This is the best dentistry I have ever been to. Very thorough, I hadn't had my teeth cleaned for a long time and they spent the extra time required to get my teeth back to normal. I am extremely happy with their work and I would recommend them. They also make sure you're insurance covers everything, and are up front about what you might need in the future. I'm glad I was referred here!

Let's face it no one enjoys going to the dentist and sitting through an archaeological dig in their mouth! From the great group at the front desk to the professionals behind the glass door, the gang at Lakeside Family Dental almost make the experience enjoyable! Thank you for the wonderful dental care.

Ah the dentist. Remembering childhood visits when your fingernails scraped the door jamb as Mom tried to physically coerce you into the room with the big chair. Those days are, hopefully, long gone as dentists have made great strides to soothe anxiety and potential pain and nowhere is this more evident than at Lakeside Dental, where friendly staff, a bright, clean environment and the latest technology combine for as good as an experience as you can have. My hygienist was experienced, calm, knowledgeable, i felt very relaxed in my surroundings, accompanied by warm greetings from the receptionist. Although I live a bit further away, I am very happy I switched Dentists.

The service is excellent by all the staff and Dr Cohen is by far the best dentist that I have ever been to. He is knowledgeable and experienced and ensures that you are comfortable while he is working on your teeth. Many people are concerned with the freezing process when having work done, but Dr. Cohen is so good that you will literally not feel anything. I would highly recommend Dr. Cohen.

I just got 2 implants. Dr. Alex made amazing job. He is very good doctor and very helpful and kind person. Highly recommend him.

Even though I moved farther away, I won't stop going to Lakeside Dental Clinic because Dr. Cohen is a fantastic dentist, and the staff are friendly and cheerful. We miss a few staff that have left over the years because they treated us so well. My family has been going there for over 50 years, and my kids now go too.

We have be going to LFD for years, because we always get prompt and courteous service from very competent professionals. They always take the time to go over what we should be doing to maximize our dental health.

With the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael Cohen has done an exemplary job with fitting out the office and individual patient rooms, to provide both staff and patients with high confidence that they are well protected from catching COVID-19. He understands that this is not just a one time bug, but rather something that we will face again and again in our future. With that in mind he has made these changes to the practice with built in longevity - no bandaid solutions here.

I can't recommend this dental office enough. Dr Christian was the dentist who took care of me for both a broken tooth and a tooth extraction and he and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable. I have always been very afraid of dentists but my experience with Lakeside family dental and Dr Christian really put me at ease. I am so thrilled with how everything went, how fast and well they were able to take care of me how clean the offices are, how friendly reception is and I am very grateful to say they were willing to work with me on a payment schedule so that I could get the work I needed done quickly without finances getting in the way. I have already and will continue to recommend this dental office to family and friends and plan on using them for a long time to come.

I have been going to Lakeside Dental for 50 years and saw Dr. Mel throughout my childhood and now Dr. Michael.

There has been many changes to the office location, decor and some staff but their caring spirit for their patients never changes. I miss some of the old team (Hedy, Dr. Mel) but the newer team members are just as friendly and caring. Sue has been a mainstay and I always enjoy catching up when I see her.

Their response to COVID was immediate and the changes in the office (enclosed rooms, HePa filters, arrival procedures) means I always feel safe.

My kids are the third generation to go to Lakeside, and we couldn’t be happier. Keep up the great work!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Cohen and his Team. We moved to this Denistry office about 2 years ago. My daughter has lock jaw and they are very Patient when treating her. In addition when my family when through a recent traumatic and tragic event, Dr. Cohen offered his professional support in a way not many others would. This team genuinely treats their patients like family.

My experience with the dentists at this practice has been ok, they are professional and knowledgeable. I cannot the same about the staff I interacted with.

The first hygienist didn’t seem to know what she was doing, all she kept talking about were the parties she was going to and giving me dental advice she was clearly not qualified to give.

On my last visit, I was asked to wait outside and told that it was the policy that applied to everyone because they could not provide the necessary physical distancing in the waiting room. Obviously I understood given the situation and waited outside. It was hot, sunny and the hygienist was 10mins late even though I was the first appointment of the day. Imagine my surprise though when I left only to see that the next appointment was waiting on a chair inside in the waiting room.

A few days later, I receive a call from the office telling me that they had rescheduled my daughter’s appointment and wanted to confirm the new time. Upon calling back, I find out that they had rescheduled my daughter’s appointment without checking with me first not because of circumstances beyond their control, but because they purposely chose to give her appointment to another family. When I asked to keep the appointment because I couldn’t make another time that weekend, I was told it wasn’t possible because the timeslot was already booked.

After this incident, I decided I had given this practice enough chances, cancelled all my appointments and told the receptionist I was going to look for a different dentist. Her response? “Ok”.
Suffice to say, I won’t be going back.

Love Lakeside Family Dental, our whole family goes there and they are great with kids. A trustworthy dentist and great customer service. They are also open evenings and Saturdays. They were VERY well set up for COVID and take social distancing and cleanliness very seriously.

I would not recommend Lakeside Family Dental! I had to experience a situation that I would not wish upon my worst enemy! And now they are billing me for something that I didn't want or need!

Had a couple cavities done with Dr. Alex last night and couldn't be more impressed with Lakeside Dental. This guy is awesome! Not only did he do great work but he has to be one of the nicest and down to earth people I've ever met. Customer for life!

Dr. Eilyad Hornarparvar fixed 4 of my teeth today. He is an artist in his field! Very gentle and fast. For the first time I didn't even feel the needles. The entire Team at this office is amazing! Dr Cohen and his staff at Lakeside family dental centre incorrectly filed my dental insurance quote. After specifying I was not interested in treatment if my insurance would not cover the procedure, the office assured me it was covered and completed part of the procedure. After the initial part of procedure was completed it was found out that it was not covered by my dental insurance. His staff admitted they made an error in filing and understanding the insurance estimate. I had the procedure completed by another dentist out of pocket.

I recently saw Dr. Eilyad Hornarparvar for a crown on a previous root canal. The office is clean and well taken care of, as well as modern, there was TV to watch which made the experience more enjoyable. Dr. Eilyad was fantastic at explaining the procedure and making me feel comfortable during the exam process. He did a great job and now my tooth no longer looks yellow! As a health care professional myself I know how important it is to be in the hands of someone knowledgeable, with great expertise and also friendly, and Dr. Hornarparvar definitely encompasses all of those qualities. I've already recommended him to all my friends and family.
