Got my dental implant here and the services offered were amazing! Everyone is so nice and friendly, the office is modern and neat, and the appointments are super easy to make. Overall, it was a really great experience for me. Highly recommend this place!

Outstanding Dental Office! I cannot express how much I appreciate the professionalism and service I received from Dr. Olczyk and her team. After getting my two front teeth broken in half from a hockey incident I immediately called Lakeshore Dental. Within 10 mins I was in Dr. Izabela’s chair getting my upper lip stitched up and a plan set in place to fix my teeth. During the time between my appointments I received calls and emails from the secretary staff checking up on me and asking if I had any pain. I am looking forward to my next visit in 2 weeks time to get permanent Veneer’s.

On two occasions now I’ve had old fillings break while flossing or just completely fall out and leave the tooth exposed (very painful).
I’m SO happy to say both times the staff got me in ASAP (even same day) to fix the problem and save me of the pain.

Dr. Izabela is friendly, fast and efficient but thorough- everything you want from a Dentist (let’s face it no one likes going to the dentist) and Dr. Izabela and her team get the job done quick and easy with great quality and make the experience a pleasant one!

Of the 4 other dentists I’ve been to in my life, Dr. Izabela and her team are by far the best.

Going to the dentist is never an easy appointment to go to. However, right from the fist step I took through their door of Lakeshore Dental, I was warmly greeted and made to feel extremely comfortable and at ease. The receptionist’s smile spoke volumes and her warm personality was very welcoming. Lakeshore Dental office is going above and beyond with safety measure protocols to enhance the safety of their dental office, all their patients as well their entire staff.

My experience was great from the beginning, with the staff being very responsive through the Opencare platform and making themselves available to address all my questions. My appointment at Lakeshore dentistry was better than what I have ever experienced with my previous dentists. The doctor was very attentive to my medical records, made sure I was listened to and explained the procedures I was going to undergo as well as any concerns I had. I truly appreciated how the dentist took the time to thoroughly educate me on my diagnosis, treatment as well as preventative options available to me. I found all the staff to be honest and compassionate towards my needs. Even though I was there for quite sometime, I never felt rushed. Lakeshore Dental is compassionate and committed in providing personalized care based an every individual who walks through their doors.

Walked into the modern waiting room and greeted by friendly front office staff. My hygienist addressed my concerns and took excellent care of me.

I should write this feedback a long time ago, but somehow I always couldn't find the right time. Anyway, quarantine time is the right time now, so lets me write appreciation words about Lakeshore Dental.
I am a dental phobic. I had a horrible experience with my last dentist, resulting in over 15 hours with Dr. Olczyk and her staff over the summer. I can't say enough positive things. From the state of the art office to the comfort menu, they have thought of everything. I HIGHLY recommend them!

For real - do yourself a favor and ditch your old dentist and come and see Dr. Izabela Olczyk and her fantastic staff. You won't regret it!

The price of $3,800 for both the implant and crown is a very competitive. Dr Olczyk is honest and told me that I did not need a bone graft, as she had different sizes of implants that would fit me. Two independent dentists had told me I needed a bone grafts before implants. I paid $$ thousands less for the five implants at Lakeshore Dental than I did for three at the previous dentist, when I probably only needed two. All the personnel were professional and cordial.

This is a very hip, modern dentist office.
It’s super clean and they always have good tunes playing. I generally hate going to the dentist but this office always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in the door until I leave. I got my crown made and fitted all in one visit. Highly recommend the office to anyone needing great dentistry.

Dr. Izabela Olczyk and Associates they have done wonders for me. Dr. Izabela started my treatment plan 9 months ago I never though I would be walking out of her office feeling like a different person. Her clinic looks chic. Her staffs are amazing and nice. Lakeshore Dental has taken such good care of my teeth for years. Before going here, I had had some bad experiences with dentists and I absolutely didn't trust dentists in general. This completely changed when I met Dr Izabela and her team. I am near completion of my treatment plan and am confident in the health of my teeth and gums. I encourage anyone to try them once you'll never go back to your regular dentist.

Dr. Izabela as well as her whole staff is professional, caring, and extremely helpful in every way. She is a perfect example of what you hope will happen when you need a cosmetic dentist. She's a perfectionist and will make sure you are comfortable and pleased with the final result.

Today was my initial consultation for an implant and I was extremely nervous. Dr. Olczyk and her dental assistant Susan, were both great. I felt at ease immediately. All of my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable that I had made the right decision in choosing Dr. Olczyk’s practice to perform my procedure. She was referred to me by a friend and in all honestly I would have no issue referring her and hers staff.

I've been a patient of Dr Izabela since she first opened her office on Lakeshore Blvd. West. Her first office was in the opposite building. Always first class work with excellence results.

I drove from Hamilton for the all on 4 dental implant procedures on my top teeth. Two of my root canals and crowns were failing, had two teeth missing, must have bone graft…Sounds terrible but I was completely at ease and confident with Dr. Olczyk, had absolutely no apprehension about what was to come
I got my permanent teeth about 6 months after the surgery when all of the implants had healed. My final permanent teeth look superb.
I want to thank Dr. Izabela for giving me a smile for life. I don't want to forget to thank the staff they made me feel so special and took such great care of me. You all are Top Notch.

Went for my cleaning today, which is generally torture for me because I have such sensitive gums, but these guys go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and taken care of. Natalia put numbing gel on my most sensitive areas so it wouldn't be so painful and I could stand to lay there and get a thorough cleaning.

I have sensitive teeth and having them cleaned has been painful for me in the past however Natalia was very gentle and understood my fear. It was very good experience as a whole and I am glad I made the decision to switch to this office

I love going in for my cleanings. My hygienist does detailed work & has great people skills. She is friendly & fun to talk too

I love my hygienist Natalia, and Dr Izabela is fantastic also. They are very knowledgeable. I trust them with my care. My mom is a retired dentist, out of province. She has approved of the approaches that Dr Izabela has used to keep my mouth healthy in the past years.

I had veneers placed on my front teeth by Dr. Olczyk and I absolutely love them! They look so natural, people can't even tell that they are not my teeth. The whole process went smoothly, her team was so comforting, and I love the end result.

Staff was very friendly, very helpful, and everyone was very professional. Doctor Izabela Olczyk did amazing work. I was in and out with no problems. Gave great instructions on how to care for after implant surgery and gave no issues. I'd definitely recommend this place and come back if needed.

I came to Dr. Olczyk's office because it was very convenient for me, I live in the neighbourhood. When she came to inspect my teeth she told me all 4 of my fillings had shrunk and it would cost over a thousand dollars to fix. I felt like she was taking me for a ride, and even after I said I wouldn't do it the staff called me multiple times to say it was important I went through with it.

I went back to my actual dentist and he said I had 1 filling that was on the edge and the rest were perfectly fine. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed.

The front office staff is always friendly. The hygienist‘s are very thorough when doing x-rays and cleaning your teeth. I could not be more pleased with my choice for Dr. Izabela Olczyk office.
