Langs Bus Lines

I have contacted the Supervisor at bus langs London to move far the stop of the bus 848 since the bus stop really close to my drive way and it really not safe for daughter for backing up going out and also it us not safe for children playing around. He said i have to contact diff organizations.wondering as supervisor otherwise the bus keep on this location he give me his job to do? These company doesn’t not care about safety of the children.

I have worked with 3 other school bus companies but never had that wonderful experience as much as I have with Langs, credit goes to management, which gives us a family environment ️.
Very nice & friendly dispatch & management, always co operative with their employees.
& also the best thing is their vehicles maintenance.

Bus was 20 minutes late so I took my daughter to school. When I called the first time I was hung up on the second time I got snark attitude and was told "we do the best we can sometimes traffic is bad" and hung up on AGAIN. I get it's the first day and things happen. This review is not based on the late bus. It's based on the awful customer service.
