Laser4Less- Laser Hair Removal Clinic

I had a wonderful experience with Laser4Less, the owner Mitra is SO kind and professional. She has tons of experience, super understanding of all your needs, always makes me feel comfortable and very well taken care of! I am seeing great results from her services, and she even follows up with me after I leave her clinic. Everything has been great.
10/10 experience, I would recommend to anyone! Go for yourself and see her lovely, clean clinic and great results.

Mitra is very sweet and accommodating! She also sends a reminder a day before. Half way through my laser package and I definitely see a difference and I have really dark coarse hair. The price is fair and honestly it makes me just want to do my whole body at this point. I’ll definitely be purchasing another package for another body part when I finish this one (: highly recommend!

Terrible Customer Service! And the address is wrong! This place does not have a physical store. These services are in a house, the correct address "a house" is told to you once you make the deposit. (quite suspicious)

Mitra is great and very friendly. Very accommodating in terms of appointment time. She answers and explains everything that i asked regarding laser hair removal. She always asked if i felt any pain, she’ll make you comfortable as much as she can during the treatment. Now im on my third session with her and im seeing great result.my hair gets thinner and lesser.

I completed 6 full body sessions with Mitra so far and she is absolutely wonderful. I cannot stress how sweet of a human being this lady is! I have never done anything in the past that has required me to strip naked so I was very nervous before my first visit. As soon as I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable and I did not feel embarrassed. Very respectful and accommodating. The place is also always very clean. I have been recommending this place to all my friends who are interested in laser.
As for the laser portion, it is virtually painless. The only areas that sting a little are the areas with thicker hair (armpits, bikini). I have a lot of hair and after 6 sessions, my body hair is gone in majority of places. What's left is thin hair in some small patches. I only shave the patches once a month prior to my laser sessions. I wholeheartedly recommend Mitra!

Service is ok. They do not have payment terminal to accept payments and they asked for cash or etransfers instead and did not provide a proper payment receipt or billing invoice. This was not disclosed earlier but after the first appointment. After multiple requests over few months, they refused to rectify and provide a proper receipt. Needless to say that they do not get my business anymore.
