Hello Everyone! I just wanna share my personal experience so that if someone like me desires to drive range rover and considering used vehicle, please think twice. Long story short I drive 2015 range rover, had small incident on highway close to land rover london dealership, a metal piece hit by gas tank, and my vehicle became unsafe to drive so I parked it overnight at close by gas station. I live in Oshawa which is about two & half hours drive. I asked london dealership to give roadside assistance which hardly within 20km from them, they refused said its only available for vehicles under warranty. I took uber next day all the way from Oshawa and dropped my vehicle to he dealership using third party road side assistance company on Feb 17th. Its been two months now and my vehicle is still not ready to repair due to gas tank shield cap is not on stock. I asked for rental vehicle but they refused said not available.

I usually don't write bad comments but if someone considering to buy a used vehicle should get their detailed service policy first because their repairs are too expensive. Thank you

Our second Range Rover. I've always had reservations about buying from a dealership I live an hour away from but here we are.
Our Range rover Sport's engine light went on in November. Called to schedule a service call with a loaner and told earliest loaner available was Dec 22. Asked about Valet service and they said yes but earliest valet service was also Dec 22 - six weeks away. I booked the valet service to my home for Dec 22 and said I didn't need a loaner. In the mean time the Rover sat in my driveway waiting for the appointment as we didn't want to drive it with the engine light on. Dec 21 I got a call to confirm the valet service with a loaner. I told them I didn't need a loaner. The next day they showed up at my work instead of my home. I sent them to my home. Got a text a few hours later saying I didn't need an oil change. I didn't book an oil change and told them it was only for the engine light. A few hours later I got another text saying I didn't require an oil change. Again, I told them i only booked for the engine light.
So it is now Jan 4th.and they have had our Rover for over 2 weeks and we haven't been able to drive it for over 2 months. According to the technician, they have to deal with the UK and it takes time.
So here we are.paying top dollar for a premium SUV sitting at the dealership an hour away from my home.
After reading this, you decide if you would be happy in my situation?

Update. Still waiting for my vehicle. It’s January 11.
Update. April 17th issue still not resolved. Told it’s “out of their hands” as UK parts are on back order. Waiting for a 48 volt battery. 5 months and waiting

During my experience at jaguar Land Rover London it was amazing from the start to the end. I had walked in at closing and that is when I met moe. The best salesman of life. I had been looking everywhere for cars before this until than. I have never met someone so driven and kind in car sales until him. I harassed him for a whole month to find me a very specific car with a specific price, which was not so reasonable. He was always texting me and keeping me in the loop, sending me ideas, without being pushy at all! I went away came back and there was a car waiting for me and it was everything and more that I wanted. The pickup process was so easy and that’s where I got introduced to mel who made the vehicle sale so easy, she had everything ready for when I came, had my payments in the range I wanted, and fought for a great interest rate. I signed the papers and was out in my new car! I will forever be telling anyone who’s looking for a car to see these 2!

After months of research, test drives and handfuls of false promises I was fed up and was at the end of my search. I had exhausted every private, no name, big names all the way to high end dealerships that would entertain a “less than ideal” circumstance and all of them were a headache or a runaround. UNTIL… I landed upon my final stop, which happened to be Land Rover in London. I found a vehicle I really liked and thought I’d just go have a quick conversation, never did I think I’d be leaving an hour later in a Range Rover.

Moe made sure to listen to everything and ensured I felt heard. He understood the small details and my expectations to ensure months down the road I wouldn’t be regretting the decisions I made that day. They are real people, with big hearts and lots of sophistication who care and you see that in every aspect of the place. Mel & Moe made something so dreadful & so stressful for me into an actual breath of fresh air. I cannot thank them enough and I will direct everyone to do business here. I, myself will only ever come here for any of my vehicle needs from now on.

Thank you again Moe, Melanie & everyone else on the team at Land Rover London. You are beyond professional and by far the friendliest most authentic dealership in the GTA. I won’t forget your kindness & I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Technicians are Terrible here. Been in and out 20 times over 2 years. They fix one thing and cause another.leaving hoses off or forgetting to put something back together. Ridiculous

The service at London Land Rover was exceptional. Omar Temraz went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was serviced in a quick and hassle free way. He was professional and handled all my questions with a great expertise. Omar was very open and communicative about the next steps with my vehicle, which made the process feel inclusive and collaborative in nature. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Land Rover London for routine services and other vehicle concerns. And if you’re lucky enough to meet Omar, say Hi for me!

I had a great experience with Land Rover London. One of the quickest and easiest car buying experiences I've ever had.

Juan Baquero reached out to me minutes after I sent the dealership an email. We settled on a number over phone and to avoid me having to make the long drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and it's history, which made me feel much more comfortable about the purchase. He went the extra mile for me and I truly appreciate it.

I would definitely recommend Juan and Land Rover London.

REALLYYY bad costumer service HORRIBLE, the car I payed over 100k for broke down so I went back to get it fixed and they didn’t fix it or switch it with another car or even try and fix it and give me another one cheaper temporarily while they tried and fixed mine.

Last week I purchased a new vehicle for myself at the Land Rover London Dealership. This was my first time buying a vehicle from this location, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for my next vehicle. Juan Baquero, Sales & leasing specialist was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Juan was able to provide a great trade in value for my vehicle and I was able to purchase a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I love my new “ride” and look forward to driving it everyday.
