Lancaster Nails and spa

My nail tech was nice but way too rough on my cuticles. He cut a few too short and not well, and two of them bled (one of them wouldn’t stop bleeding either) and it was quite painful. He did apologize but I don’t think I’d go back.

Ask for Amy. She is the best! I get dip powder nails with her and she's fast, but so good! I don't think I've ever had such a good nail tech.

Great experience and highly recommend them. Had a great pedicure. Will be coming back for sure.

Amazing service! I had a full set of acrylics done in mid-December and Amy took the time to explain the process to me as it was my first time getting acrylics (only ever used shellac before.) I was beyond pleased at how natural my nails looked and they lasted really well. I had them filled 3 weeks later and when one broke a few days later (my fault) they repaired it at no charge. I am going again tomorrow for a third time and cannot wait. The place is clean, friendly and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

I have been to Lancaster Nails and Spa a few times over the past six months and was always happy and impressed with their work and the cleanliness of the salon. Yesterday I had a dip mani with Amy and she was amazing. She was kind, friendly and listened to what I like in a dip mani. I made another appointment on the spot for my Christmas mani & pedi!

First time going to Lancaster Nails and Spa. Cute little salon and good service. The nail technician that did my nails was super friendly. Very talkative and sweet. I will be going back. Thank you again for the great service.

Very clean salon and friendly staff. I have gone to see Amy and she is AMAZING. I am always very happy with my nails. She makes sure to ask throughout the process if I’m happy with how my nails look. Highly recommend!

I went here to get an acrylic fill. Was supposed to be $30 from my knowledge based on prices listed on the website and in salon. I ended up getting chrome which I know sometimes adds on to the price but to jump from $30 to $70 was a little surprising. Apparently there is a 20% discount special going on for all services, which wasn't mentioned to me. Seemed rushed which I wasn't too happy about. Overall nails turned out OK but not worth $70 for a fill. Now a couple weeks later I have nails lifting and breaking off near the cuticles which I usually do not have an issue with. I will not be returning.

I got my nails done from here last week…the work is amazing, good staff…consider your requests…I love my new nails.

The woman who did my nails was funny and quite lovely.
However, the dip manicure on natural nails that I got was not good.

The french tip was uneven, the shape was not what I asked for, and they started to lift off at the 2 week mark, and they peeled off my natural tips. All nails were gone by the 3 week mark. Very disappointed.

Won't be going back.

Lancaster Nails and spa is the best. The best pedicure experience I’ve had! I’m excited to recommend it to my friends and family due to their fantastic service and craftsmanship. Really enjoyed getting my nails done here! It was so relaxing and the staff was very attentive. I just like everything about this place! The salon has a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and they will do whatever it takes to ensure you leave happy.

They are up to date with the new nail styles! They are always willing to offer suggestions and advice based on your preferences. They always do the best work and the environment is amazing! So glad I ended up at Lancaster Nails and spa! Such an awesome experience! It is the best acrylics with french tip I have ever done.

Excellent friendly staff and amazing work. Polishes were labeled and organized, store is clean, they were very sweet and listened to what I wanted. The salon's use of high-quality and long-lasting nail products ensures your manicure or pedicure stays intact for an extended period. I will continue to request and get my mani/pedi services at Lancaster Nails and spa! My manicure was so relaxing and she took her time to make sure it was a great experience. I loved it!

What a great experience my second time at this salon and I love how my nails look so obsessed with design and technique Most importantly, my nails turned out beautifully. I've been to Lancaster Nails and spa several times. I love this place I go every moth cant live without my dipped nails.
