Love Lanna Nails! Friendly and welcoming, but more importantly fantastic, long-lasting results! My daughter's and I truly enjoyed our mani/pedis today!

Had a pedicure and it was barely ok. Rushed. Rough with drill machine on the cuticles. No massage at end. Slapped the oil on toes and spread cream
On feet and legs and left it. No massage at all. Don’t do not even rub it in. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

The ladies at Lanna Nails are incredible. They do an amazing job and are so nice. I always come here for my nails

Not impressed at all. Hardly touched my feet in and out in minutes except for the long long nail dry.
My friend got a great pedicure beside me, I was done about 10 min before her as she got a nice foot massage. Very upset could have saved money and painted my nails at home. I still have rough patches so even the exfoliation was bad.

Just had my 1st manicure with shellac and love it! Didn't know my nails were so bad till they were cleaned up! They have probably 100 + different colours to choose from. Staff were friendly and lovely.

I don’t like to write reviews because I believe that people are all trying to do their best. My last few appointments however have not been a great experience. I go for pedicures because I’m in desperate need for a hip replacement and can’t reach my right foot. At my last appointment I asked as usual for nails to be cut as short as possible. I decided to get polish since it’s the holidays. I was told that my nails were too short and that I should give my nails a break from polish when my last appointment was 2 months ago without polish. As another reviewer mentioned, they are cutting corners. Scrub is used on the feet and no longer the lower leg. I’m very disappointed.

Had a pedicure with my friend, the service is good overall but I just wish they had hot towels and good massage

Quick, well priced, and easy to book. Have always had meticulous shellac mani/pedi's done here.

Experience was pure garbage. After telling them I wanted pink French tip acrylics, very simple, they glued on $2-feeling almost see-through acrylics that you could find at Walmart that were already white French tips (the white French tip part was already on the acrylic and was very thin and not a full coat, so all they did was glue it on and acted like that was the full service) instead of giving me proper dip acrylics and actual French tip nail art. Not to mention I had asked for pink, not white. The ladies all then said that I wanted white not pink, when I had said pink over 5 times throughout this process. Multiple staff members altogether then came to my section and told me that I have to settle for what I got cause since the white French tip is part of the nail they glued on and not actual nail art/polish. They then STILL charged me full price, and told me if I wanted pink next time they’d do it but again for full price since it ‘wasn’t their fault that they messed it up’. Total was $67.80 for white French tipped acrylics glued on my hands and that was it, although it took 2 hours for that service.

Great if you want to get ripped off. I was charged $85 for acrylic nails. Their website says $47. Everyone else charges no more than $55 tax in, for the exact same thing. They’re stupid enough to think I’d believe that it’s because the nail polish on top of the acrylic nails costs $35. Omg seriously! So like people actually walk out with just the acrylic nails and no polish. That’s what 20 years of loyalty will get you. First time they ripped me off and it will be the last. Lots of friends and family will not return when I pass this on. Not sure why they’ve decided to become bitter angry thief’s but you should stay far far away.

SUPER happy with my nails. Probably the best I’ve gotten. Wonderful service and did exactly what I asked for. Will be my go to place from now on.
