Ok, let me start from the beginning. Lana was advised as a realtor to me by my friends. First time I called her, when I was oversees, and just needed to check the rental market. While all my friends told me that it's almost impossible to rent apartments in a high market of Toronto for newcomer without overkilling conditions, such as one-year pre-payment. Yes, it's impossible, if you are working with someone other. Lana made a miracle, she helped me to rent a flat when I was oversees!
