We are a family with 2 kids looking for accommodation got contact of leasing agent, Cassandra Bulkowski through CLV group. Throughout the leasing process, Cassandra's communication skills shone brightly. She was always prompt in responding to my inquiries, keeping me informed and updated every step of the way. Her professionalism and efficiency were truly remarkable, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. What impressed us most about Cassandra was her dedication to going above and beyond. She provided valuable insights and advice, even beyond her scope of responsibilities (super friendly i would say). It was evident that she genuinely cared about finding us the best possible rental experience. We were very limited in time when we started to look for an apartment, but thanks to Cassandra’s professional attitude we moved in as we planned. It was a great pleasure to interact with so skilled leasing agent. The apartment exceeded all my expectations when we moved in, it has been renovated and looks perfect! In general, CLV Group provided excellent service and unbelievable support for us as tenants!

A good place, calm, well maintained, CLV group are doing their best to make it better and to respond to residents inquiries, despite some small gaps like not allowance to keep stroller in the railing (no elevator so we are obliged to carry our baby and the stroller up and down), the floor isn't a good quality and causing noise on neighbors, but overall I like my stay here, it's spacious and lots of storage areas.
PS: rental is a little higher that it should

Year one update.
We are happy to call this place as home. The plus points are security of the buildings. The maintain experience is awesome, tickets addresses in the same day and emergency response is extremely fast. Happy to recommend the place.

From application to moving-in was a very smooth experience. The team guided me on the process very well. On the day of move-in, they guided me through the property and amenities. I would like to appreciate Ethan for the fantastic customer experience. He was very prompt in every step and answered all the questions with clarity. Appreciate the team for the support. Happy to call this apartment home.

I am an existing resident. Car theft is usual at this place. No safety & security here it seem.

Worst experience ever! We were put up with an aggressive/abusive neighbor who started yelling at my family literally within few minutes of us moving in. What made that tenant to do that just by looking at us is anyone's guess. We were called uncivilized, my kid referred as animal along with daily banging of our floors, side walls, yelling, everything possible to intimidate us to leave. Use of balcony area was not possible without constant yelling/abuses. When we contacted leasing office, we were told to complete our lease term or forfeit deposit. Following were the exact words from property manager, Lucas Re "This is not your home, don't do anything that the other neighbor doesn't like". He literally told us to tip toe the whole time as a solution instead of acknowledging bad flooring which cause noise even if we walk slowly. Every time we tried to explain our situation, he made us feel guilty by telling troubles of that other tenant. We kept getting exaggerated notices related to noise, sometimes even for the days when we were not at home. We were even threatened legal action by Lucas although we ourselves wanted to vacate in first place. Later, we got to know about that tenant's history of selective yelling at certain other neighbors/kids. This apartment had remained vacant for most times due to this. However leasing office conveniently hid this fact, instead blamed us for everything. We took a sigh of relief once we were able to move out after completing our lease term. Lucas should be trained to handle such situations professionally without personal prejudice in future as such incidents will keep happening for sure with other occupants of that apartment.

What exactly happened to this building? Never had so many problems happen before September 2021!

It takes multiple emails to try and get things fixed or taken care of with barely any results!

The door issue is still happening (being propped open and is a huge security risk) and not even a notice has been put up about that but “not feeding the squirrels” is a huge issue!

Edit: putting in a garden before fixing the back steps of my building (broken since February) is exactly the type of thing that makes me think nothing is taken seriously… will there actually be snow removal this year?

Been here for 1 year now, as of now no complaints. Elementary school near by just in 750m. Has awesome walking trail behind the building, which connects lake aquataine and lake wabukayne.

I enjoy living in this property, nice and quiet ambience surrounded by parks. The front office of the property is very helpful. I been to this office couple of times to resolve the issues with my key. I met with one Mr. Harrison, very polite and pleasant gentleman helped me a lot to make sure that my issues are resolved immediately. Great Place.

Worst experience with this group. Started my day calling emergency but they never picked, called regular maintenance 6 times and now the time is 5: 30 pm again started calling emergency but still it’s ringing and song is being played yet no reply

My wife and I have had some parking issues at this location, and no matter how busy Harrison our community leasing agent is he always is there to help with any issues and we appreciate that.

His actions truly show the commitment that him and the other staff have for keeping where we live

Andrea Caba is amazing, she went out of her way after hours to answer any and all of my concerns and questions. Amazingly friendly and polite she made the whole stressful process of renting a new home hassle free.

I visited several apartments, the staff of lakeshore, treated me professionally in particular, Andrea Cuba, she is amazing in responding the phone calls and emails. The building has a very good amenities compared to many others in the area I recommend you to check this building out if you wanna rent an apartment in Meadowvale neighborhood

From applying for to staying in the apartment, from the beginning the representatives were helpful and continue to be so. No complaints whatsoever.

Worst maintenance ever. Full of mold and water leak (in winter) and not fixed despite opening four maintenance requests for last couple of years. Now kitchen shelf doors are broken and have been waiting for more than a week since raising a maintenance request. Very old apartments and they maintain only outside the buildings. Inside the unit is a hell.

Do Not Work for CLV Group

The management is really poor and disorganized. They will spy on you to make sure that you are doing everything and dictate you to do more than expected. They do not respect or appreciate you, or ask for your feedback.

They create the schedule and change it at the last minute, expecting you to be fine with it.

There is no job security. Probation is set at 6 months, they will use you and once they are done with you, they will fire you.

The culture at this company is very toxic.

You are expected to work on weekends with management being off. The management has nothing better to do but to drive around and spy on you. If you leave the office to go grab lunch or coffee, they assume that you have not been to work.

No Staff parking, you have to park in the tenant's parking.

Do not trust admin until you have something in written. I was looking for 2 bed room apartment and working with Harrison. He was keep saying he is waiting for management to confirm. After 10 days he mentioned someone else applied today morning and apartment is not available. I am not sure what basis they are selecting people. I am staying here from last 3 years.

We had an amazing experience with the move-in thanks to Navneet. Navneet was amazing throughout the whole experience. We've been here for over a month and its been a really nice experience so far. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, and the administration is very responsive.

I want to say Navneet is wonderful when it comes to answering all your questions & helping you to move in.

Apartment rent is too high compared to the service offered to the tenants. Hence I am seeing lot of vacant apartments available with leasing office without occupants for long time.

Been here for a month and it's been solid. Navneet's been a pleasure to work with, she's on top of everything. Nothing to say but great things when it came to communication.

I love the Meadowvale area and neighbourhood.great location for the apartments and I couldn't have chosen a better area or place to live! Great job on the renovations in my unit as well. The CLV Group staff at the Glen Erin location. Jasi, Joanna, Joyo & Dana are all great to deal with for any issues and get things done right in an efficient and timely manner. Keep up the good work!

I have been here for five years now and all the staff have been great! Quick response times to maintenance issues and putting in Covid safety measures to keep us all safe. Still love my apartment and the area.close to shopping and restaurants. It is a beautiful area with Lake Aquitaine a few steps away.

She was very informative and attentive, answered all my questions I had, and also kept me informed when new units became available that fit my requirements. This company losing Ian had a huge impact on the tenant-management relationship. We don't feel like a member of this community anymore; now we are just a number that management doesn't care about. You would think that after a year of being great tenants that the company would be lenient on the cutoff dates, but no, they do not care about you and the state of the economy right now! We move out in May and what Ian started as an excellent experience ended up awful. Do better, CLV. So unhappy. The people are a huge factor of a living experience, and your new management is failing at that. Alessio and whoever he reports to.

Our experience with CLV and the lakeshore apartments in Mississauga has been nothing short of wonderful. The grounds are always kept in great condition, and the apartments have a very "homey" feel that you do not always get with apartments. Navneet who works in the office is phenomenal. She always listens to concerns and has any solution needed completed promptly, and is just an overall good natured and likeable person! All interactions with her, and all staff have exceeded our expectations. Her communications were a real selling point for us renting here. It is a great place to be starting out with our young family!

I recently moved to Lakeshore Apartments and community is really good, spacious and close to trail etc, wanted to especially mention about Ian, he explained in detail about all the things and helped a lot in moving in and other things.

I found a nice terrace home. The staff is very professional. Ian was very helpful, patient and kind. He took the time to answer my questions and concerns. I would recommend this place to my family or friends. It's very clean, spacious and well kept. It's the best.

Beautiful property very close to library, shopping area and lake.spacious 2 bedroom apartment and tons of space (extra room) to store extra stuff. In building laundry is plus too. Ian Dsouza is amazing, excellent customer service. He always follows up on the maintenance request too.

We have recently moved in to Lakeshore apartments and the entire process has been extremely smooth. All thanks to Ian D'Souza. Even after moving in, we had a couple of small issues that were addressed immediately by Ian. So, needless to say that the experience so far has been really good!

This is a nice and warm neighborhood. There's a small lake at the end of this property. You can take a walk through the park or sit on one of the benches to enjoy an uninterrupted view of the lake. Community center and town center is in close proximity of this apartment. There is a bus terminal and a Go station nearby which will connect you to different areas of Mississauga and Toronto.

Very clean inside, also the elevators are clean, just not to big if you plan on moving in here, lol.

Very clean and family friendly apartment community located in the heart of meadowvale area, all amenities are close-by in walking distance. Our leasing agent Ian was very friendly and ensured we had a great move in experience for our unit.

I worked with Ian while looking for an apartment for my parents. He was always quick to reply to any e-mails or text messages, and was very accommodating while I tried to coordinate things for my parents while they were out of town. I contacted several rental companies during my search, and Ian's response time was much faster than anyone else I heard back from (if I heard back at all). We experienced several delays while trying to move out of my parents' previous home, and Ian was always very accommodating and understanding when I had to change the time to pick up the keys. I would definitely recommend Ian and CLV Group to anyone looking at their rental properties. It was stress-free and straightforward and I was never left wondering what I needed to do next.

Please Read full- The building is in very good location. Excellent customer service from Ian D'Souza during our move in process and after. He is very prompt with all our concern, questions and request. The unit was renovated with new cabinets.

However, I found the baseboard heaters to be in inconvenient spots which made it really hard to organize my furniture. The kitchen chimney/exhaust blows air back into the kitchen, food smell lingers for long into rooms after cooking. All the walk-in building's balcony roof seems to be old, and requires maintenance. Because of the significant spaces in between wooden planks, the water, upstairs dirt trickle down on us, and our patio furniture.

We had a smooth move in experience with adequate assistance provided by the apartment management. I must say that if you want to get an apartment at this location, make sure you are attended to by Ian! He is very professional, prompt to respond to inquiries and even proactive in providing you with information to make your move-in experience smooth. Excellent, excellent service. Great guy!

We have recently moved in to lakeshore apartment with CLV group. We have to say thanks to Ian, who made our move very smooth with all the formality and documentation. He made sure that all the other fix are getting done after move in apartment. And i have to talk about beautiful nature around.lake, splash park and all the greenery this community has is amazing.it’s great for family with kids.it’s been few days since we moved here so i don’t have much to say but till now it’s great experience.

We have rented our first apartment in Canada. Ian D was really awesome and helped me Throughout the moving process. Initially we couldn't get the apartment, but later with options provided by Ian, we were able to get it. And once we got the apartment, Ian helped us lot to make our movement easier and smoother. This was the only apartment i saw before finalizing. We had time concern.when i was looking on their website for how this apartment building rating is i found out very good rating and Ian name all over.but when i had to deal with all the formalities of documentation, apartment viewing and everything i realized that why he is so popular among tenants. He is very prompt, professional, friendly, hard working guy.

The apartment unit is clean, spacious and has ample sunlight. The unit is renovated with all modern amenities and hardwood floors.
The CLV Group has maintained cleanliness around the apartments. The maintenance team is available 24/7 and ready to help whenever we call them (specially Joyo).

The Location is quiet/peaceful and good for families with good nearby schools. The apartment is walkable to Meadowvale Town center and Public library. Walmart, Erin Mills center, good restaurants are all 5-10 mins drive.

The community is great, clean and pet friendly. I met with Ian. He is an amazing guy, who made a lot of personal efforts to welcome me, guide me though all details related to booking apartment. Even after moving in, he constantly keeps in touch to make sure i am comfortable and responds to any queries I have. I particularly liked the welcome kit which made me feel at home. Overall its a nice place to live.

Ian D’Souza did a great job accommodating my family and I, welcoming us into a friendly neighbourhood. He’s met all our needs and has exceeded our expectations. This is a great location that’s close by stores, hwy 401 (25m drive to Brampton), and schools/daycares; he suggested in the neighbourhood. Moving here has been an easy transition with the help of Mr. D’Souza.
