Still playing the mask game and insist on taking a Covid text. After all we now know this clinic is still part of the problem. If I can’t find a Dr.who will use their brain to serve the public rather than be controlled by the bureaucrats in government I will continue to seek alternative healthcare practitioners. Looks like this clinic only works with sheep.

Terrible place. They make you wear a mask but will not supply one of you don’t have. Like sorry I’m not gonna go buy a box of them to see a walk in doctor. The receptionist is always moody and unpleasant. Not worth your time just go elsewhere.

Quick wait time. Receptionist was kind and friendly. Doctor was quick but understanding and I didn’t feel rushed. Will return in case of immediate service when needed.

I've never had any issues coming to this walk-in clinic for years (at least a decade). My husband and I tend to come here because of the no nonsense help. I find the receptionist is efficient and good. She's never been rude to me.

I had a fantastic experience here this morning. The clinic was clean, the receptionist was professional and efficient. The doctor was so lovely, caring and professional. She took my medical concerns seriously and listened to my questions. I would most definitely go back. Just remember to wear a mask!

Would recommend seeing Dr. D'Silva as she is thorough and very patient. Wish she could be my family doctor!

Not only is the reception rude and arrogant throwing my health card back at me but the doctors himself is extremely condescending and does not care for his patients.
He full out said “do you not know how to follow instructions are you stupid”

I should have read reviews before wasting time going here.this clinic should be under review or shut down. They have 0 empathy and manners and no business etiquette.

I will be reporting this doctor to health Canada. He should not be practicing PERIOD!

Should advertise that they actually stop taking patients at 2pm instead of wasting people’s time.

Only doctors office I have been to that tries to make money off the masks they provide. $2 a mask ya no thank you but I won’t assist you in lining your pockets in green.

Went in told the doctor my mental health was declining hoping I could get supports or at the very least a doctors note for work. Was told that's not an excuse and pretty much told to man up and get lost. Even seemed upset I'd even wast his time with this. So I went to another clinic who took me seriously gave me numbers to call counseling and supports I desperately needed. This was 2 years ago and I'm doing much better now no thanks to Lakeshore Village Walk-In.

This place should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely the worst medical clinic I’ve ever encountered. They turned away a sick one year old because I couldn’t provide them with a negative covid test. I explained that I did a rapid test in the morning and when it was negative I threw it in the trash once done with it. They wanted me to go back home take it out of my garbage and drive it back to them. But! Not on the same day because they were closing within an hour. As well, they require masks, and that’s fine but they don’t provide them they make you go out and buy one and then come back.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Receptionist should be fired for how she speaks to people

*In response to your comment on my review, don’t lie and say your receptionist HAD to close the clinic. She made it very clear the clinic was already closing and I also wasn’t rude to her. I just left. So perhaps another person came in and was equally as disturbed by the customer service experience and reacted differently than I did. But I certainly didn’t “harass” anyone. I just said “okay, that’s absurd” and left. So you’re greatly mistaken about that. If masks are mandatory then you should provide them like every other medical centre does. You don’t tell your patients “go buy one”. That’s ridiculous customer service. If you offer covid tests then your receptionist should tell patients this. At the end of the day you turned away a sick infant who does not have covid. That’s on you and not anyone else. Your rules are not the same as other medical centres and you cannot expect people to know your “rules” before coming in. I also don’t know why I would call a WALK-IN clinic before attending. I’m just glad other patients in the waiting room acknowledged how ridiculous it was and that you trying to single me out won’t fly. There’s a reason your reviews are so awful!

It was not a great experience, the doctor barely listened to me and discharged me in less than 15 minutes, it seems that he was in a hurry. In addition to that, he had little patience while I explained how I felt, he just told me to take something and assumed that I knew the medicine he was prescribing and how it worked. When I asked him to spell it and the instructions to take it, he simply turned away with contempt and with a face: how do you not know that? In the end he had to explain to me but he was not cooperative at all. 3 days later I still have the same pain

Save yourself the trip at this clinic

Receptionists are great all around. Dr. Daya however, I cannot say the same. Initially everything was nice and professional, but immediately things had become more of a "hurry up and get done" feeling. I had a back injury that I needed to get looked at and there was no care from Dr. Daya himself. I understand it is a walk in clinic, but after the interaction, I cannot see myself ever coming back to get looked at by him. Nothing but rude and bare minimum efforts to get the patient out the door.

Turned away my sick 4 year old! 5 months ago same symptoms the doctor saw my kid, the blonde lady was working reception, today the heavy set dark haired lady refused to admit her absolutely ridiculous never been so mad.wish I could give this place zero stars.

Very uncooperative Dr. Daya at this clinic. You are patient and you only are made to feel at fault for falling sick. You can expect to get some real help only if you came here dead. Deserves no stars. My job requires to talk over the phone for 7.5 hours a day. With so much pain in my throat and sounding like a frog how can I go back to work. Dr. Daya didn’t even listen to me and refused to write me a note for rest from work even for a day. He would only consider something wrong if had gone permanently mute. He should consider retirement and go fishing.

This is fast and professional clinic with good and knowledgeable doctors that follow their protocol s. I find them compassionate, experienced and intelligent. Me and my daughter have been going here for a long time and are doing well health wise because these doctors work hard and cover all necessary things with fair time and resource allotments to all people. If you are reasonable you'll appreciate this clinic.

“Sorry, you’re sick you can’t be seen at this his clinic“ that’s what I got when I called them. I’m sick that’s why I wanna see a doctor. If you’re scared of sick patients you shouldn’t have became a doctor.

The receptionists are great.
These are the worst doctor's I have dealt with in over 50 years. They should remember that under FEDERAL law, any conversion of which you are a part of is recordable and usable in a court of law. I went to another clinic with REAL doctors of whom diagnosed me with the ailment I knew I had, that these doctors argued with me and said I didn't. WARNING*** go anywhere else.

The doctor Daya is super rude he really doesn’t care about how the pain is. He just take the patients and I was telling him it really hurts and he told me you are ok you have nothing

I came in for a second note. The nurse was really nice to my face. The doctor was very hostile and made me feel really uncomfortable as I did tell her that and made me feel shameful for not being able to pay for a rapid test for strep (I didn’t even know that was a thing) that I knew I didn’t need because I knew I had strep throat but I just needed the confirmation. Snickering with the nurse outside of the door about how I couldn’t pay was completely unprofessional. Coming back into the room and confirming that I do have strep throat and that I don’t need to pay for the rapid test because she will and then proceeds to tell the nurse “don’t worry about it I’m going to pay for the rapid test because she can’t afford it”. Clearly she was the only doctor on site but clearly that clinic needs a little bit more money because they were going any quick grab they could and making people feel small because they couldn’t afford certain things all in all it was a very unprofessional and a terrible experience. Will not be returning. I literally had so much anxiety and I did tear up from how uncomfortable it was.

I was so relieved that they were open on Sunday when I really needed someone to see me in person. The service was quick, thorough and they provided everything that I needed. I'm so thankful that you are seeing patients in person during these COVID times. It has been said before, but you are all are heroes for what you do. Thank you.

I had the most wonderful experience here. Lovely receptionist, wonderful, kind and sympathetic doctor who diagnosed me immediately with shingles and arranged an appt with an eye doctor within an hour! AND. I even received a call-back a few days later to check on my progress. I am just so pleased with this clinic. In fact, even though I live in Mississauga I plan to go to this facility from now on.

I had the WORST experience with Lakeshore Village Walk-In Clinic. I am an international student and I used to get most of my medical things done on campus but with the closure and my need for immediately medical attention I went to the walk in.

I was told I have to pay $60 cash for my visit. I was there for 3 minutes and got a requisition for a blood test. That’s it. First visit.

Receptionist wasn’t very receptive and was VERY DRY! Male doctor; the same. You have a patient that’s worried about stuff and youre not even in the least tried to be reassuring or informative. I left with more questions than when I got there but hey! Blood work.

Did that and the results came available so I was called in. I showed up, was ushered into a room and told I had caught them at a bad time. The doctor is making calls. I waited patiently then I got a call from another health care provider I had reached out to because of the lack of hospitality I had encountered the time before.

The doctor, a female this time! Saw me on my phone and flat out told me she could be seeing other patients so I abruptly ended the call but it was too late caz she moved on to another patient.

Finally came back to me and said well here’s your results the receptionist will give you a copy. Bruh! The receptionist had to explain the results to me!

I asked “is that it? ” She said yes, handed me my results and wished me farewell.

About an hour or so later I’m being called because I haven’t paid. “How you gonna leave and you don’t have a health card? It’s your responsibility to pay $60 cash. ”

I’m mortified at this time because that was never my intention. I thought okay, maybe because I’m just picking up something they’re not charging me.

Now I’m being threatened that if I don’t pay by close of business today I’ll have to pay more. How am I being threatened for health care? And your screw up? !

Terrible service, i called & asked reception what time they were closing, she said closing in 20 mins then i said ok, is it ok if I'm there in 10 mins, will Dr take me? She said yes, so i rushed over walked in 8 mins later & receptionist told me Dr left. I was very upset that she had me go over for nothing & as i left a couple walked in & was told the same thing. They also told me they called before.

This walk in clinic has the worst service EVER. Front receptionist was so unwelcoming. Never smiled ONCE. Also the doctor was very incompetent and filled out my school form incorrectly. Meaning now i need to get a whole new test just so a real doctor can do it properly. Also came here the day before and receptionist told me they were closed but sign was still saying they were open. Please do not go here. Low quality service and treatment.

Normally my experience has been very good but today. Dr. D'Silva where were you? Receptionist RUDE! (not the usual lovely blonde lady.don't know her name). Dr.treated me over the phone in the waiting area. Asked 'normal' personal questions and there are 4 other people waiting around me (2 left in disgust). I said, "I appreciate you want to limit contact but can you not put me in a separate room and call me there? " Apparently not.receptionist does not have time to sanitize each room.seriously!? Overall very abrupt and uncomfortable experience. Wouldn't tell me gentleman doctor's name; I will see when I pick up my prescription. Recommendation.check who is in office before going!

This clinic is incredibly quick, competent and clean. I’ve seen Dr. Kashani at least 4 times over the last 3 years to treat either myself or my children and she is always professional, knowledgeable and understanding. At a time like this, I honestly think the doctors and staff here are heroes, staying on the front line to serve our community despite the risk.

The male doctor who I seen was awful - he was arrogant and dismissive and I ended up walking out. It took me several months before I finally decided to get help for an injury and all I got was a condescending rude little man who who insulted me.

Male doctor was extremely direct, but I didn’t find that off-putting at all. He assessed the issue, treated it, and I was out the door in five minutes. Not sure what all the 1 stars are about. Maybe those people need to be coddled.

Great front desk staff and Drs.reasonable wait time.i have bben going there in the past few years and most of the time was seen in 10-15 minutes.

Was brought into a room straight away. Then waited without anyone checking in on me for an hour. I finally had to leave because I had other morning appointments. There wasn’t even a secretary behind the desk to explain I had to leave. I waited 5 minutes to try to give that courtesy and there was no one to be found. Very disappointing.

When I have needed immediate attention when I'm not available to go downtown to my doctor's office, this facility has been a godsend and I cannot say enough about the doctors that manage this place. I have been looked after so very well and it's been efficient and precise which I like. The medical staff are geared to helping people when they can and referring people when they need to be referred to someone else. I appreciate having this facility very close to my home and I am grateful they are there.

Very nice people. Great if you need emergency stitches. Yes there is a bit of a wait but there is usually a wait everywhere you go. Much better than the places in Mississauga

Receptionist is ok.the doctor Don Belbin is rude, ignorant and does not care about you. I regret I couldn't go to my family doctor. I felt like I had to find an excuse rather than explain my issue and get a reasonable doctor's feedback.

Wow.tough crowd.if Dr does not spend enough time they complain. If they have to wait they complain.i used their clinic and i liked it.the wait was a bit too long but the Dr took time to listen to me and help me while my doctor was away.

Worst walk in clinic i have ever been to! The doctor was rude and he was rushing the visit because "he had a lot of ppl to see" as he said. Totally a waste of time.

I went into this clinic on Monday November 19th at 4: 00 p.m, needing medical care, my personal doctor was away for the week.
I gave my information, asked how long it would take to see the doctor was told there were two other individuals waiting. I asked to use the washroom and was asked if I needed to give a urine sample to which I responded I didn’t know but didn’t think so. I was then told that, no I could not the washroom it was for patients who needed to leave a sample only.
I thought that was ridiculous, and said so. The Doctor had come out of the examine room during out discussion and asked if I would like to know the reason for this. She then explained that they had an incident in their washroom that was so horrific that the police were called. Apparently, it was at the recommendation of the police that they instituted this policy. She also stated that as well it really wouldn’t be fair to other people in the waiting room if she let me use the facilities and not them. I left the clinic without being seen.
I am concerned for other residents who may want to use this clinic given the seriousness of the incident, they may want to look else where for medical assistance
I was reluctant to give this clinic any rating as I wasn't treated and went else where for treatment, but the system wouldn't allow me to give Zero stars

I've been coming to this clinic for 30 years+. I have always had the up most respect for the Doctors & the receptionist there. They have treated me with much concern & care over the years. Thankyou to all that works @ Lake shore village clinic.

Worst clinic ever! I recently went to Mexico for cosmetic surgery and had to return with my stitches.this wasnt an issues until I came to this clinic. I came here to have my stitches removed and was told they were the kind that dissolve on their own.a week has gone but and it has not dissolved.with that being said.i called the clinic today to see if the same doctor was available and she informed me she was.and before i could end the conversation i was told I had to pay again! PARDON ME? Why would i have to pay again when u diagnosed me wrong? So now if started an infection due to this and am on my way to the emergency.thanks for nothing and I will never go bk here and i live within 5 feet from this location.

I was at the lakeshore clinic yesterday with my dad.he was assess by a male doctor and was sent to the hospital. I am very grateful.he was very helpful and directed us to the right place

Reading these reviews and they don’t even make sense at all. I’ve been going to this clinic for three decades. I have never had a bad experience there. I much prefer Dr Kashanias I find her to be very patient and understanding with a compassion for her doctoring. I have never found her to be in a rush, she is very thorough, she has even gone above and beyond my expectations of s walk in clinic, to follow up via telephone to ensure I attended my X-ray or blood work. The clinic is located in an area where there is an array of people, this should not reflect on the clinic in a negative manner as those people require medical assistance too. Some are respectful enough of the facility others not so much. Everything implemented new and old ways, are for the protection and safety of each and every patient and worker. I took note of a few reviews, the following stood out as ridiculous, not removing stitches.my son had stitches and I figured I could remove them myself, dr kashani reassured me that it was something I should reconsider as it requires medical examining to ensure the wound in closed before removing, second someone said they sat down and another patient went to the desk and handed the health card, there is a sign that very clearly states this, so I’m not sure what the confusion would be, lastly one said the dr did not speak of patients in the waiting room, this is very true, even as a frequent patient and am comfortable with the questions I ask she tells me we will speak in the room, very professional, very respectful and very clean. Many of these reviews are totally inaccurate. I witness myself patients who demand medication and treatment get angry and belligerent when they don’t get their own way, even in that situation the clinic and their staff maintain their professionalism and execute the best protocol to defuse the situations.
