Alex and his team started earlier than expected and met our request to finish the bathroom prior to Christmas. His team was very respectful of mask wearing in our house. The construction area was always kept very tidy and his team worked diligently and finished within the planned schedule. The new bathroom looks incredible - we plan to use Alex again for other design and build projects.

We needed our kitchen renovated and chose Lampert because of some previous plumbing work they did for us. Alex, the owner, came to see our kitchen and gave us a quote and a time frame. We agreed and all the work was done on schedule with no changes to the quote. Alex was helpful, knowledgeable, and visited and oversaw the site constantly.
Our kitchen was completely gutted. Lampert gave us a new floor, put down tile, painted, installed lighting, switches, and outlets, new cupboards specific to our needs with a new quartz countertop, a tiled backsplash, a new sink and new faucet. Everyone who worked on the project was efficient, thorough, personable. Junior and Gabby were meticulous, and did great work. Artists! Everyone involved was polite, pleasant, and patiently indulged all my questions. The kitchen is now my favourite room in the house. We love our new kitchen. Bathrooms are next. Lampert completely renovated our bathroom in 1997, so we contacted them again in 2021 to refresh the room by replacing the toilet, vanity top and faucet, along with replacing our old concrete laundry tub. The hardworking crew arrived on time and were very efficient, did a great job and ensured all debris was removed cleanly. Everything looks great and we are pleased with the results.

We recently used Lampert Renovations for a remodel of our en-suite bathroom. Lawrence made the design process super easy. The renovation team were organized and efficient! It had been over 20 years since we had the second floor bathroom remodelled. The old bathroom was removed to the studs, walls and flooring. The guys did the job quickly and very cleanly. We were impressed by how little mess there was and how carefully they cleaned up each night. A new glassed in shower, vanity, toilet, sink, heater and in floor heating were installed. The lead contractor, Eugene, was terrific, conscientious, professional and just the kind of person you have trust in. Tile work was precisely done with attention to detail. Eugene was a good communicator and involved us in various stylistic decisions providing the calm voice of experience. Alex managed the project excellently and on time. Where changes to the original contract were needed he reviewed the options with us providing his experience and expertise insuring our understanding before proceeding.
Would I was them again — you bet!

We had our condo washroom renovated by Lampert Renovations in July of 2021. Alex assisted us greatly in deciding on tiles, cabinets, fixtures etc.and Junior did a fantastic job with the installation. Lampert did everything they promised. As soon as our condo was able to allow renovation activity that had been delayed due to Covid, the Lampert team was there to complete the job. As with many renovations a couple of unexpected problems arose and Lampert handled them smoothly. I chose Lampert because of other reviews I read online and I'm happy that I did.

We contacted Lampert Renovations when we wished to update our main bathroom. The service they provided was excellent. They are courteous, well informed and helpful. The crew they sent worked quickly and thoroughly. We were particularly impressed with the team leader and head worker, Eugene.

The Lampert team is unique in that they exceeded my expectations from our initial consultation session through project completion. Not only did Lampert deliver the project on time and within budget, but differentiated themselves from others in terms of quality of workmanship, customer service, project management capabilities.

The size of the project was one where surprises were to be expected, the team of Igor and Gabby, kept us informed about the status of each step of the project, gave us a clear and concise action plan when the unexpected issue occurred (placement of pipes once the drywall came out, unforeseen electrical challenges.) and made useful recommendations based on their prior experience, which was comforting for my wife and I.

Alex always answered the phone when we called, or got back to us shortly afterwards, he was a good listener and supported his team, even making the trip with his father to give Igor a hand to move cabinets to the second floor location.

I want to thank the Lamperts, Igor and Gabby for making what could have been a stressful project to one where we enjoyed the daily progress of the build and looked forward to seeing them on a daily basis. We are thrilled with the end result, and would be happy to recommend Lampert!

The team at Lampert was incredibly professional, installing our bathroom in the time they estimated and under budget. We were dealing with a particularly challenging layout, but Alex and his dad took the time to help us come up with a solution that incorporated all the design elements we asked for. They were friendly, accommodating, and kept us up to date every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to people looking for a bathroom renovation specialist.

I called and made an appointment to go to their showroom as I was in process of planning to renovate 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. When I arrived at my appointment, I showed them a picture of what I was looking for. Without inquiring on size of the bathrooms, I was quoted for the master bathroom alone $40,000 and then with the other bathroom $50,000 and with the laundry room minimum $60,000 plus. I never provided them with any information other than one photo. Really disappointed since I read all the favourable reviews and was looking for a one stop shop. Clearly they did not not want to spend the time with me to work on alternatives. Will not recommend this company notwithstanding their yrs in business.

Alex and the team at Lampert Renovations did a great job with a complete bathroom renovation for our condo. They helped us plan everything out in the showroom and then once everything we ordered arrived the team completely renovated the space in two weeks! The team doing the install was professional and all the workmanship was of high quality. I would recommend Lampert to anyone looking to do a renovation.

I used Lampert Renovations for my Condo Kitchen renovation. I had previously used them for my bathroom renovation and was happy with the workmanship and their familiarity with navigating condo management renovation requirements.
I was looking to increase counter and cabinet space in my tiny condo kitchen. Lampert Renovations provide a broad range of quality materials and fixtures. They provided in home measurement service ensuring a sure fit for my tiny kitchen. They addressed all of my queries, requests and issues professionally and courteously.

This is our first major renovation project and it’s hard to pick the right contractor from several prospects. We've heard horror stories about contractors ghosting you when the job is at 90% complete. We have friends go through the stress and headache dealing with court complaint and Better Business Bureau for botched and unfinished jobs from contractors. Needless to say, we were anxious and really careful when checking out contractors, with peace of mind as our priority. From the first moment we talked to Alex, we saw professionalism and felt comfortable. Their business has been here for 3 generations so they have a reputation to uphold.
One-stop shop: They have a showroom of bathroom fixtures, tiles, cabinets, etc. It’s easier to get a vision of what you want your bathroom to look like when you see all the products on display. The products in their showroom are on the above-average to high-end range. I believe you can ask for a catalogue to see what other products they can offer aside from those displayed in the showroom.
Professionalism: We can see professionalism when dealing with them right off the bat. Job description and contract are finalized and signed before they start the job. When, for some reason, the style of tile we chose is currently out of stock or unavailable, they gave us the option of either waiting or going with a similar style. Igor shows us what he and his crew did every day before they leave for the day.
Cleanliness: They lay out the " red carpet" from the front door all the way to the bathroom so they don't track dirt into your home. They clean up the job site every day before they leave.
During the reno process: Igor, Junior and the other guys working on the site are friendly and easy to talk with. If they come across a challenge, such as boards being in the way of where the pipes should be, they consult us and let us know how they plan to fix or go around the problem. Igor (team leader) and Alex (project manager) would sometimes offer advice on where to put fixtures so it would complement the effect we want for our bathroom. Another important thing we liked, they tell us who will be on job site, their names and on what day. So we know who actually has business to come to our house.
Quality of work: Thumbs up! Tile alignment, grout and spacing, etc. - smooth and polished all the way to the "hidden" corners.

Delivery: The project finished in 4 weeks.

I would describe our overall renovation experience with Lampert as pleasant and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Like I said in my first statement – peace of mind.

I had the best experience with Lampert Renovations. Lawrence made it so easy for me to plan the reno. He educated me on the different options for fixtures and finishes and spent quite of bit of time with me making sure the vanity, counter top, flooring and shower tile all coordinated beautifully. This gave me confidence that I was getting quality products that met my needs. The staff who did the reno were top notch as well! The finished bathroom is amazing! I’m definitely going to use Lampert for my master ensuite renovation and later on my powder room reno too and would highly recommend Lampert to others.

The Lampert renovation team recently renovated a second bathroom for us. As with the first we are very pleased with the results. The team is reliable, skilled, respectful and tidy. We are especially appreciative of Junior’s skill and dedication to doing excellent work.

We had a full bathroom and a powder room which were original to our early 1960s home and needed renovating. I recalled "Lampert with a "p" ads from years ago so we called and visited their showroom and met with Lawrence. We were impressed from start to finish. There was a good choice of products and Lawrence guided us through each component of the process. The full bathroom was a complete gut job while the powder room was a refresh. The renovation went very smoothly and was completed within the timeframe projected. As expected with any project of this magnitude, the few issues that came up were quickly and well resolved. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Lampert Renovations.

We needed major renovations on three levels of our home. Building a washroom on the main level, a laundry in the basement and conversion of a bath to a walk in shower.

The workmen were respectful when in our home and always communicated with us ensuring their work was aligned to the plans.

I made an appointment two days ago to meet with Lauren for to get an estimate. They called an hour before they were supposed to be here and asked to rebook the appointment. As first impressions do count and I have heard so much about reno companies that do this and also don't show up for the job they are supposed to do, this has made a bad impression. The guy who called acted like there was nothing wrong with doing this and did not even apologize for wasting my time.

I called Lampert for a full bathroom overhaul. I thought their website and reviews were promising. Alex called me to discuss a quote and I had told him that I already had purchased all the items to be replaced, like tub toilet tiles etc. I was disappointed when he told me that they only take contracts where they can sell and supply the fixtures even though all my items were of the same brand as they supply. I guess it’s more of a bath store with installers instead of a real contractor. Money money money. To me it eats at there integrity. I wouldn’t use them after this

Lampert literally rode to my rescue — a shocking cancer diagnosis meant I couldn’t use my bathroom/bathtub and needed a fast conversion to a walk in shower. Alex and Lawrence, whom I’d never met before, were completely obliging — Alex actually came to my hospital room so I could pick out what I needed. They squeezed me into their schedule and this Friday finished the job within three days, thanks to the stellar work of Andre, who did the job virtually singlehanded. The new bathroom is fantastic — easy to get in, bright and gorgeous! Andre’s cleanup was excellent. This is an exceptional company, three generations in the business, which was able to help someone who was sick and in desperate straits. I couldn’t be more grateful for the mitzvah.

Lampert did a great job renovating our bathroom. They offered good guidance when we were deciding what to get and did the work on time and on budget. There were no surprises. We changed a bathtub to a shower and the final result looks great.

Lampert Plumbing has done a beautiful job in providing me with an updated bathroom and a new kitchen in my condo apartment. The space was limited but I am delighted with the result. It was a pleasure working with Alex and with Andre who was very proficient and knowledgeable about working within the confines of a condominium apartment building. I would certainly recommend them for any kitchen and bathroom renovations.

We were looking to get both our upstairs bathrooms renovated as they were the original built 30 years ago. Due to being burned by contractors in the past, it was important for me to find a contractor with a physical store-front and who’d been in business a long time with an established reputation. Lampert Renovations seemed to fit the bill and I contacted Lawrence for a quote. The initial conversations were over the phone and Lawrence gave me some ball-park pricing. We came to his store and he walked us through his process. It was really nice to see and touch the products he uses and know that they are good quality brand names. He also came to my house to take measurements and answer questions. His quote wasn’t the lowest but it was reasonable and I felt most comfortable going with him.

The project execution went well with all his workers polite, respectful of my property and very clean. Ihor was the main person assigned to my job. I can’t say enough about the quality of his work … done to very high standards and at the end of each day and each stage I’d look into the bathroom with a smile on my face. Except for only one miscommunication in the project which I feel Lawrence handled to my satisfaction, the project was completed without incident and on time.

In the end we got two beautifully renovated bathrooms that exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and we’ve gotten many compliments since. I don’t normally write reviews but feel that good businesses that deliver on their promise deserve to be recognized for it. I know I’ll be recommending this business to friends and family looking for a high quality bathroom or kitchen reno in the future.

Kitchen Renovation

This is the third renovation we've had Lampert's do for us. They did our master bathroom and our laundry room several years ago and both still look spectacular. We have been thrilled with all three renovations and highly recommend Lampert Renovations.

We have heard so many stories from friends of never ending renovations that drag on for months. With Lampert's they have always stuck to the time lines we've been given and their crew has been dedicated to only our job for the duration. Our kitchen was a large job and involved removing load bearing walls and installing new hardwood on the entire main floor. Lawrence provided a schedule at the beginning of February in terms of what would be completed when for when our job was scheduled to begin at the beginning of April. He coordinated with the other contractors regarding the wall removal and floors and stuck to the time lines so everything ran smoothly and their were no delays.

The quality of workmanship was outstanding and we've received many compliments. It was a pleasure working on this project with Lawrence; he was always very responsive, kept us up to date on progress and provided good advise in terms of design and functionality.

So happy with our kitchen renovation. Lampert provides a great selection of products and excellent customer service. Alex organized a smooth renovation which was finished ahead of schedule. Thanks to Andres for his exceptional workmanship. This was our second renovation with Lampert and won’t be the last.

We hired Lampert to renovate our bathroom. There were a few pleasant surprises that resulted. First they took it on. Lampert is well established and accustomed to much bigger contracts but they welcomed us as a new client and treated us well. Also, they started and ended on time. I always hear from friends of the endless reasons contractors give for delays. Lampert has a policy of waiting for all elements of the job to arrive before they start. That was the key. When they arrived, all the items needed arrived too. It made for a more effecient renovation. Lastly, Eugene was the lead worker on the job. He was exceptional. He arrived on time and work diligently making progress everyday. The result was a beautiful bathroom that looks bigger than it actually is. I am a happy customer.

We just had our bathroom renovated by Lampert Renovations, and are very pleased with the work they did! The workers are quite diligent, and hardworking and eager to please the customer.

All of the sub-contractors (electric and glass) also did a great job.

After the work was done, and we had a small cosmetic issue, which was resolved quickly.

We just had our three bathrooms (main, master and powder) renovated by Lampert and we couldn't be any happier with the outcome. The experience is positive from the beginning to the finish. Meeting Lauren in their showroom is the reason we decided to go with Lampert, after considering two other companies. She listened to what we wanted patiently, showed us the products they use for their renovations, and made recommendations for the design and various choices. Being able to touch and feel the products also made a huge difference. When she came to our home to measure and do estimate, she spotted things we never even thought about. Case in point, there was a bulkhead in the main bathroom over the tub which we never noticed. She recommended that we took it out which would not only open up space on top but also make it new shower look nicer. It added a few hundred dollars more to the cost, but after it was finished, we could absolutely see why she recommended and it made the new shower so much better.

We are also very happy with the team who did the actual renovation. Igor, who was in charge of the team, was absolutely wonderful. He talked to us about the work and verified all the details before the team started the job. He was patient, careful, and very good at everything he does. We had a tiled shower installed before by another contractor a few years ago, but when we compared it with what Igor had done for us, also a tiled shower, the difference is night and day! Igor absolutely knows what he is doing and the craftsmanship is just amazing. With the other shower, we could easily spot a flaw here and there; With the new one Igor installed for us, we couldn't spot any flaw as hard as we looked and compared with the old one. It's just amazing the high quality of work he does. We later learned that he has been doing it for over 20 years and is one of the best around.

After many years of putting it off I finally renovated my kitchen & two bathrooms using Lampert Renovations. I must say that the wait was worth it! The whole process beginning with an in-home inspection followed up by a showroom visit & finally the job itself was totally professional in every manner possible. I found that Lawrence's recommendations were spot on. The showroom offered a wide variety of products to choose from. The work crew were a pleasure to deal with. The job was completed in the promised time in a neat & clean manner. There were no unnecessary delays or surprises & everything was returned to it's original place.
