When was the right time to share that the dental practice had been bought and that a new dentist was doing my dental work that day instead? It sure wasn't moments before the work starts while I was in the chair. Granted this review is about two years late, but better late than never.

Did not complete a pre authorization with my insurance which resulted in lakeside dental calling me 6 months later and then telling me i owe over $700 out of pocket even though have full dental coverage! Horrible communication. Front desk was always nice but this was probably the worst experience with any business that I’ve ever had. My family and I will not be returning!

A terrific team. They made my little boys and I feel very comfortable and welcome - the kids can hardly wait to go back

Very thorough, from start to finish. Receptionist is very lovely and helpful always. Dental hygienist is excellent not to mention the highly qualified Dentist they have! I would highly recommend. I have been going to this office for a few years now. I am very particular in who I see and how they perform. They don't say you need this or that, if it's not needed! Which is what I like. They always are checking to make sure any dental work you need is actually needed! 5 plus stars in my opinion!

I was so scared to get my dental implant done (I actually put it off for 7 years!) but they made the whole process comfortable from start to finish and always took the time to make sure I understood what was going to happen at each appointment. My new tooth is finally complete and looks and feels like it's always been there! Thank you!
