I used to be a regular customer at this shop specifically for their Japanese eyeliner and sunscreen. After not visiting for a couple of years, I happened to pass by and decided to check it out. However I was thoroughly disappointed by the unwelcoming attitude of the shop staff. When I inquired about sunscreen products the response I received was “we don’t carry sunscreen” I felt like her response was not only extremely dismissive unhelpful but also conveyed a sense of disregard for my presence since it left me feeling unworthy of being in the store! This was especially upsetting considering a recent review on Google mentioned that they had purchased sunscreen from this shop. This experience has significantly tarnished my previous positive impression of the store.
