Jeff was extremely helpful and most of all honest. For a minimal fee, he was able to diagnose and resolve my laptop issue with a warranty. Now I know why the high rating.he deserves it!

I had a shorted my motherboard when I tried to do some repairs myself.
Issues due to motherboard shorting: my battery was not charging, plus my laptop would randomly sleep even while being used.
I liked how Jeff was quite upfront about the cost, while assuring me that that would be no charges if he was not able to repair. Furthermore, he always has the customer's best interest, as he only suggest repairs if they are a fraction of the cost your laptop.
While my laptop was with him he kept me informed the past couple of days on the status and where he was at with the repair. Jeff was able to come through, and restore my laptop.

Accidentally dropped my laptop, won't turn it on, felt worried and anxious, and stayed up all night. Fortunately, the Laptop specialist opened very early, and the owner Jeff was very professional and sincere. He analyzed various possibilities with me, and finally repaired my computer at a very affordable price. It only took a few hours. Must give 5-star praise! The owner is kind and expert in everything, he will give the best advice about problem and help you. So any have a problem related to laptop definitely this is the place

One of the hinges of my laptop displaced and was causing pressure to the screen. Fortunately, Jeff was not only able to repair the hinge but he did so without any impact to the screen. The service was prompt (under a few hours), and well done.
