Since Larlyn took over as Property Management at Westchester on the lake things have been smooth sailing. Being the grounds keeper there for 15 years my Company has seen a few property management companies come and go.
Communication is great with the property Manager Frank and he is very easy to work with we are also always paid on time as a small business owner this is very much appreciated. When we need to have approval for required work or material brought in there is always a quick response.

I am a resident/owner of one of the Westchester units and I remember when doors and windows first came up years ago and the anger and frustration that accompanied any suggestion or proposal. This was a no win situation and it was comically frustrating

Fast forward to today and I just had my windows done and I was utterly impressed with the speed and organization of the work.

Frank who is the property manager has kept me up to speed every step of the way and even came by after the installation to see the work, and get our feedback and opinions

Without his involvement, understanding and professionalism I doubt that this project would have started out a smoothly as it has

We are a senior apartment building in Amherstburg, Ontario and Larlyn Management Company recently assumed management of our building. Jeremy Neff is the Larlyn representative contact for our residence and had an open door policy for any issues with our building. He is respectful, kind and prompt with all issues related to our building. Michael Wetherup was hired as superintendent and in addition to keeping the building spotless is well respected by all residents. We are all appreciative of our fine new management by Larlyn.

Larlyn Management has been our manager for 3 years and our Manager is Frank. Our experience has been the best, from operations to financials and working with our staff, Board and owners. The relationship has been a cooperative spirit, and property condition much improved since they arrived. Frank has found thousands of dollars of cost savings while still improving services. The Larlyn team structure assists us to navigate urgent challenges as well. Frank also works in a calm manner to suggest and implement changes while ensuring smooth operations. He is top level manager and absolutely the best I have experienced since living here 25 years. Simple the best!

Neil Bear has been a guiding light for our board considering that we are all volunteers and rely on his expertise in the various areas of responsibilities with regards to the maintenance requirements and the many resources that we depend on. Neil Bear has worked tirelessly for several years managing our property at 540 Ouellette. He is dedicated and professional at all times. The residents at this condo owe him a great deal of thanks.

Neil does a very good job at managing our building. He always has our interests at heart and is able to provide us all the essential information that the condo board needs to make the correct decisions for all other condo owners. We have a number or large projects that we have to undertake and Neil does a great job explaining what has to be done and which companies we can use to accomplish those projects.
