I've been working with Anu to find solutions to significant adult acne. This has been a problem all of my life and at Laser Genesis I've found treatments that are truly making a difference. I went in to do IPL for some freckles, and I never realized that some of my pigmentation may actually be melasma. She explained the whole IPL process in detail, and ensured she didn’t leave any questions unanswered.

The actual treatment was very quick and easy. She made sure the procedure was tolerable for me.

There are a lot of places that will push you to purchase other things and buy packages just so they can make a sale, which is my biggest pet peeve. Anu gave me the option to purchase 3 IPL treatments upfront for a discounted rate, but I definitely didn’t feel pressured into purchasing it. Would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Anu. I had signed up for full legs, arms, bikini, face and underarms. The laser treatment went very well, and I have seem great results! Anu is also very flexible and went out of her way to ensure that I was seeing results and made changes if needed. Also, I have done the cocoa enzyme facial with her and it significantly brightened my face! Overall, Anu was very professional and understanding and I am extremely pleased with the results.

The owner and operator is a very nice lady, shes cares for you on a personal level. She always consults with you prior to every procedure before she does anything. The clinic is very clean and has a spa like atmosphere. I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Anu for a number of years now for laser hair removal in a couple of places, and would be more than happy to recommend her services! Anu's customer service is awesome - she is always super pleasant, and has a smile for you when you arrive.

As far as the treatment, I've had great success in one area, the hair went away in just a few treatments, and seems to be staying away! But the area where the hair is caused by hormones has proven to be tricky, granted is greatly reduced as compared to when I first came in. To be clear, this isn't Anu's fault, just the nature of hormonal hair growth. We continue to work on it!

I decided to give myself enough time before I actually write this review. Started my treatments in September 2018 and i had 5 sessions of laser to skin resurfacing.i was given an estimated 70-80% improvement after I complete my sessions.however, now and since its been almost 8months and after 5 sessions of laser. I barely see any improvement (MAYBE 5-10% IF any). Nothing more than that.is it worth the investment? Almost (1200$). The answer is No it is definitely not worth the investment. If you are looking for facial resurfacing you might wanna look for a better solution.on the other hand. Anu is an amazing person, she absolutely loves her job and the clinic is super clean and nice.

I had a lots of acne and my skin was dry, I used a lot of products to moisturize my face and they would make my acne worse, they were deep and painful with lots of blackheads and I lost any hope that I would have beautiful healthy skin and then I met doctor Anu, I consider myself lucky for that. We did sessions of facials and she lead me to amazing skin care products. Nowadays when I tell people I had acne problems most of them don’t believe me but I’m really thankful. Not only made me happy but brought my confidence back. Beside acne, my hair would grow real thick and black, grown in, being really painful and would look bad during summer considering I’m only 21, Anu recommended me a laser hair removal it took only 6 sessions to make my legs hairless, smooth and shiny. I recommend to everyone who has similar problems I love Anu she is amazing person and she helped me bring my confidence back with her work.
