INTAKE AND CAUSE THE ENGINE TO OVERHEAT. BE CAREFUL

Rosen was amazing with booking a last minute pontoon. It seated 10 ppl, leather chairs, comfy ride, blue tooth speakers and luxury at a good price. We rented the pontoon for 5 hours to ride around Lake Simcoe and it held up against the waves and I felt like I was on a yacht because that's how spacious it was. I highly recommend speaking to Rosen for pontoon, jet ski rentals!

The seadoos looked like new. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Our family had a great day on the water. Thanks!

The jetskis are in great condition and worked well. However, that's about it. The customer experience was way below average.
First of all, they charged $4500 deposit for 3 boats upfront, yes you read that right. I was shocked to learn that because I've never been charged that amount of deposit in other jetski places, and neither did they mention this deposit in the confirmation email (which I could imagine why). Then, they charged extra fuel fees after returning the boats, which are usually included in other places I've been. This fee was also not communicated anywhere and I had to ask myself to find out.
The worst part is after we returned the boats, I waited 25 min for the staff to tell me what the final fuel charges were and for the least, provide a receipt. But apparently they just expected you to leave without knowing what you were charged, and I had to ask for that as well.
There are better places in Simcoe area that provide professional customer services. I'm over any places where the fee was not communicated transparently and I had to ask for the bare minimum.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! A+ customer service from the second we got to the dock, until the moment we shook hands and left after our experience. New, well maintained SeaDoo rentals that are equally fast and stable felt like we were gliding across choppier water even at higher speeds. Will definitely be returning!

Rented a jet ski for my husband and I this weekend, we could not have been more impressed. The customer service was top notch, the level of instruction and expertise made me feel comfortable driving the machine for a first time. The machines are new, clean and very comfortably fit 2 adults for a whole rental. Would 100% rent from here again and will be recommending them to friends and family. They also have a pontoon boat that can be booked- that will be our next adventure on the water!

Had a great time out on the water with some jetski’s this past weekend, thanks to LSWR. They provided excellent service from the first interactions. The best on Lake Simcoe! Will definitely be returning! Thanks for a great experience guys!

Awesome experience. Helpful and fun staff. Dorina is awesome. Jay is also awesome! We will definitely be doing this again!
