Jasmine one of the best nurse I’ve ever seen at laser body, i earlier visited here but my first experience was bad but then i got her as my nurse and she really did well like giving up the support and kind of treatment everyone need not just like ok ok do do and go, calm patient and relaxed nature helped me alott.

I went in for my Laser hair patch test with Maryam and I had a great experience with her. She was really easy to talk to and was very informative on what to do when I start treatments regarding pre and post care. She asked great detailed questions prior to my patch test to make sure my treatments were set up on the right foot moving forward. Doing laser with her will not leave you disappointed! I'm excited to move forward!

LaserbodyMD has been my go to place for my facials, chemical peel, laser and what not. The staff there is so friendly and understanding. They have always guided me the best treatments and skin care. I have been a regular with Sukhpreet who works at both at Brampton and Mississagua clinics and she is amazing and friendly. She understands my concerns well and the associated issues. I am extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend the services offered at laserbodyMD.

Ala is absolutely fantastic. I will not go to anyone but her. She is patient and knowledgeable and did I say PATIENT! I met her at the Brampton location and she is truly warm and personable. All the treatment providers are good but she is the BEST!

Had my first session today with Ala and she was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Juman was also so friendly and answered all my questions and concerns before starting. Highly recommend this place and if you’re getting laser hair removal I recommend you go to Ala.:)

I am now 6 months since finishing my laser for my Brazilian and underarm and my growth is almost the same as before I did laser. When I first signed up I asked how much touch ups would be and the lady ensured I wouldn’t need them but If I did then they would tell me the price. Very disappointed with the money spent and the results I received.

I did laser in my Brazilian and under arms. I am officially done my treatments. I do see reduced growth. What I didn’t like is that at the initial consultation they put so much pressure on you to sign up right away and pay the money upfront. Doesn’t make any sense why you can’t pay every treatment. I also didn’t like how every appointment I had someone different doing my treatments. If everyone did the service the same I would not have an issue. But each experience with a new person was so different. Some people were super informative where as others seemed like they rushed and weren’t so thorough.

Juman is a great Mc! She’s so informative and true to her word. I absolutely love connecting with her for my needs

Let's just say the prices for half my face for laser was INSANE ($1300) for 8 sessions when I specitold her I do not need 8 I have done treatment already and said I'll get a discounted price if I took thier offer now. I declined right away and was ready to leave.
Then the lady tried to sell me a membership to show me it'll be cheaper.
The membership is $100/month.

Sorry but I just came in for 1 thing, I do not like when places do this.

I am having my laser treatment with Adel Oduwole-Hassan. I really recommend Adel she makes you comfortable and maintains cleanliness.

Staff is excellent, place is always clean and they are always so kind in case i need to reschedule at all or if come a little late for appointments… I’ve dealt with Courtney for many of my sessions now and shes a fantastic tech I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism.she also always follows up to ensure any changes in my medication and inquires about results I am seeing. Absolutely recommend this location.

I went their for my initial consultation. The staff members were really courteous. Denise helped me by answering all my queries and giving me confidence that nothing will go wrong.

Incredible customer service. Had my second treatment with Laserbody MD and decided to go to another location. The staff in Brampton were friendly and efficient. Courtney and Marisa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were outstanding.

I had taken 3 peeling session from cristal.she is amazing, professional and posses excellent communication skills. Though my pigmentation was not gone completely, but there is significant improvement. I would strongly suggest to those who are not getting results by using the products. Chemical peeling can be a game changer.

This was my first appointment for consultation, and we had it on phone. I really wanted to stay on phone with Denise. The great care for her clients was felt even on the phone and I can’t wait to go in for my first appointment. Like I feel confident in the choice I am making.

I get the laser hair service here. The machine they use works great. I have seen incredible results. It is painful though. I have a high pain tolerance and I dread going because of the pain. Lol

The service is okay. It’s evident that some aren’t completely happy working there and it shows in the quality of the work. They can be very disorganized. They’ve booked a full body appt for 30 min and I’ve had to come back for another appt because they couldn’t finish my body in one session.

They also have a very strict refund policy and don’t give you all the details when you sign up for a plan. That’s my fault I guess I should have asked more questions.

Overall, I like the laser machine and results but had i an opportunity to go with someone else I would in the future.

Noamy did my first session of laser hair removal a couple of weeks ago. She made sure the machine was set to a comfortable setting for me, and explained the process throughly and that we would increase the intensity of the laser over time. So far so good! ️

I rated LaserBody 5 stars, especially because of Marisa. She’s very patient and she did a very good job. They also have a friendly environment and they do everything very professionally. I’m very impressed and I’d recommend them to anyone interested.

I got my first ever chemical peel here on 1st and it was really good. Keisha on the front desk is so nice and friendly, she is always welcoming and makes the booking process smooth. Cristal did my peel and she made me comfortable and told me everything before the procedure. I asked her so many questions and she was answering them with a smile. Definitely recommend this place. Will update my experience after second peel ️

I had my laser treatment from sharron this time. And it was my last appointment, but growth is still not minimal and i think if i will take more treatment from them, just because of her, as she did very well, explained me some facts that i was not aware of.

I recently got PRP with Richyll and what an amazing experience it was. She explained everything to me beginning to end which I love. She was also very comforting during the process, asking how I was and if I needed anything. I will be going back to Laserbody for all my facial needs

Highly recommend this location and laserbody! Not only was the staff friendly and kind but for someone who is an incredible big baby with any type of pain they were incredible. I had an appointment for a hydrafascial at Laserbody MD Brampton. Shamilla was my service provider. Very professional, explained in details every step. My face felt and looked amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Waste of time. I requested for reschedule of my appointment for which they never responded me back. As per there policy if we do not inform them 48hrs before (in this case which i did) we have to pay $60.00. To avoid this fees still i had visited on my appointment as they were failed to call me back. After reaching there i came to know that they had cancelled my appointment. Such a dispointment. Poor customer service. Would not recommend to them

Had a PRP HAIR GROWTH treatment with nurse Crystal yesterday- wow what an exceptional experience- she made me feel comfortable right from the beginning- this is a very specialty type treatment and as far as I know the technique of the injections are very important for efficacy, i was done in 40 minutes- the experience was smooth and painless- i had this treatment once at a dermatologist clinic and wow the experience was night and day - LaserbodyMD and Crystal thankyou for my treatment.

I booked a session for a chemical peel last year, but couldn't move forward with the process because my dermatologist put me on Accutane for 6 months and was told I wouldn't be needing the treatment. Anyone who goes on Accutane is warned that peels, waxing, and any other combination of chemicals are prohibited while on the medication. I had called the clinic several times explaining my situation, last month I called again and I got told that they will call me back within 2-3 business days. As of todays date I have not yet received a call back. All I want is a refund as I won't be needing the treatment anymore.

Julia was very professional, and I felt very comfortable being treated by her. There are very few nurses who I want my treatment to be done by however you can definitely count on Julie Monreau!

Angela Z is an excellent medical esthetician. She was very professional and efficient. She took care to set my mind at ease about my first time receiving this treatment and alleviated any awkwardness I was feeling. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

I would like to provide my constructive feedback about this company.
I rate this company overall with poor client experience and customer service.
The reason I had come to this laser clinic was their website noted that they had the Soprano ICE laser machine. I have also heard by many people that this machine is a lot less painful then other machine and are good for darker skin color.
At my initial consultation, the coordinator advised they no longer have Soprano ICE but have Venus Velocity laser which she said is also less painful and is a better machine then Soprano ICE.    (By the way, you should state that you no longer use Soprano ICE on your website so people are not misled). Anyways, She was so convincing I agreed to pre-purchased a half face and Brazilian laser hair removal.
To my surprise, the Venus velocity machine is very painful and not what she had described.    (I’m aware that everyone has a different pain tolerance but wow this was painful). The first couple of session was done by the same person and then I had another laser tech who did my laser removal and her technique was so different and less painful,  I thereafter requested to have that same person to do my laser hair removal going forward as I felt very comfortable with her.    Well, they did not listen to my request and I had sent an email expressing my concerns and requesting only this person to do my laser hair removal. The coordinator then called me about my email and instead of rectifying the situation I was laughed at (literally) and she minimized my experience.    After this phone call, they still did not listen to my request and I had number of different laser tech since then, even though I had requested a number of times to have that specific person.    I had also told them that I felt very uncomfortable having so many different people doing my Brazilian.  If you are a very shy person when it comes to your private parts, do not come to this company as you will have the whole world looking at your privates.      I have now decided not to proceed further with this company and since I had pre-purchased my laser removal, I requested a refund of the balance. I was then told they do not refund and they will give me a credit instead towards any of their other services. Now, why would I do that when I had a bad experience with your company. All I want is my refund and until this day I have not heard anything back from them.

I have spoken to Shanielle who is a Client Care Representative at Laserbody MD. It was such a pleasure speaking to her on the phone. She was very attentive, was relating to my conversation, and overall, the customer service which was above and beyond my expectation. Thank you so much Shanielle for assisting me! As I was speaking to you, you had your way of putting a smile on my face even through a phone conversation!

My experience with Julia was excellent. She made sure I was comfortable and always advised of the next steps.

The staff is so great and helpful. But I want to recognize Julia especially, she’s so sweet and professional in her job. On the scale of 1 to 10, she’s 11. And I want to book all my appointments with her. Thanks to all team and especially Julia again. Great customer service.

Julia Moreau at the Brampton Laserbody MD was exceptionally good. She performed my second laser hair removal. She was very patient & gentle, answered all my queries, explained everything she was doing in advance. She checked on my pain levels & how I was doing periodically. I would love to have her do my reminder laser sessions. She knows what she is doing & highly recommend her.

Beware of this place. Ensure that you keep everything you signed because they will haunt you for it. I signed a contract 3 years ago and placed a deposit. Unfortunately I had to cancel because of personal reasons. I made sure I sent an email to cancel the service on time and never got a response back and my deposit was not refunded to me. Recently I received an email from Iesha demanding I need to pay the remaining balance of the contract. I am so glad that I was able to keep the email I sent them for the refund. In short we emailed each other back and she ended up luring me to get a service but after what happened I refused to return to this place. Never again. I have my email saved and if they try to contact me again, I will report this establishment to Ministry of consumers and commission on human rights. Do not sign anything and keep everything for proof.

I'm currently in my 5th week of laser hair removal treatment and I love it. All staff was friendly and on time. I've never had to wait and overall I am very satisfied with my treatment so far. Thanks Julia)

I have been having a venus treatment and I am not sure about the results yet. At first I had a very bad impression of the clinic after I payed the whole treatment which is very expensive. I wanted to cancel, however the manager Christine solved everything in a professional way.
I am on my 7th session and would like to leave compliments to Julia (cosmetic nurse). She is a very dedicated and delicate professional. She does whatever needed to make you feel well.

I went in today for my first time getting fillers. My eyes always look tired, as I'm getting older they are starting to look sunken in, so I got my tear troughs done. I was nervous getting my first filler, the injection nurse Negin was so great at explaining everything and what to expect, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I felt very comfortable and I already notice a difference! So happy with my results and I had such a great experience, I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional and unqualified. Botox left my eyes droopy, microneedling was to aggressive and left my face swollen and needle holes very visible for over a month. Unfortunately I bought a package and they will not refund what is not used. Staff is constantly changing. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere where they are experienced.

I had my BBL treatment at Mississauga clinic and I really really LOVE it! The clinic is very clean, safe and look so elegant. I was greeted with a smile the moment I stepped inside the clinic. During my treatment, Maria explained and walked me through the entire process which is so important. She made me feel at ease and comfortable the entire treatment. I know I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. I am glad that I am doing this treatment with LaserbodyMD. Gives me peace of mind knowing that its all nurses on staff. I cannot wait to come back next month for my treatment.

Went for a Venus appointment and was lucky enough to have Avigalle treat me ; she was very knowledgeable and explained the Procedure And what to expect and walk me right though it. Very informative and calmed any nerves that were present she was awesome. And also got a follow up phone call the next day to see how I was feeling.

Procedure went smoothly and now awaiting results, I also did a cool sculpting a few weeks back and starting to see some results but normally takes about 3 weeks to 3 months for full results. Looking forward to my next appointment end of July and then see results by the end of summer.

Location was clean and followed Covid protocols.

I came in with my mother last week so she could get a consultation for her stretch mark removal. We were quite satisfied with the facility and the expertise of the staff, so we scheduled an appointment for this week. Happy with our choice to visit!

I visited this clinic last week for my first Diva experience. The staff were very friendly, the clinic was clean and COVID safe. I felt extremely comfortable during my treatment and staff were professional during such an personal treatment. Procedure was painless and healing time quick without any complaints. After first session my husband noticed a difference and I'm also not complaining.
I recommend to this all woman who have had children, or suffer from any of their listed problems this treatment can help with. This can be a game changer for any woman who may be suffering from personal woman issues.

Upsold me on a cream prior to treatment without confirming my treatment would work and really convinced me this treatment is good for me, when I researched it online, there is nothing to say it treats stretch marks, lost $115, no refunds.

Then she made me pay $225 up front for scheduling an appointment for a hydrafacial, the facial itself lasted about 15 minutes (mine always usually last ~1 hour), my pores are not unclogged, I still have blackheads, whiteheads, and lost my money to probably the worst facial I have ever had in my life. Now I have to go get a $50 facial from somewhere so they can extract my clogged pores.

Don't waste your time, they will upsell you on things you don't need with no real medical professionals there, and will not give refunds, and you'll walk out with no results.

Loved my visit.felt very comfortable and nurse Chiara was very good at answering all my question and concerns. The service was great and I love the treatment. Would be returning back for touch ups.

Been to too many clinics for my monthly laser hair removal but none of them ever really did a job that I quite liked. They were either too expensive or too unprofessional. This clinic definitely sets the standard for pricing and service. Awesome job. Will keep coming back for more?

I am a health care provider. I found this place on Facebook and the reason decided to try them it was because they work long hrs. I wish I never did!
They are a bunch of unprofessional people. They make me pay before treatment done. I have to wait for 2 hrs for the nurse to get the verbal order from the Dr that is working in other location.
I left without completing my treatment, I was told to come back an other day. I show to Richmond Hill location, Meghan the tx special told me that I have no appointment booked even though I had confirmed with the head office,

I purchased the Diva package. I was sceptical and nervous about the procedure, Denise put me at ease. She was a great support, she made me feel very comfortable and followed up with me after each session to ensure I was doing ok and was happy with everything. Her service is exceptional and personable, she doesn't treat you like a clients, but like a friend.

In terms of the procedure actually working, I'm not sure yet, I completed my last treatment today and will provide my rating and review about it soon.

I’ve been trying to get someone to call me back from this place for months now! My experience at first was pleasant however, they changed the machine type after I bought a package for 1500 dollars and the new machine was so much more painful than the old one. The reason I was okay with spending this much money was because the machine which I did 8 sessions on and the one that I did my test with before committing, was tolerable for me. They advised me at about my 10th or 9th session (after I bought 8 more sessions) that they bought a newer machine is that far more effective than the old one.which was interesting because I saw instant results with the old one. (Now I understand that everyone’s body might not react the same). So we went ahead and tried this new machine. I hated it, it was way to painful for me even at a lowered setting. I explained all this to the staff, I called the offices many times and was promised over and over again someone would call me back.months had gone by when someone called me to book another appointment and then I said are you serious!? I’m still waiting for someone to return my calls and respond to my concerns!

I love LaserBody MD, particularly the Brampton clinic! It has everything you could hope for: a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and a staff that won't make you feel like you're wasting their time if you ask too many questions. I got some Botox for my forehead wrinkles but I'm planning on coming back for CoolSculpting next week.

Always looking forward to my next session at this place! Staff is friendly, warm, and incredibly welcoming. I feel like I’m being treated at a luxurious spa instead of a medical facility. The nurse who does my juvederm fillers is awesome and super helpful. Thinking of trying restylane to see if there are any differences!

Before doing the procedure, my nurse did a test patch to see if i would have bad reactions to the botox. I’ve never seen any other clinic doing this (trust me - i’ve gone to A LOT) and at most they’ll ask you and take your word for it. Even when I told them I had gotten botox before, they still set me up for testing. It was quick, just about 10 minutes and we were ready for the injections. I didn’t mind this extra step at all. I think it’s great for first timers who want to make sure nothing goes wrong with their treatment. Overall fantastic experience.

I’ve been toying around with the idea of doing either EMSculpting or coolsculpting. I went to this clinic for a consultation and the doctor recommended that I did emsculpting instead based on my body composition. They really listen to you and your goals instead of peddling unnecessary services. Highly recommended
