Worst quality workmanship. Most of our house must have been done by contractors who had zero idea what they were doing. Paint on floor tiles, large gaps between wood work, simple things like power outlet holes 2x way too big so the plate won't stay in. Several air intake plates fell off because of the same issue. Tons of bad drywall work, wood work and more. 100% not worth ever buying a house from these builders.
UPDATE: had someone come in to fix some stuff and they noted no caulking was put on anything other than a few of the counter tops. Nothing in the bathrooms, nothing on the windows, etc. And I did tell them twice it was missing during build but they still missed it!
