I am very happy i have found this dental office. We fled the war in Ukraine, and moved to Canada over a year ago. To find a good dentist is a challenge, especially after getting used to top notch service we had in Ukraine. But i am very lucky to find Dr. Alexandra and the team. Dr Alexandra is very attentive to details, has a personal approach, and knows how to make everyone comfortable even small kids of 2yp. Trupti is great at hygiene for both adults and kids.
My entire family of 5 - 3 small kids and 2 adults are clients of the clinic.i have also done bridge with Dr. Alexandra and it turned out really great.
Marta has also been very helpful answering my million questions and provide all the details about implants and bridges, and flawlessly run my visits by my insurance.all of the staff is very responsive and easy to reach via phone, text or emails.i greatly appreciate their professionalism and the beautiful view from the office - the million dollar view of the lake!

Me and my family are patients in Lakefront family dental. We live in downtown Toronto but for all our dental needs we go only to Dr Zemskova. Her deep knowledge, high level of emotional intelligence and kindness impressed me from the moment we met many years ago. We always get the best customer service at her office and her staff is as amazing as she is. I’ve seen a lot of offices and dentists in my life but nobody made me feel heard, removed my fears, nobody was as attentive to my needs and give me great options for treatments as she always did. I've only been to this dental office a few times now, but I'm thrilled with the service and quality of work I've received. The entire team are at the very top of their game.

I'm new to this office as I wanted to make a switch from a previous dentist I was going to, mainly because every time I went my old office it was a new dentist, hygienist, assistant etc. It was a poor experience for me, and it was time to make a change. I looked for an office close by, and this one came up and had great reviews.

My initial contact was with Marta. Marta was extremely helpful in getting all of my information moved over, benefits plan in place and putting my mind at rest. Marta also went as far as calling my benefits people to make sure everything was up to date, prior to my first visit. Marta's also very knowledgeable on all of the offerings / procedures and couldn't better at making sure you understand exactly what's involved, step by step, etc. I had an excellent experience with Marta, she's possibly the most polite, educated and kind person I've ever met.

Dr Alexandra performed most of the work I had done in my initial visits and was extremely informative and caring (I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to dentistry). I had a number of procedures done and was in the office about 2.5 hours, and was more comfortable than I have ever been at any other dentist office. She really knows her stuff, and performs excellent work. Like everyone else at this office she's extremely kind, caring and a top level professional. Thank you for making my experience 10/10.

Last but certainly not least, I had the pleasure of Gabriela assisting the Dr, doing a teeth whitening procedure for me as well as taking X-rays. Gabriela really knows her stuff, and worked very well with the Dr on my procedures. Made me feel at home from the beginning to the end of my time in the office on both of my visits.

Thanks to Gabriela, Marta, and Dr Alexandra for an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm kind of excited for my next visit:).

Seeing Alexzandra and team for over 2.5 yrs, now. Alexzandra is highly professional, a perfectionist, shoot out as many questions you like; answers will be given with sheer patience with the help of a model or X-ray images or photos taken of tooth/teeth. She will never be in a rush to finish with the treatment, instead gives extra time in providing high quality of the same!

Love the way Marta and Andreida work around scheduling appointments and sending out reminders. Marta spends minutes together (even upto 1hr) explaining the entire treatment plan and is flexible with financial options, if, need be.

Alla and Gaby are highly knowledgeable and they make such good Dental Assistants! They are polite and make you feel at home!

Nancy and Trupti are awesome hygienists and invests good amount of time in making sure in sending us with a clean and a bright smile!

This is one place which I trust in for all of my dental needs and for my family, too.

I am so very fortunate to be a patient at Lakefront Family Dental. I first came here several years back. I needed a tooth extracted right away and on a Friday evening no one was willing to see me. I called Lakefront Family Dental and they got me in right away.

On arriving at the clinic I felt so welcomed. The staff here are truly the most caring and nicest people you will ever meet! The office is right on the lake and just beautiful! Amazing views of the lake. They got the job done that night and I’ve been a permanent patient ever since. I also now take my four children here as well. My son, at the age of 7, was traumatized at a popular pediatric dental clinic in Burlington. He became terrified of the dentist. Dr. Alexandra and all of the staff have been excellent with my children. Soooo patient! They did everything possible to regain his trust. I can happily say, today, my son no longer fears the dentist.

I’ve always been treated with kindness and respect and never judged, even though I have a LOT of severe health issues that have turned into dental issues. They always made me feel like I was in control of my treatment plan. Nothing is ever pushed on you! They only suggest treatment that is absolutely necessary and still allow you to make the final decision. They truly care about your well being.

All my life my mother has been deathly afraid of the dentist. In fact in my 45 years of life I’ve NEVER seen her in a dentists office. Even as kids she would often wait in the hallway (or the car!) for us to be done. She recently needed a lot of dental work done and I knew there was only one place I would even consider taking her to…. Lakefront Family Dental. They were AMAZING with her! They let her cry, held her hands and, shockingly, they got the job done. She was sedated and Dr. Alexandra even held her arm and walked her right to the car and made sure she made it safely. I can’t thank everyone enough for this!

I know this is a very lengthy review but this clinic is definitely a cut above the rest and deserves nothing but the highest praise and compliments. You cannot go wrong by choosing them to be your dentist. Dr. Alexandra is, by far, the most amazing dentist I’ve ever met! They’ve even taken time out of their personal lives to email me late in the evening when I’ve had questions or concerns.

I have had cavities fixed, Invisalign, whitening, and cleanings done here. The staff is always friendly and very attentive to their patients. Dr. Alexandra Zemskova is great, and you can tell she cares about her patients' comfort and well being during procedures. I would recommend going here to anyone.

Dr. Alexandra Zemskova and her team are the best dental office around. I live out of the city and I make the trip to see her and her staff because they are worth it. Dr. Alexandra is professional and very caring. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains things to me which is calming and reassuring. The staff are friendly, professional and very caring. The facility itself is always clean and the view of the lakefront from the dental chair is beautiful. They don’t like to take responsibility for their mistakes will leave you with messed up teeth and tell you to go somewhere else to fix it they treated my boyfriend Nick very poorly and didn’t fix his chipped tooth properly I watched the
Entire repair get done and there’s multiple things that I seen that aren’t The proper way of repairing the teeth me and my boyfriend went to another dentist and I told them what I saw and he showed the other dentist his teeth and they agreed Dr. Alexandrea didn’t do the job 100% properly and Suggested having the teeth redone this place refused to give him a refund and told him to take them to court they left grind disk marks into his teeth and didn’t properly fix it the chip tooth and made no effort to solve things now my bf is filing a small claims lawsuit against them

The most thorough teeth cleaning I've had, and when your on a budget it's always nice to get your money's worth! Pleasant staff and they work well with your schedule

Dr Alexandra is fantastic, couldn't ask for a more supportive dentist. She really helped me in my initial sessions especially because I have some anxiety around visiting the dentist. I have to share though that I've been extremely disappointed time and time again by their availability/scheduling. Every time I need to move an appointment, which unfortunately does happen frequently because of my work schedule, the next availability is always months out and they're hard to work with to find a new time. Dr Alexandra does work on some weekends however, which is amazing and I was able to find a Saturday morning where she rushed me in and out in under 30 mins which was great, but my latest challenge is getting into their hygienists calendar, which is next to impossible, I was told 'she's so good she books out a year in advance'. That's great, but doesn't really provide a good service if you can never book her.

This clinic is beautiful and has some seriously kind and fun staff! I have significant dental anxiety and felt comfortable and at ease right away. I knew this was the place for me when I saw The Office playing in the clinic. The view of the lake didn't hurt either! I'm actually looking forward to the next time I go to the dentist, which is a statement I never thought I'd say lol.

Not only did they scam my insurance for senseless procedures being very pushy with services and recommending treatments that would have ruined my orthodontic work. After switching to a more trustworthy dentist I have found the work Dr. Alexandra completed was much below standard and I now need to have two cavity fillings removed and replaced.

One of the worst dental practices I have experienced, do yourself a favour and go to a more respectable place. I am really not one to write reviews online but this place was despicable and has continued to cause issues with my dental health and insurance.

This is a genuine team approach to dentistry that I have never before experienced. The team is welcoming knowledgeable and accommodating.
I moved to Burlington 5 years ago but have been travelling back to Eastern Ontario where I previously lived to see my dentist due to tremendous anxiety on my part about changing dentists.
Then covid prevented me from travelling and I was forced to seek treatment locally. If there is a silver lining to these difficult times it is finding Lakefront Family Dental and specifically the amazing Alexandra
