We had an amazing experience with booking our little Miou for his experience we picked him up and drove back home. They brought him to us in his carrier in the pouring rain and explained how to take care of him once home. Nothing hut a positive experience. These photos were taken the day following his procedure

A super quick and efficient service. Staff are kind and inform you of everything you need to know at drop off/pickup. Dropped my male cat off for a neuter around 9 am, and was back to pick him up by 12 pm! Prices are great, too. I will definitely be recommending to anybody who needs a spay/neuter!

They have a drive thru drop off and pick up in place. They are very organized professional. Early morning drop off is hard to see the signs for the drive thru, but it's at the rear of the building, just drive around. At drop off, they will give you your pick-up time. You never have to leave your vehicle. We are happy with our experience. Our dog was provided with meds and written instructions.

Highly recommend this place for getting your pet spayed or neutered. The drive through service they use is super convenient and very well organized.

It is a great experience whenever you can save money with your pet care. Being someone with 3 large dogs, 4 cats, and a rabbit I appreciate the great deal and savings on the rabies shots we recieved. We have also had 2 of our dogs fixed here and they were well cared for and the drop off/pick up was fast and efficient. Also, paperwork was given for both rabies shots and spay/neutering, although no tags given for rabies shots. The workers are friendly, and very good with your pets. It is very busy tho, so I suggest that you get there early. I mean, with the savings of course it is busy. If it helps people take better care of their pets, and stop the over population problem we have with unwanted animals it is always good.

Had a few questions about dog chip They were helpful, quick to respond and that was very much appreciated.

Brought my Johnsons American Bulldog (90lbs) in to get spayed. The process was clearly explained. Drove up a bit past 7am. They gave me a tag with pick up time of 1: 30 and brought her in. She was all set to go at 1: 30. They assisted me in putting her in my car. They gave her a cute body suit to wear. Explained everything in detail on how to care for her. The care she received was fantastic and the pricing was half of what I was quoted in Ottawa. They include everything in the price (cone or body suit, medication, and over night stay if needed). I genuinely appreciate all the staff and care my big girl received from the kind staff. She has recovered very well so far!

Managed to book neuter for 35lb pup within 3 weeks of contact. Excellent system for 'drop-off' and 'pick up'. All included neuter, post-op pain medications (for several days) - extremely reasonable price. Very professional & efficient.

Great clinic and very grateful their services are very affordable often 5-10 times cheaper and that's all they do all day long year round.

I was nervous about the procedure and wanted to know my kitten (Winnie) was in good hands. I made a last minute change to opt for the onesie over the cone and I'm really happy I did, although I'm sure Winnie would have hated them both equally. A word of caution to the owners of any squirmy kitties out there: make sure the neck tie is tight enough and that the Velcro strip on the back is fastened firmly! My little Houdini got out of her onesie within just a few hours after getting home. I had to use safety pins for the duration of her recovery to make sure she didn't get out again. Although she did chew it to shreds.

Also, a little anecdote for any anxious pet owners (like myself) : the onesie seemed to change her behaviour a little. When she was wearing it she was slow moving, lethargic and seemed generally uncomfortable. We allowed her a couple of (closely monitored) onesie breaks during her recovery and she seemed to go right back to her normal self when she was free of it.

Whenever I had questions about her healing process I reached out to the staff at the clinic and they were fast and thorough to respond.

This clinic came highly recommended by rescue organization and a few vets n vet techs.
The price is very affordable. My pup was approx 16lbs and she was $325 plus tax.

Pickup and drop off is a breeze, but you could end up waiting in line a while. All instructions were clear and they took the time to contact me prior to her spay as my pup has pre-existing health conditions.

Just please do your pet a favour and don’t drive away until they are inside the clinic. I saw a dog freaking out and refusing to go with the staff after his owners drove away.

This place is amazing and staff is even better, I was met by two ladies in the morning in the freezing cold for check in and pick up was also a breeze!
The only thing I RECOMMEND:
GET THE BODY WRAP FOR YOUR CAT.
I didn't and I just went for the cone. I took Butters home and noticed he wasn't breathing right and he was going a little limp. My cat was choking. On how tight they tied the gauze and how tight they put the poor cone.
In short, great service just try and be careful of getting a come the wrap is the same price and you get a PJ set for your cat lol

This clinic came highly recommended and did not disappoint. All of the people here are calm, kind, and caring. I was severely nervous about the spay process and they worked with me to make it as smooth as possible for both my pup and myself. They were all super sweet to my girl. Very well organized and clear with instructions. Added bonus: QUALITY ONESIES!

Great experience. They were fast and absolutely awesome. They are aloooot cheaper than regular clinics.

They are very responsive post op as well and answer any question you have. Well worth the drive from ottawa.

I took my dog to them for the first time ever back in December and they were happy to answer and questions I had and told me all the information I needed to know before bringing her home. Definitely relaxed me knowing how prepared they made me feel to take care of her.

First, Doctors experience is really convinced. They all having over 30 yrs experiences.

Second, their price is attractive. Less expensive than anywhere in Ottawa.

The last, they do having really amazing team! All ladies are rocking! Even it was a snowstorm on the day. It was cold freezing outside. The girls were patiently walking to the car and explaining the descriptions to the owners one by one. There was not even a face got annoyed. You guys are amazing!

Please do not take the comments like hard to get phone call because they are really really all busy with serving the GREATEST service to the four-legged angels!

We brought our nine-month puppy there, their price is absolutely open on the site. Since he is over 60lbs. We got really quick call back and clear quote via email. Explanations with details what we got was fantastic!

We just took our dog to be spayed here last week. I worked as an RVT for 11 years and must say, I was super impressed with the staff and Freyas surgical incision, she is healing super well, it was definitely worth the trip (2hrs and a bit) to have her spayed here. Amazing team!

Friendly knowledgeable staff great price! They offer annual rabies clinics as well $20 cash per pet!

Haven't actually been there yet. Just spoke to the receptionist to make an appointment. With saying that she was very friendly and helpful so I'm sure our visit will be just as pleasant. For my dog especially!
