Don't come close. I was told that laser hair removal would cost me $1390 only. After 6 sessions and no results I was told that I need to purchase 6 more sessions.

Had an amazing experience here. My technician Maryam is awesome and she always goes above and beyond during my treatment. She is very profesional and friendly. Highly recommend if you go there to ask for Maryam.

PLEASE everyone don't waste your money, time, or energy in this centre.
I have purchused sessions and kept coming to this centre for the course of a year.
After my first two sessions I saw no results at all.
I talked to the manager, she said you have to keep doing sessions in order to see results, and that we have an ongoing offer blah blah blah.
Then, in my next visit, I complained to the technician (the staff are super lovely by the way) and she found out that they were using the WRONG laser device for me!

So she tried the other device for me (Alexandrite), and I finally saw results! However, they (the management) refused to switch my sessions to the device that actually worked for me!
So basically all my previous sessions were useless and my money was wasted.

Roshanak is the absolute best! She's really quick and painless, and the results are amazing!

I heard that you're popular, I drive half an hour to get here, got stuck in traffic so that arrived later than my appointment. The reception desk told me I couldn't do any more programs today, there was no time available. The receptionist's face was so bad like I own her. I won't come here again. And I'll tell my friends don't come here too. What an awful experience.

My 10 sessions laser hair removal were finished! All the technicians are professional and helpful. They ease my nervous and anxiety during my first couple sessions. Sanaz is one of them, she is humorous and cute! (the rest I can’t remember the names I’m sorry but I can still remember their faces!) overall a very good experience, no pushing sales. The result is also nice. I may need some retouch later here!

I had experience with Laser Clinic and really satisfied. If you want book mentioned with Sanaz definitely. She is patient, precise and veryyyyy clean. She sterilized everything.

I just recently started laser sessions at this location. I have nothing but nice things to say. Sabrina does my laser and she is nothing but comforting. She makes me extremely comfortable as I am getting a Brazilian and it can be awkward at times. Let me tell you that it is no where near awkward.plus the results are immaculate! If you are thinking of getting laser done here I definitely recommend seeing sabrina! Thank you sabrina!

I came into the Hillcrest location for my hair removal consultation! I met with Maryam who was extremely professional and took her time explaining the details of the procedure. I was so impressed in her customer service that I pre bought the packages (which is something I never do) and Maryam has since been doing my laser treatments. I am very pleased with the services and treatments received and would recommend this to family and friends!

I booked 3 laser hair removal sessions with this clinic. The first two sessions were with Roshanak which I am extremely happy about! She did thorough job. Unfortunately, the clinic changed my technician for the last session (Nov 25th). It took only 7 mins for the new technician (Sabrina) to laser the same areas which used to take more than 30mins in the previous sessions. I had so many laser sessions before and I can tell Sabrina was the most careless technician I have ever met! When I told her that you miss a lot of areas she told me you had small areas! (I had more than half of my body) I paid over $200 for the very ineffective session! My hair didn’t even fall off after the laser session! It is such a waste of time & money!

Nadia is the best technician I’ve had here hands down.
I didn’t have the greatest experience when I started going to Laser Clinics, I had a different technician every time I went, after the second treatment I still saw no real progress.
When I met with Nadia she took time to assess the treatment required found the right strength and since then I’ve seen excellent results.
Sabrina at reception was great, she was so helpful when I had to call in a make changes to an appointment I had.

Kevin is super polite, kind and friendly! He proactively ensures everything is clear and you're comfortable every step of the way. Very accepting and accommodating. The laser itself didn't hurt, I did full body treatment and only felt a prickle on the chin and bikini area a couple of times. Overall great experience, will be continuing my treatments over the coming months!

It’s very clean and friendly. I did the under arm hair removal. And I found out there is promotion for Brazilian& under arm. So I changed to that package. It’s a very good deal.

Roshanak is amazing! She is my favourite at the clinic and she does a very thorough job! She’s super nice and takes care of you very well! Would definitely recommend her for laser hair removal! The cooling system makes the laser not hurt or hurt very little so I would definitely recommend coming here for it:)

The manager on Sat oct. 8th/22 was very unprofessional and disriminatory. She rejected the appointment as she said there was too much hair on the back. Would she reject a handicapped person that has no help to shave the back prior to the appointment? This 'manager' looked fresh out of high school and has '0' managerial skills. The back was as smooth as a razor could get it. If there was a bit of hair, the esthetician could have easily used 5 minutes to adjust. I do not recommend this manager or this place because of the manager that was working there on Oct 8th/22 at 6pm. The front desk person was also rude and did not do anything to appease the situation

The associate "Nadia" is the very best ever. She's very friendly and patient. She's very good with her job.thank you very much Nadia for always making my visit pleasant.

I did my laser here. The technician that did it for me was Delaney. She is super kind and professional at her work. I get a good result after four sessions. I recommend here for everyone that wants to get rid of their hair.

The entire clinic is extremely well kept and the staff are professional. Faye the manager was very inviting and well spoken. I had a microdermabrasion done by Peyton and left with my face glowing.

My teenager daughter and I have had Hydrafacials, Microdermabrasion and peel treatments monthly for the last 6 months and have noticed a significant improvement in our skin. The clinic is spotless, all the staff is knowledgeable. The treatments and products are wonderful. We especially appreciate the estheticians' probing on our other skin regimens to ensure they compliment them.

I definitely recommend this clinic, super great laser machines with top notch technology, along with the welcoming and accurate staff. The price is not comparable to other places with the same technology.
Try one session and you will see results from the beginning.

Te-Shawn is an incredible ethetician! I had a five step microdermabrasion treatment over a month and a half. She was gentle and I have seen my dark marks gradually dissappear. I am very much impressed with my service as the products used were gentle yet very effective. I plan on keeping these treatments as a part of my skin care regime.

Their Techician is the best ever compare to all other places that I went before. They take extra good care of their client. I feel like home.

I came for a skin treatment and asked to target my milia. After going through a consultation, they told me to book a hydro facial and that I’ll have instant results. It’s not the first time I’ve had a facial where they target the milia same day. I booked the appointment and the manager made it seem that this girl was the only one who I should get the proper treatment for. After arriving to the booking the following week, I was accepted 21 MINUTES late. Then I was given a different lady to which I expressed my confusion and concern. She said it’s not big deal and they all do hydro facials. I didn’t make a big deal out of it and trusted her. AFTER she already started doing my face she said that targeting my milia was NOT possible. I didn’t ask for the hydrofacial, I asked for the best recommendation that targets it and now I’m being told it’s not possible. The consultation was a complete MISREPRESENTATION of what I booked and paid for. The appointment just finished 5 minutes ago at 2: 50pm making this an EXTREMELY long appointment to which I had no time to complain and articulate how completely scammed I feel. The speed at which this clinic runs on is horrendous. Now that I had this extremely negative experience with this facial, I feel like I should not have paid but had no time to argue with less than 10 minutes to arrive at my next appointment that’s 15 minutes away. (Originally had a 45min-1 hour gap so I was not careless with my scheduling). So I’m already losing money by being late to my other commitments due to their tardiness. (My other appointment is personal fitness training at over $100/hour. I’m already out min. $50 in addition to my facial payment since I’m so late from them). The distaste in my mouth from today seems irreparable. I’ve left internal reviews for them to reach out to me. Please do since you have no email or no other message portal for me to express. And no, not everyone can just call your phone number at any time of the day when I have my other commitments. Thank you.

Staff was extremely dismissive and agruing between themselves in front of Customer.

I went in and booked a consulation for the following weeks. They told me it could also be my first appointment, so I prepared and shaved the night before. They said it should only take 20 minutes for my session.

On the day of the appoint, I arrived several minutes early. The girl was friendly at first and said great, lets get started, but the other girl told her no, dont do it. They argued for a bit and then the girl told me, she said she cant help me.

They told me it can only be a consultation, not an actual appointment. Then they told me, when my appoint started at 1pm, that there's no time left to start anything. Isn't my appoint at 1pm? Didn't we just start? How is there no time left, when it's 1pm and the apppointment starts at 1pm?

I went in for a consultation for my melasma. They were not busy yet as I came in around noon so I was greeted and seated in one of their consultation rooms right away. One of the staff immediately came in and handed me forms to fill in (basic info, my skin concerns, treatments I had before etc, reason for my visit/consultation) and after a few minutes, Flora, I believe she's the Manager, came in with a smile. She's really nice to talk to, friendly and very knowledgeable. We talked about my concerns, skin care, treatments, skin prep etc. I was initially interested in getting the laser pigment but I was told that I cannot have it because of my skin type (I am a Skin 4 according to them so laser would only worsen my melasma). Towards the end, we agreed that we'll do the micro needling in 4 sessions in every 2wks. I have also bought their 3 products which I am pretty impressed (they have a promo of buy 3 get $119, i got their retinol, ever blend and moisturizer). We haven't started with the micro needling yet as I am still in my 2-week skin prep period. I am hoping to see great results on this treatment for my melasma. I got the 4 sessions and products for 50% off for their spring sale/promo which is amazing. The clinic is clean and pretty and is inside Hillcrest Mall which is a lovely mall in my POV, kinda like a small Yorkdale version so I like that they situated the clinic in a nice location as it gives a quite a high end feel to it considering they have quite competitive pricing.

But I do have an issue with their phone customer service though, she's the one you have to speak to when booking an appointment and I don't think she works in the actual clinic cuz it seems like she's just patching through the calls whenever a customer would like to speak to technician or someone directly at the clinic. The people I spoke to at the clinic are very well spoken and has great customer phone skills.

The lady who books the appointment seems nice but her phone skills could do some more work as she sounds a little bit off the way she delivers her words (not really so professional over the phone), she cuts me while I was still talking (I was trying to talk to someone at the clinic regarding the micro needling treatment and she went "can you call back later after a few minutes? They're still busy at the clinic. " and I'm like "Oh ok sure. " and there was no ending questions before the call ends like "is there anything else that I can help you with today? " or "thank you for calling Laser Clinics, have a good day". Just said something like "bye" and hung up right away LOL, just the way she delivers her words and her tone just makes the call, off putting. I was quite taken aback by that. I also noticed that there's a one second delay on the line which is weird. I hope Laser Clinics could improve on this side of their business as the person who picks up the phone gives a whole lot of (good or bad) first impression in the business. Please train her more to improve her phone skills, I know she'll do great. Other than that, everything seems pretty good. We'll update my review and will include the micro needling after my 4 sessions in the next 2mos.
