Initially, Natasha recommended a realtor to me because I was looking in cottage country for a home (like everyone else during Covid!) which was outside of her area. Natasha checked in with me more than my own realtor! She genuinely cared. Fast forward 18 months and we abandoned the cottage idea and were selling our condo in Toronto, naturally we called Natasha. We had a LOT of questions and she always had the knowledge, time, and patience to make sure we had an answer to every question or concern. The condo was staged beautifully and in no time we had a buyer, but most importantly at the right price.

They say selling a home is one of the most stressful times in someone’s life…not if you work with Natasha. She is an absolute gem, which can be hard to find in the sea of realtors out there. We cannot thank her enough for all the little touches that meant so much to us during the selling process. She is one in a million!

We were lucky enough to have 2 amazing people working on our behalf, and Channing Prater did not disappoint at all! This charming Southern gent was a dream to work with…and believe me, in today’s Toronto market, we spent a TON of time with Channing! 40 houses viewed, 3 unsuccessful offers and the house prices going up every week. I’m not sure how Channing kept his patience, but he always made our showings work, he showed up on time and always with a smile on his face. Honestly, he was part of our family for the 5 months it took us to finally find our perfect home. He was literally the first person we messaged in the morning and we spent countless evenings exchanging texts, phone calls and viewing homes.

We shared many laughs, wine recommendations, and house horror stories but most of all, Channing shared his knowledge. We learned so much through this process, and very quickly learned that Channing has the patience of a saint! However, not when it comes to rude realtors who try to intrude on your showing. Nope, the southern charm takes a backseat to a firm, no nonsense pit bull. This is a guy you want on your side when you’re looking for home.

Despite the difficult market with low inventory, offers dates and multiple (26 on our first) offers, it’s thanks to Channing that we finally won our perfect home. Honestly, it feels like winning when you have Natasha and Channing on your team. I highly recommend them both. Good, honest, knowledgeable people that we now consider our friends.

We were extremely impressed by Natasha Jelinek and The Larose Team from start to finish on the sale of our home. We were a bit apprehensive at first given we live in a different city than the location of the realtor's office. But, it was very clear that Natasha did her homework and she was very knowledgeable about our area. We put our full trust in Natasha and she didn't let us down. Working with Kevin and his team informed us about the true value of working with a team of professionals. It was unlike any other real estate transaction I've experienced. While Kevin was involved throughout, the magic was the team. They arrived as a group with Kevin to strategize on the target market, advised on changes we needed to make to optimize the property, brought interior designers to advise on decluttering and again, later, to stage our home - by the time we were done it looked like a magazine. Then the photographers came. Kevin and Natasha were there for us the whole way through, dropping in, informing us.

Kevin handled the transaction and he is a master, he constructed a deal that maximized the sale price and locked the transaction down when we were hearing of buyers bailing out due to interest rate uncertainty.

We were nervous about paying full freight in commission but we had no idea the amount of value-add Kevin's team could bring. They are the real deal.

I chose the Larose Team to sell my second property, a condo, back in March of this year (2023) when the market was very unpredictable. I chose them because of their long-standing knowledge of the local housing market (Port Credit, Clarkson). Though housing prices were coming down at the time, and, rightly so after months of over-bidding, I still sold the condo for the listing price within six days, with the help of Kevin Larose's and Channing Prater's expertise. Kevin and Channing were very personable, always answered all my questions and gave me suitable guidance. I will call upon them again in future, when I choose to sell my principal residence.

Natasha has been detailed, patient and enthusiastic from start to finish. The attention to detail and passion shown has been greatly appreciated while navigating my first home purchase. I highly recommend!
