Always very happy with the services at Lakeshore Nails. Denise does an amazing job on dip nails. I am long time customer of seven years I highly recommend Lakeshore Nails. Very friendly.

There are no words to describe how much I love Denise but I’ll try Denise is absolutely amazing. Her application, her customer service, her attention to details, the fact that she goes above and beyond to make sure my nails are absolutely perfect before I leave. I will NEVER go to another nail artist. I just absolutely love her. Attached are Some of my absolute fav sets she’s done.

Denise is excellent - she takes extra care with my nails and massages my hands and feet to promote relaxation and circulation. My polish lasts a long time. The owners and staff are friendly and polite.

Denise is a wonderful nail specialist. She knows what she is doing and gives the best service to me and others. She is very personable and loves people and gives you her best effort which is perfect! You can’t go wrong at this place or with her!

Denise did my nails for my wedding and they turned out great! I got a pink ombré look. She took time to explain the process, and attention to detail was fantastic

The below review is 4 years old but I still stand by it! Mai is no longer at the salon so I am now seeing Denise who is absolutely fantastic! She makes giving a dip manicure look so easy! And from experience with other salons, it apparently is not easy. I am a returning customer and will continue to be one!

Unlike other nail salons, I have never been disappointed with Lakeshore Nails and Spa! Mai is the absolute best, she always takes her time and is extremely attentive to detail! I love the dip manicure (they use Nugenesis), it has allowed my nails to grow out super long and remain very healthy even though I’ve been getting them for almost a year with no breaks. Every person I’ve told about this salon has gone and fallen in love! This place is a hidden gem:)

I have been visiting Lakeshore Nails since they opened, six years ago and always appreciate their fantastic service. Everything is incredibly clean and all the staff are very accommodating. Denise does the best dip nail job ever- incredibly good work. And it's always nice to see the 'regulars' when I am in. It's nice to talk and laugh with the 'repeats' who feel the same way I do. We just keep coming back as we always get great, consistent manicures and pedicures. It's my favourite 'local. '

I have been going to Lakeshore Nails, specifically Denise for years! She is professional, very kind and efficient. Her work is incredible! I have tried other places but no one is as good as Denise. Her dip nails are the best! I highly recommend Denise and Lakeshore Nails!

I have being using this nails service at 106 Lakeshore East - for a while now, and have been very happy with Denise. So, I have revommended their services to my friends and neighbours.
But everytime they go there they come to me, in conversation, complaing because they were charged different prices all the time, and the work was not done to threir satisfaction, and when they complain, the girls always come back with some kind of excuse, or one reason or another.
Sincerely, I am very embarassed!
And I will not go there anymore.
There are hundreds of nail services everywhere, and I guess the workers there, they don't realize that.

I have been going to Dennise for 16 years and she is amazing! She gives the best pedicures and manicures; she’s very gentle and detailed. She also successfully gets rid of ingrown nails.
I highly recommend Dennise’s services.

I went there last week and the was charged 62 dollars for tips, they came off after 4 days and the tips were not clean.

Julie did my nails here on Wed! Wow am I amazed at her professionalism, warmth and artistry showed her the reference photo and she exceeded my expectations! I’d give her more stars if I could — definitely recommend and definitely coming back:) do yourself a favour and ask for her when you go, she was the best! Thanks for being patient w me Julie:)

This nail salon is clean and the workers are very kind and good at what they do I’ve been coming here for a couple years and I love it!

I have been here twice. I thought I’d give a second chance to them but I was very wrong. The first time I was charged over 100 dollars for a french ombré manicure. That’s ridiculous. People were looking at me like wow you’re going to pay that for that? The second time I went, I got a pedicure. Asked for shellac colour 050 (peach) she gave me 048 (hot pink orange) and it was not shellac because some of my toes when I left were not fully coated. She also burned me with the towel at the end that she placed on my legs for a soothing treatment.however it was SCOLDING hot and I had marks on my legs the next day. Never again! And the customer service was atrocious.

Not happy at all with the price i was charged for an acrylic nail fill. $45. The customer service was horrible on top.barely spoke to me from the time I walked in to the time I left except for after rushing me to pick a color. She asked me after painting one nail if I liked it. I said no not at all then she continued to do the rest of my nails knowing i hated it? ! I felt too awkward to say anything because of the way she made me feel without saying anything. Tired of going to nail salons and feeling alienated while you wonder what they are saying to each other in a language you can't understand.yet saying nothing to you. Gonna keep looking I guess. If you don't care about customer service and a good price give it a try, lol

Booked an appt for me and my gf to do shellac mani and pedi, VERY disappointing I will not be returning neither will my friend which is unfortunate because I do live close by.
Denise did not even want to bother filing my nails (i had to ask? !) she made it seem like it was a chore to do my nails, half the time she was talking on her phone on top of that she quit half way and made another girl finish them I guess because I declined her many attempts of upselling me bio gel.all that would be tolerable had my nails turned out. They didnt they are streaky and uneven.

First time here and I really liked it. Friendly people, very nice job on my dip nails, and good price. Will definitely come back here!
