Very poor customer service from Nick Lando. Ordered $25k of lights. After chasing Nick and texting him over 100 times and slowly getting my lights over the past 12 months, I'm still missing 1 chandelier and all the crystals of another chandelier (it was delivered without the crystals). This is the worst customer service experience of my life and I would not recommend this store. You have to pay in full at the time of purchase and then spend countless hours trying to get what you paid for. Looks like I'll have to file a consumer complaint to get my $ back since they don't do refunds even when they can't deliver the product. Highly recommend anyone else who's not getting their order delivered to do the same.

Whilst I did not purchase anything, as I was with my sister/brother inlaw who did. They only support thid spot and I encourage you to do the same!

Yup! I seriously love these guys! Biggest selection, best pricing, super knowledgeable staff! I put their lights in every Design project I (the company I work for Domilya Group) do.

These guys carry an extensive selection of lighting from modern to traditional chandeliers for indoor and outdoor! My family has been a client for many years and the service still remains majestic. Nick was great with his recommendations, helped me wrap up things quickly and was very friendly. What they say about him is true! Go check him out!

Terrible terrible service in tge end they took four months longer than expected. We never received the bulbs that were to be included had to go buy them elsewhere. Left numerous messages to this day no response

Bad service! I did not get my order after 18 months! Owner's son said will keep update with me, but many times, never call back or sent msg back to me. They lie all the time, give you many stories to be excuse!
never see that bad customer service! Also their price not cheaper, they are about 15% higher than other suppilers.

Paul was very patient and helpful. He spent his time to give us advice and make us feel comfortable with our choices. Prices were also great, which is a nice added bonus!

This company is brutal. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. We paid $1,000 for an LED hall light in November 2019. I paid their electrician $250 to install it. The light flickered right from the start and I had their electrician call the store to explain that the driver was defective. Nick, the owner's son, said that they would replace it and send the electrician around to replace it. I called numerous times to find out when it was coming in and was constantly told by Nick that it would be next week. Next week never came and finally in July, eight months later, it was decided that I would pick a different replacement. This was ordered and i was told the electronica would replace the light. After a number of calls to the electrician, he told me he wasn't doing it because Nick would not pay him. I talked to Nick's father Brian and he got angry about Mike the electrician and not his son who is useless. He said he would get right on it and would take care of it. It is now just about October, almost a year later, and I went and got another electrician and paid him an additional $250 to get this saga completed. I do not know how they are still in business but I would suggest that Nick get a job more in line with his skills such as fixing divots on a par 3 course. And, it turns out Brian that the acorn doesn't fall far from the tree. BTW - I till have the original fixture which they have shown no interest in retrieving - they knew it was junk.

A beautiful showroom. Lots of light fixtures and mirrors. Matthew helped me pick the right outside light fixtures for my house.

My first visit was great, met the owner he was a treat. I promise to visit again. Live 5 minutes from this store and never visited. One can go wild with the amount of inventory here.

Worst customer service. I ordered lights 3 months back and I’m still waiting. They are so irresponsible. Was asked thrice to collect the stuff but everytime I went the things were not ready for pick up. Going all the way from Oakville is not a joke. They waste time and also gave us the wrong lights. I also payed them for a specific set of lights but they gave us the wrong ones and they are frauds. I’ve been calling them for the past 3 days and they are not picking up they are terrible with terrible customer service!

The pebdants and chandelier I bought are beautiful. I have hit a roadblock though. One of the pendants is not working, even though the other one is perfectly fine.

I would have been better off going to Homedepot or someware else! Nothing but a frustrating experience! Bought few light fixtures and a Chandlier. When I opened One of the box I found out that light fixture seemed to have returned by someone else and I still decided to hook it up and found out it is not working! If someone returned a defective one atlest QC and fix it before selling it again.

Further I waited for a week to receive the chandelier and got the Electrician to come to install and found out the all the crystals were missing. I call the store and reported the issue so they told me they will order a new one and I can either return the one I have or I can mount that and pickup only the Crystal's. I told them I will return the one I have and pickup the the new one in few days when it arrives. I called them today to find out if the chandelier is arrived and they told me they only ordered the crystal and it has arrived. Since I was planning to returned the one I had, I didn't check if there are any other parts were missing. I picked up the Crystal's and now I am finding the silver decorative goes around the holders are missing. It's been a nightmare. Now I have to wait again for the store to open tomorrow to deal with it.

They have got a good collection of lights. But everything here is too pricey when compared to other lighting shops and there's hardly anyone willing to assist you. So, I wouldn't go again.

We purchased all the lighting fixtures for our new house from Lando. Great support during selections process which can be overwhelming if you're are buying a large number of fixtures. All good quality brands only. Prices offered were one of the best. During pandemic Nick delivered on schedule by himself at Kitchener. Minor missing parts were given without fuss. Also replaced some fixtures without any problems. Only had issues with the bulbs due to non availability caused by pandemic otherwise great experience.

They are a bit expensive compared to there competitors but sure have lots of selection, staff is nice

Got two chandelier back in November one box was open the item was damaged I live 4 hours away the store gave empty promises of sending me a new one we are a month and still don't have one very bad when you lie to your customer for $300 worth of chandelier

We recently purchased a new home and bought all of our light fixtures from Lando Lighting. Mathew, our sales consultant was extremely experienced and knowledgeable and helped us pick out all our light fixtures and mirrors for our new home. He worked with us to ensure we were completely satisfied with each fixture. Even when we got home and found that we didn’t like the look of one of the fixtures, he worked with us again to exchange it for a fixture that we loved and was the perfect fit. Customer service was better years ago. I think it has become too busy.a victim of its own success! Great selection of lighting though, but prices seem to be high.

Worst service have been waiting for my house lighting for over 2 months.no one calls me back and nick is so disorganized.this store needs lots of help.

I and my wife went casually there just to look around for some chandeliers for my house. They have a huge variety of these. The prices also range from very cheap to very expensive one. They carry chandeliers ranged from very small size to huge size. A lot of lamps, bath lights, and so on. We were so impressed that we ended up in buying three chandeliers

Huge and good selection, Rude staff.
I asked simple question to staff- who can help fixing these big heavy lights?
Staff member said $350 to fix $200 light.
The way he said was like You buy it from us and we dont really care.
I said really? The guy goes my guy is certified, certified to do what? Freaking fixing light?
What an a**hole to say something like that.
Well this business just lost $5000 worth business from me.
Good for you, keep it up and you will need to advert on all radio later on and beg for customer.

Large space with 3 different sections dedicated to outdoor, foyer and bath/bedroom lighting. The selection is overwhelming and after some time, you will start needing help. We got help from Steve, who was knowledgable and self-directed sales rep. Prices are little above average in comparison to big box stores like HDepot or Lowes, but the quality is visibly nicer.
