Spoke to an agent here (I think Cassandra) on Monday July 31st to book an appointment to see a one bedroom available for August 15th. She told me “I’m going to be the very first person to view the unit”. On the day of the viewing I call to confirm the viewing and no one picks up the first time. The second time I get through, the lady tells me that there is nothing booked here in your name and the apartment is not available.
This is ridiculous. Like some people said in their reviews complete lack of professionalism and terrible communication. No respect for peoples time. This is not the first time this has happened. This happened at so many other locations in London.
Never again am I giving them my email for them to spam my inbox with their promotions!

Total lack of competency. I booked the apartment viewing appointment on their official website a week ahead of time, on the appointment day I drove 2 hours to London, no one showed up at the rental office at the appointment time. No explanation was given, not even a courtesy call.

We have been living here since last six months. It's the best place in London to live. Very peaceful, perfectly cleaning everyday, nice staff. Big parking area, pool and big balcony. Thank you Cassendra and all staff members and owners and boardwalk.
