My sister and I had pedicures. Alicia and Tracy were terrific. Very sweet ladies. Nice massages!

Hands down, the best pedi I’ve ever had. Paid a little extra for the hot stone and paraffin, and it was worth every cent. Tiffany was wonderful!

I am so disappointed. Alicia did my manicure and pedicure. Everything was so rushed. I started at 3: 45 and everything was done by 4: 20. No time to soak my feet and the hot towel was literally on me for seconds for both pedicure and manicure.
My pedicure looks so ugly- my big toe nail is a half circle shape (I wish I could upload a picture). I said I wanted my nails for my pedicure not too short and cut straight across, but the complete opposite happened.
The floor around the pedicure stations is disgusting with dead skin flakes and toe nail clippings from everyone's pedicures. Why can't someone clean the floor between appointments?
My fingernails were hardly shaped and one hand is longer than the other. I told Alicia this and she said with the nail polish on no one will notice.
I am so disappointed. I thought this place would be great, but it was awful. I didn't leave a tip and I couldn't wait to leave. I will never come here again.

L’Amour nails has become my favourite nail salon to go to! All the staff that works there are absolutely wonderful and so talented with nails. I have been going to Alicia lately and she is amazing with my manicures, always doing such a lovely job with my nail designs and so kind and funny! Their online booking feature is super useful as well. I cannot recommend this salon enough!

Excellent pedicure, I upgraded to the hot stone massage. Very good. I visit every 4 to 5 weeks. Satisfied every time. The salon is busy but always clean and staff very nice!

I normally go here for shellac manicures but I wanted to get bio gel nails done again for the first time in a while. The girl who did my nails was nice however I felt like the service was really rushed and my nails don’t look the greatest. The shaping is off and the gel wasn’t done properly but I was still charged $70. I was a little disappointed considering normally they are a good place for nails.

Today I was there for marble nails, first I clarified the pricing she said it’s going to be $35 plus taxes. After completing it wasn’t at the point, not even 20% moreover I was charged 66$ plus $5 (Tip) for the same almost to double. They should have clarified it before. Technicians don’t know advanced nails as well. Technicians should be honest that they don’t know how to do these and not to charge double to their clients. I was a regular client here but not anymore. Lastly whichever picture i show to them every time they don’t have that particular color and they even don’t help to choose to shade which is even the most similar to it.
Service is getting just worse now!

Thought is was good but terrible job on my nails. Toes are great. I'm leaving for vacation, just had done a few days ago and already looks terrible. Look worse now

I was gifted a visit to this place. My technitions name is Donna. Although, she did a good job and is aviously expierinced, she definitely needs a course in customer relations. I Have a hearing problem, and when she spoke behind her mask it was not very audible. I made a mistake sitting in the wrong chair, were she replayed, " YOU NOT LISTEN WHAT I SAY! When she scrubbed my foot, I twitched when she scrubbed the bottom, she said, not the help her, your toe touched my skin.
Or when my
finger touched the edge of the table, her remark was, you scratch the nail. I have to FIX for you. In a tone, that is not acceptable.
Young lady, that is why.there was NO TIP for you!
And one can certainly tell the conversation between the girls is about their customers.
The lady who sat beside me agreed about Donnas rude remarks also.
If I could give zero stars I would.

I’m in heaven, had a L’amour pedicure with hot stone massage, paraffin wax, scrub, etc and it was amazing. Also got nail extensions and bio gel & my hands look so nice now. Will definitely go back.

Highly recommend L’Amour Nails, Limeridge Mall! Cindy did a most detailed and professional manicure and colour. The environment is welcoming and the staff very dedicated to their clients. It was my first time at a new salon and I was extremely happy with the service provided. I will be returning and will share my experience with family and friends. Thank you!

I have been going to a Lamour for five or so years and I have had Nancy doing my nails. She is professional and always does them to perfection and I just I love ️ it! All the girls here are ever so nice and you feel very comfortable in the saloon.

Nancy is amazing! I think I’ve finally found my nail girl! She slays doing bio gel with designs. I won’t go to anyone else but her. I have told others of her great work.

I went to this nail salon a few days ago and I had the worst experience ever. I had extension with bio gel on my nails and I wanted to remove them. Most of the time I remove them by myself but this time I decided a nail technician remove them so that my nails get less damage. Alicia did my nails, and she didn't pay attention at all to what she's doing. She used a fake nail to remove my extension and ending up not even removing my bio gel completely. I wanted to get french nails and she didn't pay attention to the details and shape of my nails at all. (I was so unhappy with the shape of my nails that I grabbed the nail file and shaped my nails myself!) It was obvious that she was in rush and when I asked her to fix one of my nails she rejected so unprofessional! My left hand fingers looks completely different than my other hand. Plus I still can see the remainder of my previous bio gel beneath my french. Overall, worst experience ever.

I got my gel nails done by Rexa - she paid so much attention to perfecting the length, shape & design of my nails. She made sure I was aware of the price of the services I was receiving & did an amazing job! Thank you so much!

I booked appointment for a acrylic set and she was very rude to me and yanking my hand then in the process of doing my nails she cut my finger so bad it started to bleed so bad I’m in so much pain right now and they still charge me 65.00$ that was the worst nail salon experience I ever had

Loved it, fit me in right away for a full set of biogels. Super patient with me when I couldn’t decide my nail length and accommodated my last minute decision for matte top coat. Rexa is amazing and has such great attention to detail. Definitely will be coming again!

Edit: my fourth time coming and I’m always in love with my designs. Alicia did my nails this time and she always made sure I liked everything (length/colour/design) and was very patient. I love coming here!

I called here to finish up a nail set I had done myself. I just needed to buff my non dominant hand and polish. They said they could. They kept putting the price up which was ok with me. I get there and all I got was attitude so much so that I told her it was ok and I would just leave. I was very nice about it but after leaving I felt bad because the nail tech was so mean and unprofessional. I think she was just mad that I didn’t come to them for the full set.

I come here regularly for a pedicure. Amy is my favourite. She is always very accommodating friendly and professional. I have a toe nail, that is very hard to deal with, but she always makes it look normal when I leave. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. They use sterilized equipment and I never worry about hygiene. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Went here for my sister's nails for her wedding Lina and whoever was beside her were incredibly rude. I had my 4 year old daughter that does not like to be far from me ever so i had her sit on a chair beside me and they were giving me dirty looks and both talking to each other and staring at my daughter. Made me feel super uncomfortable will never everrrrr go here again. So rude not professional att alll

Lina was amazing; she was patient and had amazing attention to detail. She made sure the nails were exactly what I wanted and comminuted with me on what would be a good option. She has been one I go to every time! Lina is definitely recommended

These ladies were amazing, very friendly and professional. Always a treat to go in and be pampered.

I had my nails put on here and the ladies did not use new tools, or open any new packaging. All the files etc.came from a dirty drawer.not sanitary! When I went to have a pair of acrylic nails removed and the technician took a tip of a nail and pushed it underneath until the nail came off! I pulled away in pain! This is the lazy & wrong way to remove. Salons should be using acetone to remove nails. Ripping them off causes damage to your nails and makes them look awful! I won't be going back here. Two times they have let me down.

Best and cleanest place to get your nails done in Hamilton. They pay attention to detail and truly give a spa experience while also being budget friendly.

I’ve gotten my nails done here a few times with no issues what so ever. The ladies are really nice and did an amazing job. However, the last time I went here was an awful experience and I will not return back. I believe the girls name was Debbie who was doing my nails and she was rude, and acting like she wanted to start a fight with me. All I asked was for one nail to be completely covered in individual diamonds. She was very rude to me and kept telling me she had no idea what I was asking for. When I told her that it’s fine, I’ll get something else, she continued to bring up they she doesn’t know what I’m asking for and what I’m asking for doesn’t make any sense. It started to frustrate me and I just kept saying that it was fine and I’ll just get something basic instead. She did my nails with powder sparkles instead but she continued to bring it up over and over again. While she’s continuously bringing it up, she eventually asked me to show her a picture of what I was talking about before I left. So I paid, and before I left I showed her a photo of what I originally meant by a full diamond nail. She then raised her voice at me and told me she didn’t had enough diamonds for that and that she has already told me that. It was surreal. She never told me anything other than she had no idea about what I was talking about. She was rude and said she’s done millions of nails and has never heard of a diamond covered nail. Then proceeded to shout at me in front of other customers. I called her a idiot and walked out. I was really happy with this place until I got her as a nail lady. I would recommend this nail salon 100%, but avoid Debbie at all costs. She is a nightmare.
