Laser Clinics Canada - Rideau Centre

I bought 6 full body laser removal sessions here. During my consultation before I bought the services told her I know the services have expiration date but I can’t do my chest now because it is burned, can I do it later when I am healed it will pass the expiry date? ! She said yes. After my 5th session we had a conversation about it she said “No, you can’t redeem them” you skipped this part and if you wanna do it you have to buy more sessions. I talked to a supervisor she said we don’t have any notes about that on your consultation. They should have honoured their agreement but they were acting like I didn’t have that conversation with them at all. After my last session I won’t do any more services with them I don’t have a work do describe how shameful was that of them.

I enjoyed my first session here and hoped that the same technician would do all my sessions. Unfortunately that was not the case.
