I've been going to Lakefront Clinics for the past decade and I'm grateful for it! My doctor, Dr. Haq, is thorough, competent, and I always feel heard, not rushed. He has also made very good recommendations to specialists. Brenda, the manager and receptionist, is fantastic too - kind, efficient, and always on top of everything. I also appreciate having the opportunity to consult with the in-house pharmacist, Jerry, who really knows his stuff - it's a very integrated process. Other doctors that I've seen here on occasion have also been great. The clinic can get a bit busy sometimes but my appts have always been worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this clinic - it's a fantastic asset for our neighbourhood and community with professionals who treat clients/patients with care and empathy.

These guys are doing a good job with increasing pressure as the population growth outpaces available GPs. They've managed to be attentive and caring, with good integration with the onsite pharmacy. Just be prepared for wait times, as walk-ins volume is outside of their control.

The wait was ok, but the doctor was inexperience, did not diagnos my eye issue correctly, gave me a drop for infection, failing to do a simple eye exam and checking my eye. I had no infection! Saw another doctor later on, they found an external object in my eye!

I had a very pleasant experience here! I walked in first thing Monday morning and was able to be seen within 10 mins due to no-shows for appointments. The Dr.was so friendly and kind which makes it so much more comfortable. Will definitely return here in the future if required.

Took advantage of their Saturday walk-in services and was borh times thoroughly impressed with the courtesy of everyone on staff, the efficiency of the operations, and the quality of care, including the pharmacist. Thank you!

I'm honestly baffled at how smooth and quick the entire experience was.

This was my first experience with the clinic, and from start to finish, it took 20 minutes. Everyone was kind and friendly, and it was a very refreshing change from what I've come to expect from Ontario clinics.

Incredible clinic, top tier care, friendly staff. The doctor integrates recommendation with consulting with the pharmacist. Walk in communication and wait was fast (email for an appointment slot) They’re top tier, highly recommend.

They advertise everywhere as it is a walk-in clinic. Walked-in today and there was only 1 patient waiting. The receptionist told me they cannot accept me and they have no availability until Saturday. Why do you advertise it as a walk-in clinic then?
