Unprofessional.
The dentist at this office will react to your questions with anger & annoyance. Will also make fun of you to your face if you have bad teeth. Its sad when you go to a professional for help (I had the money to pay) and they act this way.

Yes, my last visit was in 2019. Lam was getting ready to retire and he brought the dentist in who was taking over. Young man from the GTA i do not remember his name.im assuming this is the "new management". My comments are directed at the current dentist "new management". He will tease people that come to him for help.

Dr Lam has been my dentist for nearly 20 years and he has taken very good care of me and my teeth. He is very friendly and professional. He really cares about his patients. The staff at the office have been great too. Thank you Dr Lam.
