In that time they've provided us with numerous embroidered hats for our farm as well as hockey jerseys and ball shirts for teams that we've sponsored. When you walk into their building you instantly notice the small town charm and appeal. That sounds cliche but is a very important factor when looking for someone to create something to perfectly reflect your business. That personal connection helps them create the perfect custom design and leads to ultimate customer satisfaction.
Laser Art has a large number of suppliers they deal with. This gives you lots of options to choose the perfect type and style of merchandise you are looking for. They have a large number of catalogues and wall posters at the shop to browse through (or now view on their website). They also have a large selection of some of their work on display. This is all very helpful to provide you ideas for what you may desire in your design.
Laser Art is also great with providing a quote on what your order will cost followed by a timeline of how long it may take to be completed. Their employees that work on your orders are also second to none. Lauren that does the embroidery work is one such example. She always goes that extra mile to ensure your order turns out exactly how you want it. She always double checks the details of your order before she starts. Often she will take a min to run one sample. Then she'll take pictures of that sample and send them to the customer so they have a visual of how their design will actually look. Then she follows up with a call telling you when things are complete and also provides you with pick up options. These little things really mean alot. When the employees of a place go that extra mile it says alot about a business!

My "hobby" is building cutting boards, charcuterie boards, coasters and other wood products.
I connected with Shawn and his group about 3 years ago to do my etching for my personal logo, and other businesses who want their logo on boards for their clients, as well for customers who want special events engraved on a gift board.
I can discuss any special engraving needs with them and they have always been able to accommodate.
Turn-around is fairly quick and pricing is good.
Haven't had a need to look anywhere else for this type of service - they take care of it all.
