My wife and I began our journey with Lakeside Natural Health Centre a few years back after they had been recommended to her by a coworker and his wife. My wife and I were dealing with some infertility issues at the time and dealing with a local fertility clinic. We were essentially told that our only chance of having children was through surrogacy or adoption. My wife and I both believe that it was the treatments and the support that we received from Lakeside that was a huge part of our successful pregnancy. We now have our beautiful son and owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to Dr. Jessica, Talitha, Mandy and the staff at Lakeside for their compassion and caring and helping us achieve the dream of being a mother and father. Thank you so much Lakeside and we would certainly recommend them to anyone facing fertility challenges as we did and anyone seeking any Naturopathic treatments.

Dr. Victoria is absolutely the best ND I've met. Throughout my fertility journey, she has been extremely understanding and met my needs at each step of the way. She has helped me through preconception, birth and postpartum with her knowledge and hands-on expertise. She has been patient and kind when I had difficulty getting pregnant. Today I have a healthy 8 month old daughter and I am so grateful to Dr. Victoria for it.
Dr. Victoria also specializes in lymphatic massage that helps with postpartum swelling and pushing out excess fluids and toxins from the body. It took me many months to recover from my c-section scarring and recovery and this massage helped with my abdominal swelling and sensitively around my incision. She also makes home visits and makes it extremely easy to book her! I have recommended Dr. Victoria to friends and family. Book her ASAP you won’t be disappointed!

I started seeing Dr. Jessica after a miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy that left me with one fallopian tube and fewer chances of getting pregnant on my own. Dr. Jessica was kind, emphatic and professional. Since my first conversation with her, I felt her support and understanding. The first thing she did was to test my hormone levels and recommended a hysterosalpingogram to ensure the left fallopian tube was healthy. During the tests, we discovered that I had a very low egg reserve and immediately referred me to a fertility clinic and adjusted my treatment to be more aggressive.

I would drive from Vaughan to Mississagua more than once monthly to see her and Talitha for my acupuncture treatment.

After about 8 months of being their patient, I got pregnant naturally, which was very, very difficult for me, in the words of my fertility doctor. It wasn't an easy pregnancy; the anxiety of my previous losses and a few complications made it a bit tricky, but I had their support all through that time. I'm happy to say that I have my baby in my arms today, and they continue to be part of my support system.

I recommend 100% Dr. Jessica, Talitha and the entire clinic. I'm convinced without their support, I wouldn't have my baby today. Going through fertility challenges is difficult, but their help improves the journey.

Dr. Victoria has helped immensely with my allergies this season- its been the first season in years that I've been able to enjoy the spring flowers, gardening and the great outdoors in general without sneezing, itchy eyes, stuffed head. It's been incredible. A huge thank you to Dr. Victoria!

I was looking for a naturopath and clinic that can support me in my fertility journey and I am so glad to have found Dr. Jessica and her team. Dr. Jessica is very knowledgeable, resourceful, caring, kind and authentic. She is a practitioner that works with you, listens and is very approachable and to me this was very important when navigating fertility and your health.

Lastly, I wanted to thank Mandy. She is extremely attentive, welcoming and super responsive. She does her job extremely well, we always look forward to seeing Mandy when visiting the clinic.

I have really good experience at Lakeside Natural Health Centre. Dr Jessica is very professional, caring and knows how to treat her patients. Her diagnose skills are really good. She really took care of me when I really needed help with my pain and inflammation. Mandy is the right hand person at this clinic and I have nothing but to say she is very good and takes care of your concerns. She gets answers from Dr Jessica and gets back to you. I would like to say that I have been a patient at Lakeside Natural Health Centre for a couple of years now and I only have great things to say about this natural health centre. Dr. Jessica and Dr. Lisa are amazing and are very knowledgeable. They listen, explain things clearly to you, and work on a plan in which you are both comfortable with. Also, Mandy the office administrator, has such a kind demeanour. She is always so pleasant and helpful, whether it’s through email, phone call or an in person visit. My daughter and I started visiting Lakeside Natural Health clinic in September as new patients. From our first call with Mandy to our appointments with Dr. Victoria, it was very clear that these ladies care a great deal about our well being. Dr. Victoria has been very good about addressing our concerns and following up after appointments, and Mandy has gone out of her way to find me supplements if they were out of stock in the clinic. I was referred to Lakside through my cousin. I'm very picky with where I go to get treatment. After my first first visit with Talitha I never looked back. I have continued to go for sessions. Talitha is amazing she will listen to all your needs and then fix you right up. I've never felt better.

This review is long overdue. I have been going LSNH for years and it has always been a five star experience. The entire team is kind, professional, warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable (they make you feel like family). I've had massage, Naturopathic treatment and acupuncture which I do the majority of the time. Talitha is the acupuncturist and there are not enough words in the English language to describe just how amazing she is. Most recently I was in the office for a session. My neck and shoulder had been bothering me for about 8 days and I could not function properly. In a 1hr treatment I am left feeling whole again and able to look right and left with ease. They say that Disney Land is the happiest place on earth. I promise you that it is not even a close second to Lakeside Natural Health. And I want to give a very special acknowledgement to Mandy for always being such a wonderful woman with an absolute heart of gold. I do not know where I would be physically if LSNH wasn't a thing. I have been referring several fertility patients to our amazing RMT Alison for Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage, particularly around the abdominal and pelvic area to help improve blood circulation, alleviate pelvic congestion, detoxification and reduce pain and inflammation. I finally was able to get in to see Alison myself, and I was so incredibly amazed with the results! I couldn't believe how much less bloating there was in my abdomen, how much more relaxed I felt, and at the same time energized from moving out all that lymphatic sludge. I slept better, and my overall energy and mood was elevated for many days after treatment. I am so proud of the work we do at Lakeside as we are integrating effective modalities to help our patients get better results, faster.

I’ve never been to a naturopath before, so wasn’t sure what to expect… had an absolutely phenomenal experience. The customer service is exceptional, everyone is so friendly and quick to respond to email inquiries etc. I’ve found that the receptions go above and beyond to assist with any needs. They even gave me a courtesy call to let me know my first consolation call would be a few minutes late. Dr. Victoria has been very helpful and informative. She is extremely friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing experience we had with Dr. Jessica Liu. Prior to visiting this health centre. We were desperately trying all sorts of treatment at fertility clinics with no success. Then after meeting Dr. Jessica she prescribed a natural treatment. No injections, no medications. We also learnt that stress is a big part of preventing a baby from forming. I suffered from low-ovarian reserve and Dr. Jessica was able to quickly optimize my fertility and unlike so many practitioners, she also took the time to explain the science and and answer all of my questions. I’ve also been a patient of Talida’s and through her acupuncture sessions, the length of my cycle increased and I was better able to manage the stress brought on by fertility issues.

I met with Dr. Jessica Liu regarding my 3.5 year daughter health issues. I have met many nice doctors before but she is amazing. So warm, so kind and so genuine. And most importantly she is thorough in her intake appointment and doesn’t rush you. I had also booked an initial appointment for myself two weeks from and was going to cancel to save some money cause we are kinda tight this month but after seeing her today for my daughter I changed my mind. I think she will be well worth the money.
