So happy we chose Landmark for new doors and windows on our mid 1800's house. A little pricey maybe but worth it! Professional and efficient installation, original windows replaced now look fantastic, and more importantly are airtight! Same with doors. Very impressed with the quality and workmanship! Thanks to Liz as well for making the process easy administratively.

I love the doors and windows. The install team was awesome. The salesman Rob was excellent, he supported us from beginning to end. Liz was always there to answer our questions and I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a high quality product.

Ordered ~$25k worth of doors and windows June 2022. The salesman John is a total crook. He sells you windows and doors, then disappears once the issues start to arise soon after the installations - a true salesman. Can’t get him on the phone, can’t get him through email.

Installations were completed by a small team of questionably acting and looking individuals… still can’t believe we let them in our home. Still can’t believe we trusted this company…

Caveat Emptor.

I made a change of door style with no problem and same price. Instalment went very well because the door hole was perfectly square, so the installer said. We are very pleased so far. The full window brings in so much more light.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel the need to warn others.
We are extremely disappointed in the service, or lack thereof, we have received from landmark. We have been waiting for approximately 10 months for them to complete repairs to a door that was installed by them. We are constantly told that we "just need to wait a little longer", only to have completely nothing happen, over and over again. Now they have set up an automated response to emails, so there goes the limited communication customers had with real people that work there.
We were told they only have one service employee for all of Ontario, and the lack of communication between the office and the service worker further delayed our repairs.
I sent a full report with details and pictures of the repairs needed to the office prior to the service worker's assessment visit, and he was not given ANY of the information I shared with the office. If they would have provided him with the info, he could have come with the parts and tools needed for the simple job, and saved everyone a whole lot of time and trouble.
All the while, the damage to our door continues to worsen, and we have had to seal the door off to keep out pests and weather elements.
It is shocking that a company can function this way. Customer service or integrity is not at all a priority to them.

I booked an appointment through Costco for new doors. Booked it in advance, rearranged my schedule to suit them only to have appt rescheduled the morning of. For the reschedules appt, they called SIX MINUTES before the appt to cancel. Another day wasted. I do not recommend this company. If they can’t meet basic in home appointments (initial step) what’s the chances everything else will go smoothly?

I haven't even had service yet and am here to say they are non-responsive - all of their 'project managers' never answer the phone, their customer service/appointment line never gets answered - I looked to call them over 3 days to cancel my 'in home' assessment and couldn't connect - their answering service was full and could not accept any messages. Totally unacceptable. This does NOT bode well for post customer service so I'm OUT!

I'm still waiting for my frosted valance window for my upstairs washroom, needless to say showering is uncomfortable. You'd think after a year and a half they could fill my 30 thousand dollar window order properly. Sad customer service.

Not professional. Don't answer calls. Measured twice and still got size wrong. Still don't have my last window and 7 screens don't fit properly. Nobody wants to get back to me. This has been going on since May 24th. And 1 window is defective.

After booking consultations with 3 companies, Landmark became my first choice. Their pricing was extremely fair given the level of quality that they offered and the care and attention to detail that they facilitated throughout the planning, installation and check-up period.

During the initial meeting with Landmark, the Sales Representative, Rolf, took his time and listened to what I was looking for and understood the different requests I had. I needed 19 windows replaced in addition to the exterior capping of 4 storm windows over original stained-glass windows along with a new rear door… each of the other companies stated that they could not preserve the stained-glass windows and they would have to be removed but Landmark was able to cap the exterior just how I wanted to preserve the antique windows. They were also able to maintain the beautiful wooden frames on the interior of the home around the windows. I was given a choice of… maybe 75-100 (?) different colours I could choose from for the windows, frames and door – there were so many options and I was able to pick something perfect to the fit the home.

I was given chances after making the order to review all choices and ensure no mistakes were made. The Installers measured each window 2-3 times to ensure accuracy before the order was placed for manufacturing.

The installation was seamless! It was fast, organized and clean! I was able to work from home while installation occurred, and the team kept the interior and exterior of my home organized and tidy throughout the process!

LIZ, the Customer Care Agent, promptly followed up with me after the installation of 19 windows, 4 frame cappings, and a patio door to inquire if I had any concerns or needed any assistance with changes, etc. Liz also gave a direct link of how to touch base if I, over the next while, had any concerns with any windows/screens/doors. Liz was extremely approachable, funny and I felt comfortable to reach out with any future concerns or questions. I had also been given the cell number of Rolf, the Sales Rep, and the Installers for easy communication and quick response to any questions or needs I had!

I have already recommended Landmark to neighbours down the street who need to replace their windows and are just one of the many neighbours who have walked by and commented on how much they like the new windows that have been installed!

Road noise, drafts, and security have all improved from my new Landmark windows and door and while I do not foresee future issues, I am reassured from their extensive warranty that I will be supported for years to come!

I strongly recommend Landmark Windows if you are exploring options for your home. Their patience with my many questions as a new homeowner, their options for window style/type/and colour, and diligence throughout the process was unlike any of the multiple other companies that I met with prior to choosing and trusting Landmark.

Rolf, thank you for your diligence in explaining the product options and price; Sandra, thank you for your diligence during the preparation stages to ensure there were no miscommunications and ensuring everything would go smoothly; to the installation team at CID Solutions, your speed, kindness, cleanliness was very much recognized and appreciated; Liz, thank you for following up so promptly and ensuring I was happy with the product and being sure I had no concerns at any point during the entire process.

Big thanks to Landmark for helping beautify my home, make it more safe and efficient and being able to install new windows while maintaining the beautiful antique frames I had inside throughout the home thereby honouring its history while updating it in a classy and efficient manner.

I can't say enough about our experience with Landmark. From our first meeting with Ryan, the Sales guy, to the amazing Customer Service from Elizabeth and Courtney, and our installation by Chris and Rodney; what could have been a very stressful purchase, was nothing but smooth and easy. Our windows and doors were delivered and installed 3 weeks early. Chris and Rodney were beyond professional and do amazing work. If I could give a 10/10 I would! We will definitely be purchasing another set of doors from Landmark when we do our next round of renos and add another balcony to our master bedroom. Hats off to the whole team!

First I want to say I am not thrilled that I am posting a negative review.it's not my style. Apparently there is a contest to win a $500 gift card so I will take part as I might as well try to win money back that I have lost.

I am impressed with the service of the subcontractors. CID Solutions out of Toronto. The installers were kind, thorough and prompt.

I am not impressed with the finance department of Landmark. Back in 2020 I applied for the greener home grant and Landmark then reached out based on that. So right there should there not be proof that I am interested in the grant?

The man who came out to quote the windows also knew that we were interested because during our scheduled appointment I asked about it & expressed interest in taking part.

I don't believe it was my responsibility again to then communicate to the company that I was still interested in taking part in the grant.

Skip forward to day before install (May 2023), I am called by Liz letting me know she is sorry but our bay window arrived cracked and we have to reschedule. These things happen, we were able to rearrange for a month later. Liz was a pleasure to deal with.

I asked Courtney in customer care about the grant and was then told the windows WE chose do not qualify for the grant. This is where the sales person should have chose the appropriate windows that did qualify?

The windows (9) were installed this month (June) and I received email from the finance department. I asked for compensation for the poor communication and expressed that I felt I had been scammed. I was told the grant covers $125 for each window installed. (I should have received $1125) Landmark will compensate me $250 TOTAL for their trickery, only after a few back and forth emails asking for compensation.

I have been a very easy, and understanding customer thus far. Landmark does not leave a good taste in my mouth. I would not recommend them.

They were quick and efficient. Job well done. Questions answered. I really like this style of window as they are easier to clean as well as for air flow, they can be opened from either the top or bottom depending on how much air you want in.

We had 5 windows and 9 patios doors installed. The crew that installed them were proficient and worked non-stop to get them in. We had one small caulking issue which was resolved in a prompt timely fashion. We currently have one patio door stopper which doesn't aligned with the handle. We did send photos but they obviously didn't see it as we didn't hear back from them.

We needed eavestroughs on our cottage as they had never been installed. Landmark gave us a price we were happy with and did excellent work when they said they would. They completed on time and even did an extra piece I asked for whilst there without fuss. Liz at Landmark also helped us with any questions we had. Definitely recommend them for eavestroughs!
