Laser Clinics Canada - Scarborough Town Centre

I like the cleanliness of the place but I've had a few problems so far that they really need to work on.

1) They almost never answer the phone. I've even called 8 times in one day at various times and nobody picks up. It doesn't matter what type of day it is.

2) I have been going for laser for 3 months now. I have been happy with the sessions. Staff has been very nice, until one day I showed up 5 minutes late and the Asian girl with the scorpion tattoo who has very serious anger issues, was standing at reception began to lecture me on being 10 minutes late for my laser appointment when I went to check in. She lied and said my appointment time was 4: 10pm when it was actually 4: 15pm and I arrived at 4: 20pm. I told her I was scheduled for 4: 15 and she said her computer said 4: 10. She said then said I would have to pay a missed appointment fee since I was 10 minutes late and not considerate of the staff's time.

She then told me nobody would see me and I had to pay. I said I will show her my email that I should be scheduled for 4: 15pm. Then she walked off. The red haired lady just happened to walk to the desk and asked if I was being helped. I said I want to know what time my appointment was for. She said 4: 15pm. I told her that's exactly what is in my email and explained what her staff just tried to pull, including lying about my appointment time. The asian lady does laser treatments, but she wasn't even scheduled to see me. Nor is reception her job. The red haired lady said no problem, she will see me next. What's ridiculous is that every-time I've been on time I had to wait at least10 minutes and I never complained. But if I'm late I get lied to about my appointment time, a lecture and am being told to pay a missed appointment fee. The staff really needs to deal with this person because it looks like other people have had the same occurance.

3) They mandate that if you do botox you have to spend over $270 each time. This is nuts. I don't need that many units and they never told me this prior to the appointment. Not even during my consultation. So when I came in for my treatment I basically threw my money down the drain.

Their receptionist gave me an attitude when I was trying to book an appointment. I understand the job can be frustrated and tiring but giving an attitude with your potential clients is unacceptable.

Pathetic service - they purposely draw the process too long so that they would benefit from additional appointments! Also, extremely rude staff - If people show up 5mins late for the appointment, they don’t let them in. This is Toronto and nobody can control traffic when they are travelling from GTA! But these guys just send you back. We have paid for their services but these guys just cancel your appointment without a thought. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

This clinic is the worst, the receptionists are very rude all the time,
This happened today, Sunday, October 22 at 2: 30 pm, Because I was 4 minutes late my appointment and she said they don't have anything available for this month.
When they give you an appointment, they take a while to attend you, and when the client arrives a few minutes late, the client miss the appointment and then they don't want to give you another appointment for the entire month, because they say “oh sorry we are fully booked”, then the order of the laser sessions is lost, since it’s is just one a month, and even though it’s very expensive, now I have to go to another clinic to finish my laser sessions because they are not reliable, don't waste your time & money! Now after 4 sessions I better move to Natural Solutions Salon & Spa, they have better services, better prices, better offers and a very professional staff, it’s is also located inside the Mall (3 minutes walking)!

Just sharing my experience with this clinic. I wish I could have given a no start This is not a reliable clinic I ever regret starting a laser treatment here it is not what I have been told. I was told that I needed 4 sessions of treatment for the hair to be gone. Now they are saying after 4 treatment. Again after may I will need 4 more after the 10 if it's not gone.

I had a really good experience visiting this branch, Homeyra was the assosiate that walked me through all the steps and patiently explained what I was expecting since I've never done hair removal laser before.
She was knowledgeable, expert at her job.
I definitely refer my friends to her and this branch.

Unprofessional last minute cancellation. I was already on my Uber. (some are entitled, i don't even know why, they don’t even own the place) What a waste of time and money.: (

Myself Hetanshi and my appointment got cancelled twice due to their machine maintenance and they did not even reschedule my next session. I had to call them back and they gave next date after a month. I went to clinic and Reana was the rudest person I have ever talked to. She was very rude and I do not recommend her. Instead of helping, she was like.oh am I being rude! She talked like they were giving free service to me but excuse me! I paid for the service and you need to treat your clients respectfully. For their cancellation policy we need to let them know before 48 hrs but when they cancelled they notified me less than 24 hrs of my appointment. It was very disappointing to talk to Reana, that’s not the attitude one should have while talking to your clients.

Extremely clean, professional, quick services.
Staff are knowledgeable and accommodative.
They made me feel very comfortable.
They have wonderful promotions I noticed monthly and they are quite affordable as well. This is my first time receiving laser and I’m definitely here to stay to complete all my laser hair removal treatments.

Had an absolutely amazing experience here with Tashana! Came in for a consultation and Tashana took her time explaining the treatment options and answered all my questions. She was very patient when deciding which plan would be best for me, and was such a pleasure to talk to. Looking forward to coming back to this location just for her!

I was trying to go to this clinic.and the address in Scarborough town center was completely closed.can some one advise me where is this clinic new location? Did they move from Scarborough town center?
