Ever since we picked up our LR Defender, we have been extremely pleased with the team, services and responsiveness of the dealership. In particularly, working with Nasir, Alan and Nick have made it very easy to get answers to any inquiry and schedule appointments promptly. Recent one being the installations of the side steppers.

Further to my previous comment about the long waited TCU, today I had to drive my Range Rover sport to check an engine light on, and I have to admit that the welcoming of the staff at the service department headed by Edwin Roop Vander Voort, was a heartfelt and very professional one, followed by the general manager Leslie Mise generous hospitality who kindly understood my past review and took the time to explain on how bad the lack of parts are and that I am on the top of his priority list, and he invited me to share the employees Christmas lunch with them while waiting for my car being diagnosed for the engine light on. Bottom line, regardless if the problem is fixed or not, I can’t help but saying that the hunt club Land Rover managers and team are very courteous and professional trusting that they shall settle my car issue as they promised.

I was offered a loaner for the day while they squeezed in my installation of summer tires. I grabbed myself a coffee and snacks, and was off quickly. When I came back, my car was washed and vacuumed free of charge.:)

Recently we picked up our new 2022 Jaguar XF from Jaguar hunt club and the experience was incredible. The staff were all so nice especially Sam Coogan who was the one who delivered our car. They took extra care to make sure that we understood how to use the car and explained all of the neat features. They even have a program where they will come to your house to explain all of the features again if you forget! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Every single time Ive brought my car here, Ive been absolutely pampered by the staff. Best experience I have ever had with a dealership, not a single regret since owning my Jaguar, largely in part to the staff / service at Hunt Club Jaguar.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I was travelling from Toronto and my check coolant light came on. I went in and they topped me up free of charge! I recently ordered mudflaps for my 2008 LR3. Chad, the parts manager personally made sure they were procured from the UK in a timely manner! I wholeheartedly recommend Hunt Club Land Rover and their parts department.
Where do I begin with this disaster dealings with this dealership.
First off I pre built the 2 land rovers I wanted to save time when I went I to the dealership. I wont use their names to save them some grace. Spoke with one manager who told me I needed to put a 10k deposit (5k each SUV) in which they Wouldn't be available for me for at least 8 months, gave them 2,500 each SUV just to have my name on a piece of paper. Then spoke with a salesman who went over everything which was fine. 5 weeks goes by and hear nothing until I get a email stating the GM wants to go over somethings, Calls and tells me he ran my drivers abstract (without my consent first and foremost) and tells me I own 2 SUV and that he wants to see the ownerships. Proceeds to tell me this is land rover Canada's policy (lie #1) tells me basically that if don't show them that, then i can come pick up my deposit and I'll go elsewhere. So I went in to pick my deposits up and spoke with the 2 managers then they proceed to say that the policy soon will be 25,000 deposit for first yr until bring SUV in for annual check and then receive deposit back. (lie #2 cause it's not policy). Also said that for fear of exporting they will be fined $30,000 from omvic (lie #3, it's not omvic's policy to fine cash amounts)
Needless to say I took my deposit and will never be doing business with land rover/jaguar hunt club ever.
Wasted my money and my time (over a month) for nothing but lies and half truths.
To seal the truth, they don't even have the decency to respond and try to save face. What a joke.
By far the best service I've ever had being at a any dealership! Yes when you come looking for a land rover it's cause it's what ur looking for BUT the staff here is jst wow and that's what sells the vehicle not the vehicle it self. You have to come see Bijan, Jeremy, Paul and Sam! Everyone here is amazing but these are the incredible gentlemen my wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with, big thank you to my man and friend Bijan.we'll be back for our next vehicle when wer ready to trade up and so on for life, Thank you staff.
I started taking my Land Rover LR4 (purchased from a different dealership) to "Land Rover Hunt Club" for service since fall 2021. I am extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the technicians, advisors and sale representatives. My recent visit was last week, and the service advisor "Alan Renaud" did a fabulous job with the required major routine maintenance. The service was completed on time. While servicing, the technicians determined that some parts (which are typically replaced during such routine maintenance) did not require replacement, as my vehicle is in mint condition. I appreciate this kind of honest and candid work. I highly recommend this dealership to any Land Rover or Range Rover owners or potential buyers.

I phoned Land Rover Hunt club to book an appointment for a Range Rover Evoque for an issue with a rear tail light. I was transferred to Sara Wiman service advisor at Land Rover Hunt club she was incredibly receptive over the phone. I dropped off the Range Rover Evoque the next day for diagnostic. With in a few hours I received a detail diagnostic by email. I followed up with a phone call and she was very upfront and very honest through out the process in explaining to me my options. I felt she provided excellent professional service and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone requiring services at this dealership. It was an awesome experience I would rate it as a five star. Purchased my first Range Rover two months ago and received excellent help and service from the staff over Hunt Club location in Ottawa that was much better experience than Toronto and Montreal in my view especially during Covid - no comparison. The experience overall was excellent, smooth and enjoyable, and the best part was picking up my custom vehicle from the service runway. Special thanks to David Vaughan for his help and guidance throughout the process and in introducing me to the vehicle as a first time RR owner. Staff are very very friendly and helpful. I attended the latest Land Rover reveal last week at the Hunt Club Dealership, and I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere. The new 2023 model is stunning, the food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were very friendly.
