Service experience for my Range Rover was excellent. I have dealt with Jey (service associate) a few times and I’m very satisfied with the experience. Everyone there is nice and wanting to help.

I have had the worst experience at this dealership service and parts department. I would not service or buy parts from this dealership.
After filing a complaint the service manager lied to me regarding unwanted service and repair. Prior to my service experience the parts department left me a hold for an incredibly long time more than once. The parts person Mariano was not at the standard one would have thought of a Land Rover dealership.
Auto Service, be careful for they will do work that is not necessary and make excuses when you ask why. They will charge for work which was not repaired properly. I had to take my vehicle to another location and they informed me of the terrible work this dealership did to my vehicle.

The process has been extremely quick and efficient. Giancarlo has been professional, and helpful with every requirement. Definitely recommend to everyone who wants to purchase cars.

My recent experience, this is a 2020 car, went to repair the trim on the rear door, (waited for two years!), the car was repaired on July 5th, and it was not perfect, and the car was scratched, The car dealer agreed to repair it for me. On July 19th, they took it to repair the scratches. On July 20th, they sent the car back and I found that it was not repaired! Just wash (wax) the car! Scratches are still clearly visible! Waste of time (since the door trim repair was done once in March and it was not done, said the package was damaged), I have completely lost trust in this dealer, I have used this brand of cars for 20 years, this It was the most uncomfortable and unhappy time for me

I recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport at Grand Touring Automobiles and my experience was amazing. Our sales representative, Diana Avram was so professional and efficient. She responded to emails and texts quickly and provided us with the information we needed about the vehicle. At our scheduled appointment to see the vehicle she was so kind and friendly. She went over all the documents efficiently and I never felt pressure to buy a vehicle. The process from start up finish was easy. When we went to pick up the SUV Diana greeted us and had all the documents ready. The unveiling of the vehicle and walk through with Michael was so thorough and greatly appreciated. One of the best car purchasing experience in many decades. Staffs are down to earth and very accommodating. My sales advisor Cody, especially, went above and beyond, made me feel very welcome, and feel my business is valued. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

If your car is under warranty and you’re looking to get it fixed, DO NOT go to this location.

I had a warranty issue with my Range Rover Velar happen earlier this year. I had an awful time dealing with Leia. They gladly took my Range Rover velar in to get “fixed” while under warranty. They told us to our face and in text that our car needed a new engine. So I said, well since it’s under warranty let’s do that!

Our car was in the shop for weeks. Only for them to come back and say actually, upon tear down you only need to change this one little part (a cheap part of course)

We kept going back to the dealership 2-3 times after that. Always with an engine issue… the issue was “gone” for two months. 6 days after our warranty was up, our car’s engine was gone. Black smoke coming out from the exhaust, violently shaking, we could barely start it, it was bad! We quickly called Leia and her response was our car isn’t under warranty so we have to pay. I was in shock by her response.

Not only were we in the dealership multiple times those few months to fix the issue (which obviously didn’t get fixed). We were told we needed a new engine! Leia and her manager were both no help, a poor excuse for customer service reps. They were both pathetic.

So thankfully I reached out to another dealership, Land Rover Lakeridge and they were amazing. They helped us for months (as the engine was on back order) and even gave us a rental. They kept trying to help us get the engine covered. As we rightfully we’re supposed to get it replaced while under warranty. Thankfully, at the last minute one of the top executive assistants who deal with the North America Land Rover accounts was able to help us!

However, Land Rover Toronto employees need to be retrained. I would never forget such bad customer service. I tell this story to all my friends who own or know someone who owns a Range Rover.

My experience with car dealers is often mixed but I have always had a positive experience here. They really understand that they are a service business and they make you feel like your business is important to them

Went in to see a Range Rover velar. I had the best experience, Hamdi Abbas my sales agent was extremely patient, helpful and assisted my entire purchasing experience from start to finish with professionalism and great customer service. I had many questions which he did a great job at answering and went looked for information on my behalf. I could not ask for a better customer service experience and feel truly lucky to have chosen grand- touring for the purchase of my velar. I would Highly recommend them over and over again!
