Went in at Christmas time to purchase a cub Cadet XT2 tractor and snow blower, accessories etc that was in excess of 10K and was going to pay cash. The initial girl I dealt with was very helpful in finding everything but astonishingly when I was ready to complete the deal and pay cash up front, (even though all items weren’t in stock) when I asked if they could deliver as I have no trailer or means to pick it up this was apparently a deal breaker as I when she asked I was told no, even though I live 10 minutes away. Another dealer was very happy to take the order, full payment and deliver for me. Must be great to be able to turn away business like this and all just because of a 10 minute delivery.

Their amazing renovation looks awesome! Truly a BRP facility, always friendly and knowledgeable.

Good can am parts are listed backwards on part we need lol we had correct part number but he was sure I was wrong.but I wasn't.skidoo labeled it wrong.got to prove someone wrong and have a man admit he was lol all in fun

Bought a Stihl Farm boss chainsaw, my first tool like this. The staff was very knowledgeable, and was able to size up the right unit.

Here's the best part - they set the chainsaw up, gave me an orientation and showed me how to get it running, how to lube it and maintain it. Came home with confidence and was able to clear a downed tree blocking the driveway.

I have dealt with Larry’s for years, they are a family owned and operated business and they make you feel like family.
I have found them to exceed my expectations when purchasing or having any of my snowmobiles, four wheelers and dirt bikes serviced. I highly recommend this dealership!

Although many power sport dealers exist; none have ever made me feel right about the decisions I made, or the service I received like the team at Larry's. Any time I needed them - they were there for me. Aside from my automobiles, anything I own with an engine comes from them.

Interaction was brief but nice. They could not help me with the ATV part I needed, but suggested a business who could. The conversation was professional and to the point. I eventually got my part from the business they suggested.

Very pleasant experience purchasing our lawn tractor. Evan took time to explain and walk us through the process. We had previously purchased equipments from Larry's and always glad they are in the neighborhood.

I had my JD lawn tractor fixed by them. They were awesome in explaining everything, sourcing supplies in the midst of supply chain challenges. Highly recommend them.

For the winter I had bought my self a Honda 400ex, had some trouble with it running smooth. I found the number for Larry’s and a nice polite guy named Kyle helped me on the phone trying to trouble shoot what was wrong with my machine. He offered to take a look at it after his shift on his own time so I wouldn’t have to bring it to the shop right away because It was on the way home for him. He came over and took a look at the machine himself and told me to get a couple of parts to try before bringing it to the shop. After check on the project a couple of times through out the weeks we decided to bring it to the shop and get it tuned up. I received the machine back running like brand new and ready for the season. Kyle and his team at Larry’s really care for there customers. Would recommend this shop for any problems with small engines. Great customer service.

Went here to look at and learn more than my personal research about backpack leaf blowers. I was met by a nice enough kid, but he really had zero knowledge about the products. I asked a question at one point to which he 'guessed' at an answer. When I told him I would like to be sure, he went away to ask someone. I figured that person would realize there is a potential large sale and come take over, but no, the young guy came back. He didn't know prices or anything. I went with intentions of buying a machine but I don't think this is the place I want to spend my money.

Good experiance, the young gent that helped me was great. Bought tools and they filled them up and ran them for me before i left.
