we still love our hot tub and still stand behind that we received amazing service when we bought it but we have a leak in our hot tub which can happen
we have been reaching out to the company for months. My husband has called and left message after message They have come out once to look at the hot tub. They did not fix the problem they cut the support holding The motor and did not replace it. Finally I went into the shop and spoke with the girl at the desk. She insured me that someone would get in touch with us soon still have not received a response when my husband first started calling we were told everyone had Covid totally understand so we waited then it was Christmas and New Year’s so we waited, but this is absolutely ridiculous. We will go to another company to receive support for fixing the issue. Very disappointed in the customer service, and the fact that they are not standing behind their products
We bought a hot tub and have not looked back it was one of the best investments.
This was our first time purchasing a hot tub and making a purchase of this large amount was a bit stressful
We had gone to a few places feeling unsure we were looking for some guidance but we were met with service that showed we did not matter as customers.
When we went to Lakeside we were blown away with a customer service we were completely treated like we mattered.all of our concerns were answered things that we hadn’t even thought of or brought to our attention.
We have had our hot tub now since May and not once have I ever regretted it
I felt confident buying this hot tub with the service I received
my only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner.

No showed first appointment and apologized when called, rescheduled, called morning of and cancelled, rescheduled, no showed and won’t return phone calls now:/ was just wanting hot tub inspected: (

I have always had a fantastic experience dealing with Lakeside Pools and Spas. Cole and the team there are professional, super-friendly, and very knowledgeable about the product lines. I just stopped in there today to ask some questions about a spa and Cole went above and beyond to advise me. Also easy location to access/parking, lots of product availability, and really impressive showroom. Definitely recommend!

Last summer I had called this company to vacuum my pool as I was unable to physically do so myself. Instead of doing that they came and poured almost $1000 worth of chemicals in my pool after I specifically said not to and I only requested it to be vacuumed as I buy my chemicals from another company at a discount & had already used them and was planning on buying more. I have receipts.
I am still fighting with them and their collection company because they want me to pay for a service I never asked for because they thought their approach was better than what I clearly stated I wanted.
I have owned my pool for 7 years before this and I knew what service I wanted which was it to be vacuumed. I have pictures and invoice proof they did not vacuum as per my request but they still want payment. That’s sleazy. Taking advantage of a single Mother who was physically unable to vacuum her pool.
