The best clinic for family doctor. I love my doctor Vanessa Murley. She is the sweetest & never in rush. Always listens patiently with a smiling face. Would definitely recommend.
They just need to improve the training of their receptionists to be more kind and polite with the patients.

Doctors are absolutely amazing, nurses are amazing too! Carol the receptionist is an absolute delight! But the other receptionist ("Z" as mentioned in other reviews) is always so rude, every time I call she's short with me and angry and never helpful at all. She's even hung up on me multiple times in the past.this ONLY ever happens with Z, which is why I'm confused why the clinic responded this could be a phone line error. It's been a problem every time I get her on the phone. With the doctor moving on from the practice so will we, happily!

Dr. Webber has been my family's doctor for over 25 years. She and all the other medical staff at the Lancaster Medical Clinic are fantastic. However, I cannot say the same about the administrative staff.
Recently, I had the misfortune of dealing with one receptionist (call her "Z"). I had a clerical issue that needed to be resolved but when "Z" got on the phone, she was immediately defensive and beligerant, trying only to assign blame instead of fixing the problem. She became impatient and finally HUNG UP ON ME! How incredably rude and unprofessional! When I called back, I was lucky enough to speak to another receptionist that calmly and politely answered my questions and sorted out the issue.
Sadly, I've always found "Z" to have a sour disposition. I never got a kind word from her or heard "have a nice day". It made calling the clinic very stressful.
Dr. Webber has since retired so we are without a family doctor now. We are sad to see her go but relieved that we never have to deal with Z again.
