What a LIFESAVER Ahmad and his team were. I called in desperate to fix my car super last minute and Ahmad, the service manager, took care of everything. Not only was I helped the same day I called, he gave me a loaner, got the parts ordered, car fixed and everything within 2 days. I walked into Land Rover very frustrated, upset and stressed out due to an other garage giving me the BS run around for months. Ahmad took the 500lbs of stress off my shoulders that day. I wanted to cry. I cannot thank him enough. Gordon as well was very quick, nice and thorough. I am a very busy business owner and they respected my time, worked around my schedule and got the job done. Ahmad is super personable, understanding, reasonable, takes charge, thoughtful and thorough. I could go on and on about the numerous amazing qualities he has but in short, every business, no matter the kind, would THRIVE with someone like him on their team. Great service as usual by Gord and the service team. I had an appointment later in the month to get my summer tires put on, but an issue arose with my Velar. Because I don’t live directly in Ottawa I need to get a courtesy vehicle every time I come for service, so Gord and the team were able to shuffle things around to get me in sooner to fix the problem with my vehicle. At the same time they were able to put my summer tires on as well. Thanks again Gord! Cheers,

I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Ottawa. The team and the service is excellent. I have been dealing with James and Jason and they are transparent, honest and upfront. They provide frequent updates, work with your schedule and give top tier service. They are located in a beautiful dealership in St Laurent area, so if you need to spend a little time while your vehicle is serviced, you can comfortably enjoy a coffee, treat and have a chat with Joanne -the funny and friendly executive assistant. 10/10 to James and the team!

A couple days ago, I had an issue with my Land Rover discovery ‘s windshield wipers. I contacted Land Rover’s service department and they managed to find appointment in the same week. Ziyad Mahroum our service advisor is beyond AMAZING he super informative and friendly. By far, this was the easiest, hassle-free and accommodating service to date. When I went back to pick it up, they had a surprise birthday gift for me (Backpack, coffee cup and umbrella) I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again. 5 stars & Thank you Mr. Ahmad and Mr Ziyad for the incredible service.

Gorgeous showroom and excellent service from Simon Halpin in Sales. Was very generous with his time in showing me a 2023 Defender (beautiful vehicle!) and preparing quotes and following up. Should you be in the market for a Land Rover, I would suggest Land Rover Ottawa!

Our experience with Land Rover Ottawa was poor from the time of purchase until long after turning our lease back in. We purchased a new Range Rover vehicle in 2019. The sales process felt underhanded, delivery was repeatedly delayed, the vehicle repeatedly had major malfunctions where service appointment information wasn't transparent (service employees taking our vehicle home for the night, screws found in our tires after appointments due to construction at the dealership site), and the hand-in of the vehicle has left us waiting weeks for a payment. Stacey Knowles, the current Sales Manager, has repeatedly told us "I don't know what to tell you. ". We advise anyone looking at a JLR brand line to stear clear and check out Mark Motors or Hunt Club in Ottawa instead.

I started off having a less than ideal experience with this dealership. The previous sales associate left and I had no idea what was happening with my vehicle. Allen Tsai reached out and has been my contact person since. He provided me with very frequent updates on the status on my vehicle and was very enthusiastic and professional. I would work with this dealership again, simply because of Allen.

Had a great experience from beginning to end. Sales rep Michael was not pushy and was able to answer all my questions (constantly going above and beyond), financial guy Steve was super nice and kept me in the loop on ETA for my Range Rover and Stacey the manager is so personable, honest, helpful and even put my lug bolts on the Range Rover in the rain in a suit! I've never had such a positive experience with a dealership as I did here. I highly recommend this place. I'll continue to come to this location for anything I need including a new vehicle years from now!

Land Rover/Range Rover has been providing me with an excellent quality service because of the new service manager Mr. Ahmad Chamsdine. I’m really happy with the way he does business. Ahmad is exceptional, he is a very respectful gentleman and a real Service Manager who knows how to treat customers. He is very knowledgeable, professional, calm and understanding.

Ahmed Chamsdine was the best! He acts as an advocate to find the best solutions, communicates consistently and focuses on getting the issue repaired quicker than expected. If the rest of the team rises to his standards, I can see this dealership flourishing in the future.

I have been dealing with the service department for things that come up time to time with my Range rover. It is rare to get the kind of service that I have received from the service department. The service manager (Ahmad Chamsidine) really acts as an advocate to find the best solutions, communicates consistently. He is honest about what can and can't be accomplished. It's not about the car - it's about the service – Ahmad and his service team represent the best elements of a true service professional.

I bought a brand new Range Rover Evoque 2019 in nov2018, I went back a month later complaining about extremely loud breaks. My sales guy Justin was extremely helpful and also agreed my breaks shouldn’t sound like that. Service manager told me it’s normal but they’ll schedule me in anyways a few weeks from then because it’s not “urgent”. Never heard from anyone I called back and they said they’ll get me in 3rd week of April. My breaks sound terrible anytime it’s wet outside or if my vehicle has been parked for a few hours, I’ve had the truck for over 6months and it’s just getting worse. The most embarrassing loud sound whenever I reverse or come to a slow stop. I called again and they said that they were swamped and can’t get me in until June 15. They have to have the worst service for a high end dealer I have ever experienced. I previously owned a Mercedes and my breaks did the something similar after I got my car serviced. They saw me the next day, gave me a loner and my car was fixed within 48 hours. To have to wait 6 months to get them to fix something after I purchased a brand new vehicle is ridiculous. I’m driving around a high end vehicle that sounds like complete garbage. We have purchased three very expensive vehicle from this dealer within the last year and will have to look elsewhere when it’s time for a trade. They don’t care about your business after they get your money. Extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately, the service and parts department are very poor at this delearship.
I purchased a 2018 Land Rover Discovery in February at this dealership.
I had to bring it in for servicing for an engine light that keeps coming on when it gets cold outside, approx - 15 celsius. I have been there twice for the same issue and they never fixed it. Twice it took more than 3 weeks to get appointment to have them look at it, twice they made upgrades to the software and twice when I left the delearship, the light came back on the next day.
Following a service appointment in January 2019, I noticed that one snap pin for the cover over the battery was missing, I walked over to the parts department to buy one, they did not have it is stock, I had to order one and was told it would take a week. When I went back for another service appointment in February, they still did not have it and I was told they would mail it to me since I had been there twice. I never got it, I had to go again in March to argue and finally get one.
Just last week, my Land Rover is nearing the one year mark and I called to get an oil change done and I was told that due to it being tire season, I can't get an appointment until May 23rd. You got to be kidding me!
Every time I needed appointment I had to wait over 3 weeks, now I have to wait more than 6 weeks to get an oil change.
I wish I could bring my car somewhere else to get it serviced, a trip to Montreal might be in my furure.

Went Saturday evening to look at a range rover sport. The salesman on the first left desk was extremely rude.
"The gas tank is empty so u can just go around the block buddy "
I shouldn't have gone in when I called,
" we close in 40 minutes so maybe you can test drive it "

I drove the car for 4 minutes with the passengers seat belt warning beeping the whole time because he refuse to put his belt on

Didn't let me adjust my mirrors, seat, or steering wheel, just aggressively demanded that I start driving by asking me to put my foot on the break and he put the car in drive.

It is quite sad because I am sure the owner is unaware of this but unfortunately I would rather go to Montreal to purchase my car then set foot in this dealership

Service is always backed up. Taking an appointment with a loaner now takes around 2-3 months. In order to get to a service advisor on the phone to check on your car status, you'll most likely be put on hold for 30 mins.
Also, there is no direct line to reach service. I had to call the dealership main line and asked to be redirected every time.

Sometimes when I walk into certain places I can just tell that I'm not going to receive good service because of my age and the way I look. It's sad, but unfortunately a fact I deal with all too many times, and Landrover Ottawa is definitely one of those places. From getting ignored when I walked in the door, to having my emails ignored.this place clearly didn't want my money. And don't even bother trying to contact the parts department because you won't get through and you definitely won't receive a call back should you decide to leave a message. Just poor service all around from this place.
