I always buy cosmetics and body care from Lamour. Know what, they carried nice and genuine brands with good prices! They also carry Chinese brand make up now, you guys should try! My experience was professional and friendly! Recommend to everyone

Place has many great J-beauty options from road brands to prestige beauty from Japan. Prices are good and overall fair. They have a rewards program that is decent, I do wish the staff had a bit better product knowledge and could offer better service but they seem to not know much about any of the products. Staff are a bit air headed at times, disinterested in helping. It’s more a self-serve and staff are more like cashiers.
I do recommend checking this spot out, they don’t have testers of anything but I’ve liked 90% of what I’ve bought from the store.

The store has nice and cute stuffs, however, the staff is not friendly, she seems like she is not happy when customers come to the store.

My favourite contact lens shop, so cheap right now, with 25%off, that I've bought the next six months' supply in one go! The attitude of the shop staff is simply wonderful.

Good place to get Japanese contact lenses. They have multiple options and the prices are reasonable. Happy to find out this place:)

Used to spend so much in the store, but never again. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay in line if there is any customer in the front of you. I went to.the store today. There were two customers in the front of me discussing what lens they are going to buy. The staff just put me in waiting no matter how long the customers in front of you are discussing. Even if I complained that I just want to pick up, make the payment and leave, the two employees are so rude in response of just "no". I ends up for waiting over 15 minutes just for the two in the front of me made their decision on their lens. Also, the service is so cold and rude. Not even an asking for "receipt or not"! I went back to the store to ask for the receipt after leaving.

The products they sale are tooooo expensive.and the sales I think they do not have a good training.

They have banila co. Face wash, and it's not over priced at all. It's about the same if not cheaper then you can find it for online. Fantastic store and I can't wait to go back.

They said no exchange and refund.and i bought a pair of contact lens, which is very uncomfortable so i throw it away

This store litttt bro make u look like a fetus again I'm telling you these guys have the best skin like in Korea especially mans could be 80 looking like they only lived on this planet for 2 years. Not a single fine line or wrinkle. The skin care and products they sell are obviously the priced a little high, but considering the fact that majority of the products they sell are imported, it's still pretty good considering Sephora and other beauty places are cakee. But the only thing that cheesed me was that everything is in another language like you need to make that worker walk around everywhere with you just to know what you're buying. Spent 200$ and got a lot of things. Gonna go back!
