Larry's Chip Stand

Ordered a med poutine and a small fry and pogo, pogo was awesome but the fries for both poutine and small fry were way under cooked, I was hungry so I ate it anyways but definitely need to cook the fries for another five minutes other than that it was alright, first time going to Larry's since they rebuilt the place kinda disappointing it used to be competitive to Monique's and RIV but unless you guys step up you're fry game you're not winning people back

I've been there a couple of times within the last 3 days and it's usually a medium fry and a pogo with sweet mustard

We had 2 poutines and they were great, gravy was not crazy with salt. Also well layered and well proportioned. Service was good and they kitchen was clean. 5 stars for Larry

Larry's is the best for onion rings and classic poutine. Got a nice thick chocolate ripple shake - yum! They have lots of other flavours too.

Stopped at Larry's last night just before closing time. Our meal of pogos, fries and onion rings was delicious as usual. Everything cooked perfectly. I'm so glad they are open again. Larry's is our go to for lunch or dinner whenever we take a road trip.

Best place to go when in the area. We drive over an hour to go there because of how good it is and how great the service is. Highly recommend. Won't be disappointed!

Chili dog was good and hamburger was authentic tasting with nice toppings that were fresh. The patty size was a bit small. The strawberry sundae was delicious and only comes in one size. The service is very very slow. It took 15 mins to get a simple burger and chili dog. The picnic tables were nice so you can sit and enjoy your food. Good location, right off the Main Street. It is a nice chip stand and I would recommend to visit at least once!

These are the best fries and pogos ever! I cannot comment about the other food, because all I ever have are the fries and pogos.

If I were to find something to be very nitpicky about. I would liked to be asked if I want a fork or a toothpick for my fries.besides the fact that I hate plastic waste, eating fries with a toothpick is much more of a chip stand experience

This stand has been in same location around 60 yrs and has always made the best fries and pogos in northern ontario

Tried the poutine and a pogo, pogo was perfect and the poutine was pretty good with lots of curds, the gravy could of been a bit more flavorful but I also prefer a strong brown gravy

Hey they are back! They still have my favorite poutine with curds and chicken burgers in Sturgeon Falls. The best in the area. Sorry for picture with bites.couldn't wait.

Love Larry’s and very glad it’s once again open for business. Pogos, fries and poutine are all as good as before but the shakes in my opinion are inferior as to what they were, to the point of not being sure I’ll order a chocolate shake in the future. Still, overall delicious!

Shared a LARGE poutine between 3 of us. It was perfect! My first poutine experience was a THUMBS UP at Larry’s. Everything was absolutely delicious

Best fries, poutine and pogos! Everything else is good too. Can’t wait until you open again! Also great service too!
