The location is clean and inviting, with ample treatment options for various concerns. Lots of parking, which is a bonus!
The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. They are passionate about their professions and being at LSG.
My first visit, I had a consultation with Lisa. I had very specific concerns that I wanted to address, with a budget that was not low/cheap. I personally found Lisa to be pushy. I kept having to redirect the consultation to my original concerns and treatments I was interested in, just for her to keep avoiding and trying to (up) sell me on services that I was 1) uninterested in and 2) very outside of my budget, despite me mentioning this. Upon me being (politely) firm and assertive in directing the consultation once again to my original concerns, I noticed she was no longer “bubbly”. I almost felt like I was being guilted for not purchasing services and products that she was pushing, given the shift in her mannerisms. I did purchase some Vivier products, including a sunscreen I was iffy on because it felt very thick and I have oily skin; Lisa assured me I would have no issues but my skin breaks out badly whenever I use this product. I was then told by Megan (more on her later!) as well as other staff in the Hamilton location that sunscreen is never one they would recommend for my skin type, and seemed genuinely concerned that I was recommended this.
The most significant reason for my review rating is because of Megan. If it was not for her and my time with her, I do not think I would return to LSG moreover this location. Any time I have been here, she has greeted me with a huge smile and offered me water while I wait (which reception has not done with me, but just to highlight Megan’s commitment to the client experience), and engages in conversation - even if you are not receiving a service with her.
I was lucky that when I did book a facial, Megan happened to be the one completing the service. She is calm, friendly and attentive. She genuinely listened to my concerns and walked me through the service moreover why it would be beneficial for me, pinpointing my specific concerns. She walked me through every step she was on during the treatment, and ensured I was comfortable throughout it. I felt safe, valued and cared for during my treatment with Megan; truly a wonderful feeling when treatments can be vulnerable.
After my treatment, my skin was glowing like never before! Megan gave me excellent aftercare advice that was reflective of my lifestyle, just showing the immense care she puts in her work.
My time with Megan was so excellent that I would like her to be my primary aesthetician. Despite the initial issue, she alone turned that around to make sure I came back to LSG; had it not been for her, I probably would not have returned.

The clinic staff are professional, knowledgeable, and open to hearing all my thoughts and plans. There is no pushy sales tactics used and all of the experiences have been wonderful.

When purchasing my Neo EMSculpt treatments with Amanda I was well informed of how it works and the end results. She was a delight and I can’t wait to begin my Neo EMSculpt treatments on my abdomen to get my summer body ready and to strengthen my core when helping my disabled husband! So excited to try the Neo EMSculpt in Burlington as it is so much better than the original EMSculpt! Thank you for everything Amanda!

I just love everything about LSG! I had a consultation with Amanda. She made it fun and light while educating me. There was no pressure and gave me all of my options so I could choose what I felt comfortable with. The front desk staff are always so friendly, the Medical Aestheticians are all passionate about the treatments they perform. Im excited to try everything!
